Video Fix - Lady Gaga "You And I"

If you were underwhelmed by Lady Gaga’s last video for “The Edge of Glory,” then you’ll get a thrill out of her latest visual marvel. The eccentric superstar heads to Nebraska to shoot the over-the-top visuals for “Yoü and I,” the fourth single off her chart-topping album Born This Way, which was written about her on-and-off boyfriend Luc Carl.

In typical Gaga fashion, she embodies a plethora of bold looks, while making out with her male alter-ego Jo Calderone in a corn field and transforming into a mermaid named Yuyi.

“[The video is about the] idea that when you’re away from someone you love, it’s torture,” she told Omaha radio station 94.1. “I knew I wanted the video to be about me sprinting back and walking hundreds of thousands of miles to get him back.”

Today Jason drops the second single from his upcoming album titled 'It Girl'. The song is a mid-tempo love ballad about...you guessed it, his 'It Girl'! "You could be my it girl, Baby you're the sh!t girl, Loving you could be a crime," sings Jason on the infectious hook. "Crazy how we fit girl, this is it girl, give me 25 to life," he adds.

The video for the song has already been shot and features real life It-Girl Tika Sumpter from CW's hit teen-drama 'Gossip Girl'.

Nicole Scherzinger makes it rain in “Wet” the fourth video off her solo debut Killer Love. The ex-PCD leader shows off her body, dance moves and beauty as she sneaks into an indoor pool to heat things up. Nicole shot the video in-between her judging on the new show X-Factor which will make its American debut this fall.

The single is being released in the U.K. not America as of now, and hopefully it stays that way because quite frankly the song is a generic mess. As I've mentioned before its not Nicole that's the issue with her solo career not exploding; It's the bland music.

Fresh off divorce Jennifer Lopez flaunts her beauty on the latest issue of Vanity Fair magazine. But her beauty isn't the only thing she's flaunting. The 'On The Floor' singer had no issue dishing about her perosnal life and gives fans...and the public, some details on her divorce fiasco.

"That was my biggest dream, and I really worked hard at it. We both did,” Lopez told the publication for its September cover story. “Sometimes it doesn’t work—and that’s sad. But I remain an eternal optimist about love. I believe in love,” Lopez says. “It’s still my biggest dream. 50 Cent's career is a bit of a roller coaster if you ask me. It started at the highest of highs and had some ups and downs a long the the way. Those ups being millions of albums sold, movie deals and lucrative business moves. And those downs include flop albums, singles and a drastic drop in popularity.

But with Fiddy's new single "I'm On It" from his 5th upcoming album he's hoping to change things around. The bass-heavy Cataracs produced thumper features 50 doing what he does best: bragging. “If Jay’s Illuminati, what am I?/ Am I Bugatti?” 50 inquires on the track. “Me I’m so B.I.G./ Notorious ya dig?”

I do like this track, and by like I mean I didn't get the urge to turn it off 1 minute in. I don't necessarily love the track either however I was never a big 50 follower when he was dominating during his first two albums. This song fails to compare to his anthems like 'In Da Club' and 'Just A Lil Bit' so a return to former glory appears gaunt at the moment.

Chris Brown recently announced he's releasing his first rap mix-tape Boy In Detention on August 5. Today he releases the cover art for the mix-tape and like the album cover for his #1 album F.A.M.E. he goes the animated route.

However, the Wal-Mart friendly cover art for F.A.M.E. doesn't exactly mirror the images on his first rap mix-tape cover which features a female in a thong and a skull head smoking what appears to be weed. I like the cover a lot, but I dunno if I can take an entire album of Breezy trying his best to sound gangsta. It worked on 'Look At Me Now'.... but a whole album?

Drake is looking to make “Headlines” with the first official single from his 2nd album Take Care, due in stores October 24. The Young Money MC, who had massive success in 2010 with his debut album Thank Me Later, goes after critics on the head-nod inducing production.

“I had someone tell me I fell off, ooh I needed that/ And they want to see me pick back up, well where’d I leave it at?” spits Drizzy on the Boi-1da and Noah "40" Shebib produced track. “The whole process has been about slowing life down and really pinpointing emotions,” the actor-turned-rapper told Rolling Stone of his latest album, which Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, and The Weeknd are featured on.

Do I love the new single? YES. Will it be as big as 'Find Your Love'? NO. It lacks the commercial appeal needed to crossover to Top 40 radio, but the bouncy production and Drake's fluent rhymes should make this a home-run with hardcore fans.
