My buddy and co-worker, Pro Staff Jared Brunner explains what Skecher Shape Ups can do for you even while you are eating higher calorie foods at the Indiana State Fair.

Isn&#8217;t he fabulous?
Would you like to know the damage of your favorite fair food?

Mission: Do you need some direction? Do you know where you are going?

Do you use a GPS as much as I do?
It might be a possibility if you use to get the grocery and back. Or how to get out of your neighborhood!
My reliance on a simple piece of technology is a little pathetic.
I use it so much that I actually named it&#8230;. errrr I named her [...]<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/Melissasmission/~4/DPLT1MC5v4Y" height="1" width="1"/>
