Out with the old, in with the new! I cleared out a few older items and plopped in a couple new. Earlier this year, I had the joy of working on Circle 65's iPhone game, "iRobox". I 3-D modeled four of the six playable characters. Screenshots are available under the Design sub-folio. You can buy it via the iTunes store for $.99.
I also recently had a commission for a superhero character, the lovely Collette. Check her out under the Character Illustration sub-folio.

Working on iPhone apps has become my new favourite thing in the world and I have three more coming down the tubes any day now, dealing with both illustration and UI design.

I added three new illustrations to the creatures section in the Portfolio. I'm flying off Thursday morning for sunny Indianapolis for Gen Con! Still have a ton of last minute preparations to go...

GenCon Indy 2009

Preparing for GenCon in Indianapolis this year! I'll be there from August 13-16th with my portfolio in hand, chatting up gaming companies for the chance to do character designs as well as gettin' my gaming on with as many games as generic tickets will let me into - I failed at signing up for them this year. Otherwise, wandering around and crashing parties is on the agenda. I'll debut the new line of creatures I've been working on shortly before I fly off. I've been a busy, busy lady.

MoCCA was so much fun! Ran into tons of folks from my time at SVA, met new people and sold some stuff. A few shamed me about not having worked in comics in some time, so that's going to be something I work on in the future. Forgot my camera both days, so I couldn't take photos of the sweltering show space, sadly.
Images from my line of naked lady cards to come when I have a free minute. In the meantime, I'm developing an iPhone app interface and sketching out new portfolio pieces for this year's Gen Con.

MoCCA Appearance

Just learned that I'm going to be at MoCCA festival this weekend in NYC. I'll be set up at table 703 (that's against the wall, to your left from the entrance). I'm showing with my distributor, Bear Party Collective and will be wandering around at various times of the day. I'll be the lady with purple hair and a facial piercing. And maybe a fake mustache, if it arrives in time.

Portfolio update

Updated the portfolio page with several new pieces from my graphic design work in the past 6 months. Proper typography makes the world a better place.

GenCon

Went to GenCon with my portfolio and had a blast! Received some great feedback on my works and I'm already in the works on some new creature designs. Maybe I'll even graduate to a few humanoids.

New Website
