This involves a notably innovative combined table and seats, designed for congenial social gatherings. Its designer, Dirk Wynants, immediately thought of adding a suitable awning. To really enter into the spirit of things, visitors who slide into a seat at the ‘Hopper’ can try out the home-brew beer ‘Tremist’. So, it’s a 10-day ‘Hoppy’ hour at the Extremis stand!”

At first, I hated it. Now, it’s starting to grow on me. The new logo for the Democratic party has gained some negative publicity, and I admit that when the blue “D” dawned itself I scoffed, I even laughed under my breath (not out-loud or lol, as they say).

Bill Maher, whom I admittedly admire, compared it to more grotesque version of the Chicago Cubs logo, destined to be associated with unending failure. Which may be true. It’s just a “D”, encircled by a slightly darker colored blue #3f64db, the actual “D” is an #5AA0f8 color blue, and though it seems rather simplistic, it’s effective – at least I think so. Simple can be good, because simple can be identified. Of course, simple can also run the risk of being simple like Forrest Gump or Chicago Cubs or worse – just plain lazy.

But in this case, after a few days thinking it over, I think it’s more simple like Google. But then again, it’s very possible that it’ll be a rebranding disaster. I guess we’ll find out in November.

The Bertelli bike is for the simple at heart. This is not to suggest that it is for the frugal at heart. It’s not. But if you’re looking for a custom, minimalist “biciclette”, a bike crafted with sophistication, style, beauty, etc. – I mean, you can happily hang one of these bikes from your ceiling – in your living room, it’s art & it’s a bike.

The pricing starts at $1500. Not that bad, really. You can add on, mix, match, customize. Of course, the price will go up with each additional customization, but hey, how bad do you want a bike that perfectly reflects the intrinsic nature and value of your inner being?! Price is no obstacle when it comes to your soul.

But the really cool part about this site/company is they show you how to assemble a bike yourself – “Since i’ve been receiving lot of interest from all over the world, and I can’t build and ship bike outside the US I wrote a very small guide on “how to build a bike”, a blog with some suggestions to build your own bike with my style.” They have a blog with style too.

Now all I have to do is find $1500.

Visit their site here.

It was flimsy, it smudged easily, it was – in a word – disappointing. So my search to find something better began – and it hasn’t been easy. So far the best option of come across is the Dodo case. This is a quality item and well worth the $60. If anyone else has any alternatives that they would argue are better, don’t hesitate to suggest one.

When there is a new USB device plug in and occupied one USB port, at the same time, it provides one more USB port. If more and more USB devices are designed the plug like this. There won’t be any limitation of the number of USB port anymore. Also, the colorful design helps users recognize the device easily, and makes a series of USB plug more vivid.
