Beriadah Di Taman Merdeka Johor Bahru

Kisah pagi tadi selepas Mia hantar Sofea ke kelas tambahan di sekolah, Mia pergi beriadah di Taman Merdeka Johor Bahru. Salah satu tempat riadah yang menarik dan popular di Johor Bahru. Diucapkan tahniah dan syabas kepada Majlis Bandaraya Johor Bahru (MBJB) yang telah menaiktaraf Taman Merdeka ini sekaligus memberi manfaat kepada rakyat negeri Johor dan pelancong luar.

Cantik sangat tempat ini. Ramai yang datang sini, parking pun penuh. Mia beriadah jogging dan walking secara santai sambil menikmati keindahan taman rekreasi yang ikonik ini.

Taman Merdeka ini dibuka secara rasmi sebagai pusat rekreasi komuniti pada tahun 2011 dan meliputi kawasan seluas 31 ekar. 1 kali pusingan keliling Taman Merdeka ini bersamaan 1.2 km laluan pejalan kaki dengan 1,700 steps. Uniknya, ia mempunyai 9 laman bersejarah memaparkan era pemodenan dan perjuangan kemerdekaan negara kita.

Ada aktiviti senamrobik di sini. Boleh join ikut sekali beramai-ramai mengikut instructor dengan iringan lagu rancak. Memang happening.

Hasilnya, Mia dapat capai target lebih 5 km pada hari ini. Kali ini 5.68km bersamaan 9,788 steps dengan masa 1 jam 36 minit 24 saat. Alhamdulillah.... sebelum ini hanya sampai 4km terus pancit. Jom tengok Mia snap dari apps Samsung Health di handphone Mia.

Jom jaga kesihatan diri dan keluarga agar kekal cergas dan berstamina. Chaiyuk...

Diam tak diam dalam tempoh blog ini bercuti dari update, tidak sangka trafik blog ini tetap konsisten setiap hari. Ada hari trafik blog ini mencanak naik pageviews. Ada masa maintain dan tidak putus dengan kunjungan readers dari mana-mana search engine untuk cari maklumat di blog ini. Ada juga kenalan rakan blogger yang datang jenguk Mia di sini. InsyaAllah bila berkelapangan nanti Mia akan blogwalking ke blog anda sekalian pada siapa-siapa yang tinggal jejak di ruangan komen entri blog ini.

Faktor utama mungkin entri blog ini dah melebihi 9,000 posts dan semua entri telah di indexed oleh search engines. Jadinya kalau ada yang search guna keyword tertentu dan kebetulan matching dengan mana-mana entri blog Mia, maka jumpalah blog ini. Sungguhpun setahun dah tak update blog, jadinya trafik blog ini datangnya dari entri-entri lama yang semakin lama semakin banyak pageviews nya. Biarlah orang tengok dari luaran dengan blog kita ini macam biasa saja. Tetapi siapa tahu, sebenarnya blog kita ini tidak kurang hebatnya.
