mattboudreaux.com http://www.mattboudreaux.com Mon, 02 Jan 2012 08:06:29 +0000 en hourly 1 http://wordpress.org/?v=3.3.1 Londyn is almost here http://www.mattboudreaux.com/2011/10/22/londyn-is-almost-here/ http://www.mattboudreaux.com/2011/10/22/londyn-is-almost-here/#comments Sat, 22 Oct 2011 17:45:24 +0000 mjboudreaux http://www.mattboudreaux.com/?p=1333 So far the past 2 days have been very full and exhausting.  Blanche woke up yesterday (Friday) morning at 2:45am with contractions.  Ever since that point it has just been a waiting game.  We came into the hospital Friday morning and they kept her for a while, monitoring contractions, which were about 5 mins apart.  They then sent us home for a while, expecting that we would be back later in the day.  Eventually, contractions were at 2-3 mins apart so we came back.

We’ve been here ever since and Blanche is now going on 36 hours of labor.  Londyn seems to be healthy, though she is face up which is again delaying things.  But we should be able to meet her soon, which we can’t wait to do.  I’ll post more details as they happen.

This is me reuniting (after 5 years) with one of my favorite fast food chains.

3. Hit the gym for a good workout. (check)

and for the rest of the day….

4. Hang out with good friends.

5. Attend the Texas Rangers vs Baltimore Orioles game!

6. Fireworks show!
