Good things comes from small packages and this small but cute mini me is just one of that example. In one of my visit at Manila, i happen to see this beautiful personalized mini version of yourself ( caricature statues) and I thought it's not just cute but really awesome. I wish, i had the chance to order a mini-version of me but i'm in a hurry and it was not included in my budget.

Prices ranges from Php. 1,800 up depends on what kind. It's a perfect gift this valentines day, graduation day or even a cake topper for your wedding.

I'm thinking of good things today, got a new hair and a fresh pedicure in preparation for the Chinese New Year. Honestly, i'm thinking of a curly hair with lots of colorful yoyo string on it but hubby vehemently reply on my suggestions of having a curly hair so I opt to cut it into something shorter. I always had short hair before and I thought it would be so nice to have that back afterall it's good to have a new image this year of the water dragon.

Don't afraid to go shorter this year, dare to be bold and beautiful. Have a wonderful sunday to all of you :)

A beautiful chinese new year to all my fellow blogger and friends. Chinese new year was celebrated each year, keeping in mind the tradition that was set thousand years ago by the chinese people. It is also called as Spring festival. It is the most important tradition in the chinese culture. Just like having a christening party on which you send cigars to your friends to celebrate good tidings and happy beginnings.

Chinese new year defines a new hope for a better year. Many customs and traditions were set during this time but the most common is wearing red and placing some important symbols to balance the good chi to your family and home.

Even if we don't want it, seems the rainy days are coming very near as much as we could imagine. Since yesterday, this hard rain keeps on falling down our roof tops and I'm a little bit worried because It was only January for now and there are still lots of things that we need to accomplish.

There are days like this that I thought a heated clothing was very much needed especially that the nights are getting colder than before but I guess that I would just persevere from now.

Rainy Days are coming and indeed very fast and just imagine that there are still many victims of Sendong that lives in the evacuation center and yet there is this another heavy rain that keeps on pouring.

Afterthoughts

Thoughts keep on lingering me. Until now, we still don't have any house help and my hands are already shaking and my stomach frequently having a mild ache which I do hope would not cause more trouble in the near future. I have planned to take the medicine that I used to drink before. When I went to the nearby medicine store, I was stuck for a while because their POS systems suddenly got broke and it needed to be repair.

While waiting for our turn, Peachy and I decided to walk around and bought some pancit guisado for hubby since it was his birthday today. We have also bought a fiesta bread that tastes really good.

It's been a while since we don't have any house help and It's not that I am complaining but sometimes I'm already tired of hubby's kept on telling me to follow up this request.

Everybody are interested on finding a medical job that can give a well compensation and given a chance, I might end up finding a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Jobs that suits me. I wonder, if i would be given a chance to work abroad considering our present situation and it would be a very hard decision to make but if chances are to knock, then I would have to take a chance on it.

Medical technology is always a demand in States or other foreign country, just this to mean that Medical jobs are still one of the leading work this days but even as I try hard to think about it, I would never fit as a medical worker because of my strong grip and for being afraid of blood.

So, my career for being a nurse just ends here even I haven't started out yet.

If i could sing a love song, i would definitely be singing a beautiful melody and thank the Lord for giving me wonderful days despite the gloom but i'm not a singer or even had a beautiful voice so instead, I would just write a nice poem for you, to tell you the glorious days i had with you.

Now, I learned that Christmas won't be the same without you nor it wouldn't be this happier if i don't have you. You read it right, it's a familiar verse on some of the famous songs that I used to sing, yes I sing but never in a crowd of people but if you will push me, i might sing one for you but please don't mind if the sky cries and pour rains on you.

Life is indeed short, laugh and enjoy every second, feel it's beauty and eat, don't mind that bulging stomach. After all, there are many weight loss pills that work and will perfectly help you remove that excess fats.

Christmas is indeed a beautiful day to reminisce the beauty of life, there maybe many rocks along the way but learning to pick up the fallen debris can make you stronger.

Allergies

Who want's to get sick? Definitely not me and I believe you wouldn't want too. So, as to avoid getting sick, one must take care of herself by eating the right and healthy foods, make sure to take recommended vitamins and drink lots of water.

My children had been suffering from colds and coughs for several days and just this afternoon, my allergies are now making my nose stuffy and i know what will happen next.

Now, i was wondering maybe the cpu cart is the reason why my allergies came out and now I just can't stop sneezing. I really need to buy some medicine tomorrow to ease the discomfort.

The holiday season was a month of merry parties and events and some of the resto and bars are full of people celebrating the happiness this Yuletide season brings. Next to Christmas party, students love attending prom nights.

Honestly,I wish i can go again to prom night because I hate the one I had before. Considering that we are all girls, the excitement of having a first dance was far from reality. If i would be given a chance to go back in time, i wanted to experience a beautiful prom night and choose a beautiful evening dress from the prom dresses on sale in the mall or boutiques that offers beautiful gowns or borrow a beautiful dress straight from the closet.

Somehow this topic is the most popular one this days and as much as we don't want to partake on this political problems, our country and the people are the one suffering from it. It is not that I want to keep my silence or just want to be neutral, the only thought I have is the feelings deep in my head that there are many people who still don't know what's happening in our country.

Our government and judiciary is facing a great deal of pressure and if this continue it will definitely affect our economy and the lives of many people who really don't understand the truth of the matter.

I am no laywer, that is why, I am not very knowledgeable in terms of the law but one thing is for sure for me, this topic is very alarming and we all hope and wish that it will be better soon.

What's life without facebook?

I am just wondering what will be my life without facebook? What about yours?

Facebook has created many avenues not just for me but for many people. It's a great way of communication, friendship , finding lost family and friends and can even create and destroy your life.

Facebook is an inevitable part of my life and I just don't know what will happen if i could not open it for a day. But is not just all about fun and recreation, sometimes, it does create negative things and bad things to a people. Sometimes, user become abusive and abuses it's function wall. It can also create chaos in some people and there are deaths recorded because of meeting someone you have only known because of this social network.

Whatever the case, facebook has been a great help to many and I do hope it will continue that way.

This comes from a reliable source or much to say from GMA Network itself. If you can still remember, Rhian Ramos seeks for a few time off from her work because of the recent problems caused by the leak you tube video of her former boyfriend Mo Twister sharing the whole world that Rhian had an abortion.

It shocks many people, especially those who idolized Rhian. Ooh, i just remember, i recently watched her movie and i find her really good on "The Road", this revelations about her personal affair is indeed shocking. I am not condemning her nor sympathizing with her, but just like a normal people, a woman, i do believe that she is entitled to her own private life and whatever decisions she made, past or present, she is the only one responsible for that and no people should ever made her feel bad about it.

Here's the statement GMA Network officially made;

"GMA Network received a request from its artist Rhian Ramos for a few weeks leave from her work schedule because of the trauma she is going through. She asked that she be replaced in “The Beloved” as she feels that she cannot give her best to the show given her current state of mind. She also asked for a few weeks leave from her other shows “Manny Many Prizes” and “Party Pilipinas.”

GMA understands her request and will allow her to take some time out from her obligations to the Network. Once she comes back from her break, she will resume appearing in her shows “Manny Many Prizes” and “Party Pilipinas.” She will also resume work on her new movie project with GMA Films."

Meeting my fellow PMC (Pinay Mommies Community) Mommies for the first time is such a great experience. I get a chance to bond with them and know them personally.

Although, it's our first time to meet but the reaction is overwhelming and seeing them feels like we have known each other for so long but that is not a surprise anymore. Being a member of the group for sometime is something I am very proud of and I guess the feeling with other mommies are mutual.

Although the event seems to end so fast, it was a great opportunity and the memories are worth cherishing. I wish, i can meet them again in the near future.

Personalized Coins

For a coin collector, the greatest collection he could ever had is a coin of himself. It would be fabulous and something worth keeping but i guess personalized coins would just be a fancy thing but someone like a collector would appreciate.

Coin collecting is just like collecting stamps and postcards but coins can be expensive too. The more older it was, the more expensive it will be. I am happy to have a few old coins for my collection which my grand mother have given me but it would be a great idea to know that i can have my own coin personalized.
