Welcome to Midland Lutheran College!

This is the view of campus from the corner of 8th and Clarkson Streets.

This is the Anderson Complex, which houses several academic departments such as Education, Journalism, Business, and Art. The wing to the left is the Musbach Art Gallery.

Student artists, as well as professional artists, show their work in the Musbach, Kimmel, and President's Galleries on campus.

The Campus is also home to several art pieces and sculptures.

At the heart of Midland's campus sits the Cross at The Center fountain.

This gathering spot is a favorite for graduation pictures (and a few prom pics, too). In addition, first-year students begin their careers and graduating seniors end their careers here.

Two colors you'll see lots of at Midland are the orange and the green.

This view is outside of one of the student housing buildings.

The Campus Green is part of the Nebraska State Arboretum System. Aside from being beautiful to see, the Green also provides a sense of serenity and calm for students and faculty.

Nice days can mean class outdoors. This outdoor classroom sits near the Kimmel Theater, the Swanson Science Building and the Anderson Complex.

In the Fall, the turning leaves add color and variety to the campus.

This is a view from the Olson Student Center, looking back toward the Cross at the Center and the Anderson Complex.

History and heritage are very important to Midland. The Luther Arch is a reminder of one of the colleges that merged to create Midland Lutheran College.

It's all about balance in this view from the Anderson Complex looking across campus.

The Campus Green makes for a nice, quiet place to knock out some homework.

Even in the Fall, the Campus Green maintains the beauty and grace of nature.

The Cross at the Center is the hub for a lot of the activity on campus. Here the cheer squad fires up a pep rally before a home game at the Event Center.

The Midland Events Center is our state of the art athletic and conference center. Aside from hosting Midland basketball and volleyball, the Events Center has also been the sight of a variety of concerts and conventions, including Steven Curtis Chapman and the Nebraska Democratic Convention.

The Athletic Hall of Fame recognizes outstanding athletes and staff throughout Midland's history.

All ready for basketball? Great!

If volleyball is more to your liking, we can lower a regulation net -- game ready -- onto the court in about 30 seconds.

Private suites provide a more relaxed environment for Midland's supporters.

You never know who may turn up at a Midland sporting event. Here, Larry the Cable Guy takes in a Midland football game. Git r' done!

As part of the Events Center project, the former athletic complex was remodeled and modernized.

Hopkins Arena now houses several basketball courts, the weight room, a running track, and batting cages. In addition, it's the site for Midland's indoor track and field competitions. The surface even allows for hammer and shot put practice.

Kimmel Theater is home to Midland's theatrical spirit. Every year, Midland partners with professional theater companies to develop, produce and stage student shows.

Students have been able to leverage these partnerships into paid positions in the world of show business.

Kimmel Theater sits near the heart of campus, which means the exterior views are just as beautiful as the interior scenery.

Your seat awaits!

The Olson Student Center is a hub for students' daily activities. This houses the campus bookstore, Student Development, mailboxes, the game center, and the Warrior Grille.

Pool tables, air hockey, and ping pong all provide welcome diversions.

The second floor of Olson offers comfortable seating and room to spread out. The Student Development office is also located at this level. It would be easier to list what Student Development is NOT involved in that it would be to list what they ARE involved in. From IDs to housing to careers to health.... Student Development is a one stop shop for student needs.

Swanson Hall is the home to Midland's science and technology programs, and also houses Mueller Planetarium.

This is just a small (and I do mean small) sample of the fossils, minerals, artifacts, and other specimens on display at Swanson.

In Clemmons Hall, Dr. Stephen Fritz, Midland's president, addresses an audience before the College's massive pipe organ. Clemmons is home to the school's music programs.

Dr. Fritz knows how to pack a house!

Expanding minds need fuel to learn and grow. The Dining Hall keeps the food hot, fresh, and tasty to help fuel those minds.

The Dining Hall feel is very much comfy cafe, not cold cafeteria. Pull up a chair and grab a bite.

Midland offers a variety of housing options for students. If apartment-style living is more to your liking, then Lund and Atchinson Halls are for you. These four-bedroom units include living rooms, two baths, and a kitchen area.

If it's the more traditional college experience you seek, then Beegle (seen here), Gunderson, and Men's Halls offer dormitory rooms of various sizes. Most of the student body has tried both styles of housing.
