Thanks for your comment. In nearly all of the small coffee shops that I go to, internet access is free. In most of the good hotels it is also free. Yet in a lot of the so called top hotels I hear the same excuses  <em>it is a policy from Head Office&#8230; yes we know nearly all of our guests complain &#8211; as usual Head Office don&#8217;t give a toss</em><br />
