When consciousness comes to this earth plane by taking its first external breath, it is called Birth.
From the day of the birth to age of seven the life's stage is called Childhood.
The consciousness experiences its experiences in total.
Consciousness has all the capacity to perceive. Consciousness develops the capacity to express.
In the process its behaviour, epression changes very rapidly. sometimes we may see erratic behaviour also.
The consciousness is trying to experience, expresss according to his design.
The behaviour, thoughts, expression may not be similar to its parents.
It is because child is individual consciousness which has its own thoughts, design to execute in this plane.
Child is used the parents as the vessels to carry from its source.
so. Parents have to understand its behaviour and nurture with carring. They need not meddle by forcing to implement their thoughts to it. Most of the time it will not work out. 
It is where parents find it difficult to handle the child.
Parents should understand the science.
Parents should love, care protect the child.
Parents should allow the children grow with its own thoughts and expression. If possible encourage to progress in that way.
Parents should give Knowledge to the child about life. They have to share their experiences. 
The more clear in your thinking, perception, expression, the more the child will understand you.

		<item><title>Stress Management</title><description>Stress is our lack of Energy and Knowledge to handle our situations. 
When we have very less Energy and Knowledge, we feel that we can’t handle the situations we are in. We can’t understand the situations. We feel tired, tensed, restless and so on so forth. Ultimately we are stressed out.
By continuously leading stressful life, we will undergo lots of mental fatigue, depression, insomnia and it even spreads to body in the form of diseases like stomach ache, sugar complaints, blood pressure and various other physical ailments. 
We seek solutions to come out of it. What ever solutions we get looks temporary and the problem persists. 
Is there a way to come out of it and lead a perfect blissful life with no tensions, no stress? 
Answer is emphatic YES. 
To lead a blissful life one has to understand himself in total. It is called Self Knowledge. By understanding the Self Knowledge, one will elevate to the state of Bliss. He will lead a Stress-Free life. Let us know and understand the science of the Self.  We are Consciousness. 
Consciousness is a speck of Cosmic Consciousness. 
Consciousness comes to this Earth plane with suitable body and it selects the environment and parents and situations to suit its purpose of life. 
Consciousness creates the Body and comes out of the mother’s womb. Then it creates Mind to understand the situations, to understand the language and to express it-self and to guide the other parts of the body.
Consciousness is nothing but Energy and Knowledge. 
Consciousness is body-mind-intellect-self and beyond. 
This is what we call ‘I’.
When we are in total we are with body-mind-intellect and self, we are in the stream of Cosmic Energy and we are connected to our totality. 
We receive abundant Cosmic Energy, our core energy increases. Our Mind becomes more clean and transparent. 
With this we will be able to understand the situations we are in total. We will have all the Energy and Knowledge to handle the situations. We will be able to experience our situations with total understandings. Consequently we feel the situations as just experiences, nothing more than that. We will be able to flow with our situations with utmost ease. With this we will be blissful at all situations and times. 
But we identifies with body and mind alone. 
With these wrong understandings and our mind starts perceiving the situations we are in a wrong way and it hinders the flow of Cosmic Energy. 
We only receive Cosmic Energy in Sleep and whenever we are in deep silence. 
We spend this Cosmic Energy for our day to day activities. As we grow old, our mind layers becomes thicker and thicker and the inflow of Cosmic Energy reduces drastically. 
Consequently the Cosmic Energy we receive is insufficient to handle our day to day activities. 
When we have very low Energy, we can’t work with full potency. We feel tired, tensed and later we are unable to cope up with the situations we are in. This is what we call STRESSFUL LIFE. 
The only way to come out of Stress is being with our totality. This state we normally are in our sleep. Consciously we can be in this state. We call this state is Meditative State. 
This state you can achieve and be in this state always. Here are the ways to achieve this state. Study these steps. It is very easy to know and to understand and to become that. You will see lot of changes within. It reflects in your life. You will come out of Stress very easily. You will lead a happy and blissful life. 
Ways to manage yourself - Stress Management 
1. Meditation is the way to be with oneself in total. 
Do Meditation every day, where ever you are. Do Meditation for 45 minutes twice a day. Any time is okay for Meditation. 
2. What ever work you do, do it in total. Be with your work in total. 
Give all your Energy and Knowledge to it. 
Just work for now. Never analyze about future now. 
Never analyze the consequences that may or may not arise from the work. 
Work for work. Be total. 
3. Live in Now. Never think of the past or dream of future. 
Past is past. You can’t change. 
Future is unknown as of now. 
Just be in the moment. 
4. While doing work, if unnecessary thoughts creeps in or haunts you, stop your work for a while. Take a deep breath. Relax.  Mind becomes calm momentarily. Then start the work again. 
5. Understand that the situation you are in is your own creation. 
You have all the Energy and Knowledge to handle it.
Believe in your self in total. 
Understand that you are capable of handling your situations in total.
6. Always look Within you. Never look outside you. For all your problems, solutions are always Within you. Never has it existed outside. 
So, never seek solutions from or through next person. 
Seek within you.
7. You are the cause and you are the one who can come out of it with your understandings and knowledge. 
No body can harm you. No body can make you unhappy. 
Never blame the next person for your inability or for your situations. 
Never feel that the problems are due to next person. 
Next person may be your Boss, your co-worker, your spouse, your children.
8. Your world is the reflection of your inner Core. Your outer world changes when your inner Core changes. Because the world you perceive is your own Inner core reflections.
The outer person, situation remains the same, but you will get enormous energy and Knowledge to grow above the next person or the situations. When you grow big in content, the situation looks very small. You will handle the situation with utmost ease.
Then the situation becomes just an experience.
9. When we handle situation with ease, situation is under our control. Then mind becomes calm and peaceful.  You will be blissful. 
These are the ways to come of your Stress. By studying and practicing it every minute, you will see lots of changes within. You will be able to handle your situations with understandings. You feel more energetic and ultimately you will be STRSS FREE. 
Further you will elevate to a state of BLISS. 

Meditation for Stress Relaxation:
Keep an hour every day for the Meditation at your daily schedule.
At this time of Meditation, follow these simple and profound instructions:
Sit comfortably either on chair or in Sukhasana on the floor.
Cross your legs, clasp your fingers.
Take few deep breaths. 
Relax.
Slowly close your eyes.
Do nothing.
Just watch within
Watch stillness within
Relax.
No analysis, no judgment, nothing.
Just be a pure witness or.
Thoughts may come in between.
Just witness the thoughts.
Don't analyze, don't negate and don’t energize the thought.
Allow it to pass. Let it go.
You may start witnessing the breath in its normal flow.
In-breath, out-breath.
Just be with the Breath, just witness.
Don't inhale or exhale consciously. Breath happens on its own.
Just witness the breath or thought or silence or emptiness within.
Just be.
Meditate for 30 to 45 minutes in one sitting.
Feel relaxed, feel energetic, feel fresh.
Close the session by slowly opening your eyes. Sit in silence for few more minutes. Then come out of the session.
See the changes in your self after Meditation.
After few sessions of Meditation, you feel more relaxed, more energetic.
Further your core potency will increase. You are ready to take bigger tasks.

While coming from the source, we come with Etheric Body as a structure for the Self. 
We come to this Earth plane to have unique experiences. 
For our experiences, we select the womb, the parents, atmosphere and situations. 
The whole design of life knows to the Self. 
After selecting the mother, speck of consciousness comes to mother's womb. After Consciousness enters the mother's womb, womb gets life. 
The physical body takes the shape according to the Cosmic Energy in the Etheric Body and according to the Cause. 
Consciousness will be traveling to the source till it takes first breath. 
After coming out from the mother's womb, it takes its first external breath. 
It is known as Birth.
FAQ on Pregnancy
What a mother should do during pregnancy?
Mother is directly connected to child at the time of pregnancy. Each and every action of the womb is directly related to mother. It is not only taking food but also it is taking all emotions and feelings of the Mother.
If mother is happy, peaceful then the womb child will be happy and peaceful.
If mother is tensed and unhappy then the womb child will be restless. It leads to pains for the mother. She suffers unnecessarily. She does not know the cause for this inconvenience is her own mental agony. 
So the role of the mother is to keep calm, peaceful and keep connected to womb child emotionally. 
Meditation is the only way to achieve this state.
Practice Meditation regularly. Understand that you are creating one Life. You are a creator. 
What is the role of the father during Pregnancy?
Father is the part of the whole creation that is happening inside the Mother’s womb.
The womb is nothing but pure Consciousness. It can directly feel the moods of the Father and his attitudes towards the mother and the womb.
Father should be always calm and caring.
He should have a feel for the womb child. Nurture with love and caring.
Take care of your wife. Feel for her. Be a part in all agony, restlessness, happiness, joy, pain and suffering.
Meditation gives the knowledge and Energy to be a perfect Parent and husband.
When you become a perfect parent and husband, the womb child will be blissful inside. Even after the Birth, Child behavior will be very calm, understanding, loving and caring. 

Meditation for Pregnant women:
Sit in a comfortable Posture.
Posture must be comfortable.
After sitting in a comfortable posture:
Clasp your fingers and cross your legs 
Close your eyes gently.
Relax.
Take 5-6 deep breaths.
Take in-breath. Hold for few seconds. Release out-breath slowly.
Relax.
Stop doing breathing. Stop doing conscious breathing.
Breathing happens on its own.
Now just witness the breath.
Watch Breath within the nostrils.
Breath is happening on its own way.
Just witness the flow of Breath.
Just witness in-breath, out-breath.
Just be with the Breath.
Let the breath be on its own.
Just witness.
Thoughts may come in between. Do nothing.
Just witness the breath.
Thought slowly disappear on its own.
Just witness.
Allow it to flow.
Just witness the breath or thought.
Thought slowly disappear on its own breath also slows down.
Be with the breath. Just witness.
Just be.
In this situation, just be a witness or. Just observe it. Experience it.
Do not analyze. Don’t try to do something.
Just be.

		<item><title>Understanding Death</title><description>Death is just shifting of Frequencies.
When we complete our work, we just leave this plane.
There is no age limit for death.

Death may happen at one year itself, it may happen at 10 years or it may happen at 20 years or it may happen at 30 years.

Sometimes it may happen after 50 years.

We don't give any importance to Death when it happens to some one which we don't know.
When the Death happen to some one we love, care, admire then it haunts us. We just can’t digest. We ponder over it again and again.

Death is the one thing that has to happen to this physical body.
One has to die.

What we have to see in a person is- how he lived? How human he was? At the time of death, how he lived the last moment? After Death, how his soul behaves?

A Knowledgeable person lives all the time with bliss. He cares little for mundane things. He welcomes death when he finishes his job, no matter how young or old he is. After he leaves the body, he just goes off from this world to his next place and work.

Please practice Meditation. Meditate for longer hours. You will understand Death and beyond.

Only Self Knowledge is the way to Understand Death. No other way.

When ever you want to take up a work, whether it is minor or major- do it in total. be with it. feel the work as the most important at the moment. 
Never keep time bound and purpose bound, target bound.
Nature is so beatiful and organised. Nature knows every thing that is required for you. 
You have the instrument to hear Nature. 
The instrument is your 'FEEL'. 
Try ro watch your feel at every moment. 
You will be in the right Path. That Path is for you at the moment. 
Be relaxed. 
All these is possible if you are with No Mind. 
Whenever thoughts creep in, cut it. take a deep breath. just relax. 
Do Meditation regularly. 
Believe in the Nature. Nature reflect in your inner feel. 
Follow it. Always. Always. Always.

Then he starts wondering the origin of his existence.
He will understand that:
All his thoughts, actions, works are governed and monitored through his Consciousness.
Then why he can not think and act according to his own feelings?
It is because he believes he is just body &amp; mind. He works through his mind.
Once one understands that he is the Consciousness and starts living with this Knowledge, then he will see miracles happening within himself.
How to attain this state?
1. One has to live with the moment in total.
2. One has to experience what ever comes to him as experiences.
3. Increase his Core Energy by being in the Cosmic Shower. It can be attained in deep silence, in Meditation and being in Meditative state during waking hours.
4. One has to understand his grand existence through his life experiences and through Inner Journey.
And
5. Being in the Path.

Body is the vehicle of the soul to experience this frequency through our five senses.

Mind is the tool to understand the experiences of the body. It is the decoder.

Intellect is the analyzer of the data stored in the Mind.

Self is our original zone. Here all our Knowledge of all our experiences of this live and all other previous lives are stored. Soul can understand the situations in total.
Soul experiences the experiences in total and gets the Knowledge in that situation and expands. This is the very purpose of the soul.

We live with either body consciousness or body-mind consciousness or body-mind-intellect consciousness or self-consciousness.
It depends totally on our Energy and Knowledge within us. 
It is also called Core Potency or Atma Shakthi.

If we have very low Core Potency, we live as body conscious people. 
With this we bother about our basic urges only. 
We strive hard for food, clothing, sex, and physical health. 
We will have unnecessary fear for nothing. 
We will loose our basic human qualities for these things.

But we have the capacity to improve our Athma Shakthi or Core Potency and to move to next levels.
It is possible only with Meditation.

Meditation is the journey to our highest zone- zone of Self.
When we reach this zone, we are arrived. This state is the Meditative State. 
It is also called No Mind Or No Thought State. 
It is the Dhyana Sthithi.

When we are with our Self, we will have abundant Cosmic Energy and with this boosted Energy, we experience our situations in total. 
With this we will have no anxiety, no fear, no problems to handle the situations. 
We will have total understanding capabilities. Consequently, we obtain Knowledge and our Consciousness expands. 
We will transcend all dualities and be blissful at all times and situations.

Meditation is the way to understand our Unlimited ness and attain Bliss.

M E D I T A T I O N
Select any convenient time in your daily schedule. 
The time for Meditation should be relaxed. 
It should not have very rigid schedule. 
Keep one hour in your day for practice of Meditation. 
Select a comfortable place which you feel more comfortable.
Keep 30 minutes for Meditation on the first day. 
Posture: 
Meditation has to be practiced with sitting posture with closed eyes.
You can either sit on a chair with crossed legs or on a mat in Sukhasana.
You can lean on a wall or cushion on the back for support and comfort.
The sitting posture should be stable and comfortable for you to sit for Meditation.
Way to do Meditation:
After sitting in a comfortable posture:
Clasp your fingers and cross your legs 
Close your eyes gently.
Relax...
Take 5-6 deep breaths...
Take in-breath ...hold for few seconds release out-breath slowly….
Relax...
Stop doing breathing. Relax...
Now just witness the breath...
Watch Breath within the nostrils...

Posture:
Posture is defined as the way you sit for Meditation. Posture must be comfortable and stable.Posture is the first and foremost step in the process of Meditation.You can select a comfortable place in your natural environment. The place should be very comfortable and esthetic to you. You should feel comfortable in that environment.In that place select a comfortable place.Then sit in that place.How you sit is what we call Posture.
You can sit in your normal way or you can sit cross legged, Sukhasana. 
Then clasp your fingers. You can also do mudras.Then when you feel comfortable, Slowly close your eyes.
Meditation Technique:
Meditation Technique is the technique one adopts to reach Meditative State.
The easiest and profound way is to:Observe one’s own natural Breath. 
How to adopt the technique?
After selecting the place, posture with the eyes closed,Take deep breath. Inhale deeply. Exhale deeply.Do Inhalation, Exhalation consciously with total relaxation for 5 times.Inhale slowly and exhale slowly. Take your own time.
Then,Slowly stop the inhalation and exhalation which you were doing consciously.
Relax…totally relax…
Slowly you will witness a miracle.What you were doing consciously is still happening without your commands.
Breath is happening on its own. Sometimes erratic, some times rhythmic.Observe that natural flow of Breath.
Let it happen on its own. Just witness it.Do nothing. Just witness the Breath.Do not do conscious breathing. Breath happens on its own.Just be with the Breath and its flow.
Miracles start happening.
Breath slowly becomes thinner and thinner. Breath becomes shorter and shorter.
Slowly you will transcend the mind zone.
Here in the process,Thoughts may creep in. Known and unknown thoughts may just creep in. It may or may not disturb you.
If it is not disturbing you,Just be with breath. Slowly thoughts reduce.
If thoughts are disturbing you:Thoughts will be there in the process of transcending the mind, because mind is nothing but bundles of thoughts.
When thoughts come and haunts you,Just witness consciously your in-breath and out-breath.
Do not negate the thoughts. Do not energize the thoughts. Do not go behind the thoughts. Just allow it to happen.
Relax…relax…Just observe the Breath. Witness the in-breath … out-breath…Breath will be erratic…Slowly the breath becomes rhythmic.Breath becomes thinner and thinner.Thoughts too become lesser and lesser.
Thoughts will not disturb you. It just happen as if it is happening some where and you are only witnessing it.
Slowly thoughts become zero and breath becomes shorter and shorter.
Slowly you will transcend the mind/thought zone.
Meditative State and Meditative Experiences:
By Observing, Witnessing you will slowly reach No Thought No Breath State.It is the Meditative State.In this state you will receive abundant Cosmic Energy.
By continuously doing Meditation, 
Third Eye gets activated. Further Third Eye gets perfected.
Astral Travel starts happening. We ‘see’ our own physical body.
Our Energy body gets cleansed.
We will get glimpses of our past-lives.
You will ‘Experience’ many more.
By doing Meditation,
Our understandings will change.
Our perceptions will change.
We will understand our unlimited ness
We will understand Death and Beyond.
We will be blissful at all times and situations.

Slowly you will attain peace and able to handle your self with more purpose. 
You will understand that you are here not to just eat and sleep. You are here to create your own other self as a purpose of you. 
You are That. You are Creator. You are Knowledge. You are Bliss.

		<item><title>Be with the Self</title><description>There are various stages of body-mind consciousness.
Body-mind consciousness will be with body.
Body-mind consciousness will be with mind.
Body-mind consciousness will be with intellect or body-mind consciousness will be with Self.

Body-mind consciousness is also called physical consciousness.

When the physical consciousness is with body, mind or intellect, the physical consciousness will be dualistic, choatic and limited.
When physical consciousness is with Self, it will be non-dualistic, crystal clear and unlimited.

One's physical consciousness will be with Self by transcending the body and mind through Meditation.
By doing more and more Meditation, one's physical consciousness will be with Self even during normal waking state also.

By lbeing with Self, you will be blissfull always. You will understand the unlimiteness. You will become creative.

		<item><title>Science of Consciousness </title><description>Science of the 'I':
What we know, as 'I' is the body and mind and our perceptions. In total we call it as personality.
Personality is what you are with your definition of your self- good, bad, beauty, ugly, happiness, sorrow, ego etc of our self and our preconceived ideas of others.
We believe that I am 'good' at some thing, 'bad' at some other thing; a person is 'good' and other person is 'bad'; one thing gives me 'happiness', other thing gives 'sorrow'...so on so forth...
We not only believe, but we want the next person to believe and live with it.
Whenever some lacuna forms in these understandings, we cannot accept and we do not know what to do and what not to do. We may suffer because of this. We start blaming the situations for this; some times we blame our own Karma or we may look at abstract’ God'.
Whenever situations match with our understandings, situations are under our control. We feel 'happiness' at the moment. 
So, we move from happiness to sorrow, sorrow to happiness....so on...

Can we understand beyond these small understandings and can we understand all situations and can we transcend the dualities.
The answer is emphatic YES.

For this one has to understand himself beyond body-mind consciousness and live with that Knowledge.

Here is the Science of 'I':

'I' is Consciousness. Consciousness is our original source, the base, the true 'I'.
Consciousness is with body-mind-intellect-Self.
Normally Consciousness will be with body-mind.
Consciousness's original state is with the Self.

		<item><title>Thoughts in Meditation</title><description>Meditation is the journey form thoughtful state to thoughtless state.
Meditation is the journey from body-mind state to Self.
When we are passing through Mind zone, thoughts do come. Thoughts may be known, unknown, related to our life or unrelated to us. All kinds of thoughts do come when we pass through Mind zone. Some times it is so irritating that we tend to come out of Meditation abruptly. Thoughts do disturb us when we are in the mind zone.
The way to cross the mind zone and to reach Self is what we call Meditation Technique.
Here is the Technique to transcend the Thought zone:
Sit comfortably with clasping your fingers and with crossed legs,
Close your eyes gently.
Take few deep breaths.
Now relax totally relax
Relax your body totally
Now just be with your self
Watch
Watch the silence inner silence
Let the breath be on its own
Watch the Breath.
Thoughts may come.know, unknown
Watches the thought.just witness the thought
Do not analyze.do not negate... do not go behind the thought
Just allow it happen on its own
Just be with the Breath.
Witness the breath.witness the thought
Just be pure witnessor.
Slowly thoughts reduce
Emptiness inner silence increases
Watch the Silence Watch the inner emptiness
Slowly you will reach No Thought state.
Special Instructions:
Normally you will experience No Thought state within few minutes in the first session.
It will be felt normally after few sessions.
Meditate for 45 minutes in one sitting. In these 45 minutes, almost 20 minutes will be spent in Thought Zone. We will have pure Meditative state for few minutes in intervals.
By doing more and more Meditation, we will have very less thoughts and we will really experience the bliss in Meditation.
Science:
Thoughts are of Mind Zone.
To transcend the thoughts, we have to do beyond mind work that is we have to do the Self work.
Concentration is Mind work; Observation, witnessing with out analysis is Self work.
When we are with Self work, being a witness, we can easily transcend Mind.
Stop all activity of Mind and start Self activity.
You will attain Meditative state.

		<item><title>Life is Blissful.</title><description>Life is to experience in total.
One can live with greater understanding.
One has to know:
Why the situations are happening for him like the way he sees.
What one has to do now at this situation?
He should try to understand the situation in total.
He can not change the situation. So he should not try to change the situation. He applies so many methods to alter the situations, but fails in vain. Some times he feels the things are altering, but in the process he suffers, suffers and suffers.
One has to just experience the situation with understanding alone.
He has to do what he can do at the situation to experience. 
He should understand to live the situation by just being with it.
He should never blame the other person like spouse, parents, friends, fellow beings or situations for his suffering. It is because no body is the cause for his suffering except his ignorance.
His suffering is his own creation with wrong understandings.
Once he understands to live by just being with it, he experiences the situations with no strings attached. 
He just experiences. He will be blissful at the situation.
Then the situation dissolves and he moves to next experience with bliss. 
He also experiences the next situation with bliss. 
Situations will continue, experiences will continue, but without suffering, without inconveniences.
Life will be blissful.
It is the way to live.
