Vincent Black Shadow es una explosiva banda formada hace unos pocos años en Baltimore, MD. Son un quinteto y tocan un desnfrenado un heavy psychedelic rock y punk rock. Son una mezcla de Blue Cheer en " Outsideinside " y el Boris de ¨ Heavy Rocks¨ mezclado con The Stooges en la era de ¨Raw Power¨. Una de las más imponentes bandas de estos tiempos son los destructores Salome nacidos en el 2006 en Virginia, cuando los miembros fundadores de Kat y Aaron Deal decidieron tomar su amor mutuo a Thorr’s Hammer y Khanate y poner en marcha un denso y pesado proyecto propio. Después de reclutar a amigo Rob Moore en la guitarra, el trío comenzó a escribir canciones para lo que se convirtió en su homónimo álbum debut. ¨Salome¨ fue lanzado en el 2008 por Vendetta Records y contiene 45 minutos de riffs trituradores y el rugido cavernoso de Kat. Cargado de potencia y templado por momentos de misteriosa calma, las cuatro canciones ejecutadas por Salome les genero una considerable cantidad de atención positiva de los medios de comunicación y de los aficionados por igual. Esto los llevo a una serie de conciertos importantes como banda soporte del dios del doom Wino con su proyecto solista, compartiendo escenarios con gente como Ocean, Black Anvil, y Woe,tambié como parte del programa Pitchfork's No Mercy serie y la aparicion en la edición inaugural de la Scion Rock Fest junto a Neurosis, Mastodon, Boris, High on Fire, Nachtmystium, y docenas de bandas más. Graban una versión de Fugazi de la cancion "Blueprint" para el proyecto de Blind Date Records " Clone - Play Slow.Die Fast - Volume I ¨ ,mientras que comienzan a trabajar el lo que hoy es el split 12¨ con la banda de sludge de Baton Rouge los amigos de Thou editado por Vendetta Records en noviembre de este año. Salome ya planea entrar al estudio a finales de 2009 para volver a abrir las puertas del infierno y registrar el sucesor de su álbum debut aclamado por la crítica.

La vida de Charger a cambiado desde que le enviaron su demo 'Haulin' Ass' al sello Undergroove ,la banda se había formado en Stoke-On-Trent en el 1995. Luego de algunos rápidos cambios de formación graban en solo 10 horas ¨ Fuzzbastard¨ con Dave Chang en Backstage Studios y editado en colaboración entre Undergroove y Lockjaw Records en setiembre de 1999. Charger durante todo el 2001 a tocado por toda Inglaterra e Irlanda con grandes bandas como Napalm Death, Morbid Angel, The Dukes Of Nothing, Firebird, Sloth y Cathedral además de los tres grandes tours nacinales como grupo soporte de Amen y Raging Speedhorn y otro con Raging Speedhorn y Vex Red auspiciadas por Kerrang!.El último fue como cabeza de cartel y estaban acompañados por Rabies Caste como soportes.

Damad comienza a recorrer el underground de su ciudad natal Savannah, Georgia en el año 1992. Este quinteto estaba encabezado por por la vocalista Victoria Scalisi haciéndolos sobresalir del resto de las bandas de su época. No hay ninguna esperanza en su música, sólo un depósito infinito de rabia y la desesperación violenta. El centro de su brutal sonido es generado por parte de la guitarra con pesados riffs a lo Sabbath algo mas rápidos, más la voz rencorosa y los inhumanos ruidos de la batería. Damad edito mucho material a lo largo de su carrera entre álbum, splits y ep´s sin contar las innumerables apariciones en compilados. La banda se separa en el 2001 formando alguno de sus miembros bandas como Kylesa o Karst.
