Since our furry companions don't know better, there's a danger
they'll try to lick up even small spills because of the sweet smell. Storing them on the floor simply takes up too much space. I would never recommend a stainless steel leaf blower that must be plugged into an outlet to own as this would be very dangerous to use while climbing up and down a ladder.

Looking for my first decent pair of headphones when I read this. Denon DN HP-1000 was on my list, but I seem to be having all sorts of bad customer service experiences lately, so this post made my decision easier. Thanks.

Just ordered the DN HP-1000s, $150
own:
Beats: $299. tired of replacing batteries.
Beats Pro: $399. sturdy, great bass, personally not inspired by someone's name on the headband
Barrows & Wilkins: $299. exceptional clarity, smooth, scared by undetachable, angel hair pasta thick cord
Turtly Beach: $159. too many added gadgets come with it to break down but very decent sounding.
AKG: $399. clean sound but low output and weak bass
Pioneer HDJ 2000: well constructed and great feel/finish, superb sound from lows to highs.
really enjoying these the most so far.
Still looking forward to trying the Denon HP-1000s but now with a little apprehension
