Vineeth Sreenivasan’s debut movie ‘Malarvadi Arts Club’ got a mixed response from the critics and the audience.

Rajesh Touchriver, an award winning screenplay writer and director is at it again, at the peak of his trade, this time on the set of a groundbreaking new film. Titled Prathyayam in Telugu and Ente in Malayalam, “it is a poignant film about a girl and her father as they grapple with the often ignored problem of sex trafficking” he reveals with a sly smile on his face, as if he is being careful not to give too much away.

The mind-blowing music, composed by Sharreth is already creating quite a buzz within the industry. He have composed three very catchy songs that will really bring attention. The much awaited audio launch will happen in the coming months. The soundtrack will not disappoint. The lead hero, Siddiq, was over laughing with the cast on the side as everyone watches Anjali Patil running through the water chasing a cow.

After pulling him aside, I asked how he feels about his first Telegu movie. He said, “for me this is life transforming experience ” The leading lady, the beautiful Anjali Patil gives a moving performance. Reminding us of yester years versatile actress Smita Patil…Anjali is somebody to watch out for. She was also the main role in the award winning film “Delhi in a Day.”

Second Show is directed by debutant director Srinath Rajendran with a group of youngsters supporting in the background of the production. Baburaj is also playing a  lead role in the film. The music director of the film is youngster ‘Nikhil Rajan’ who is a 2011 B.Tech Electronics and Media Technology pass out from Karunya University, Coimbatore.

When Dulqar was asked regarding the release of Second Show, the actor replied  ” I am extremely happy to get my film released between ‘Casanova’ and ‘The King and the Commissioner’  “. Currently Dulqar is on the sets of his second signed project which is expected to be released in the mid of 2012.

The King and the Commissioner marks the return of the legendary characters- Joseph Alex (Mammootty) – The Collector from the film ‘The King’  and  Bharath Chandran (Suresh Gopi) – Police Commissioner from the film ‘Commissioner’ which is directed by Shaji Kailas and  penned by Renji Paniker.

According to sources, Anjaneyan was a huge fan of the actress and had followed Ananya throughout the sets of all her films and after a desperate wait for a long period finally got his shot to reveal his love for the actress. The actress fell in love with Anjaneyan by his charm and later on the matter went on to both the families to decide on the matter. After both the families had a close association and they decided to go on with their marriage.The marriage date hasn’t been fixed yet.

The engagement is expected to place at the actress house at Perumbavooor, Ernakulam and the function is expected to be attended by close family members and friends.

Ananya’s recent releases ‘Sandwich’ and ‘Kunjaliyan’ had not fared well at the box office. Her upcoming projects ‘Masters’ and ‘The Reporter’ are expected to hit the theatres soon.
