MS Outlook 2010: How to download the offline address book?

Recently upgraded my MS office 2007 to office 2010 tech preview. And after configuring outlook, wanted to download a copy of offline address book and noticed the navigation has slight changes to get the download addressbook.

Click on the "office button" (on the left most at the top of office menu)

Outlook 2007 crash with faulting application error.

In one of my test PCs I observed this error. I look for a resolution for this error, and realized that many have faced similar error and no solid resolution steps yet. This could be due to multiple factors of each PC. Here I would like to know how may of you have got this error and how you resolved it...

How to fix: "Your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded" error in IE

While I was downloading a hotfix from the Microsoft's site, here is what I got in IE: "your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded"

So the workaround is:

Enable "File Download" under Tools > Internet Options > Security > Internet > Custom Level > Downloads > File Download
