i got this new bai visa card delivered.. but i havent used this when i was in the philippines. my old one has expired.. how will i be able to activate may new card? i cant call their toll free line.. i am in japan.. and i need to use my new card for online shopping. its just not been activated yet.

please help..

My friend from US sent me several letters mula pa September last year and the last one was sent nitong February 2. Not one of those 6 letters arrived! We are chatting and emailing regularly. He sent those letters because he wants me to have something tangible from him. I did the same. Awa ng Diyos wala kahit isang dumating, the same with my letters to him.

It’s very embarassing. Philpost should be closed or privatized. Totally inutil na yung service and they’re there only to steal. I once have an officemate whose husband worked as a post man. Nagtataka sya bakit ang aga lagi ng asawa nya sa bahay. She discovered natanggal na pala sa trabaho yung asawa nya. One time, walang pasok at naglinis sya ng bahay. Natuklasan nya ang gabundok na sulat sa ilalim ng kama! Inuuwi pla ng kanyang asawa at sa ilalim ng kama dine-deliver kaya aga lagi uwi.

Hi Keith!

That’s the big problem. There doesn’t seem to be a clear method on following up delayed mails / parcels from the Philippine Postal office. I suggest that you also contact your ebay vendor. Did you pay for insurance for the item?

Totoo ka dyan tol…sa C5 issue palang dapat hinaharap nya yun..yan ba ang para sa mahirap oh para sa sarili lamang..and the other concern you know what nagpadala kami ng package tru PHILPOST and nagbayad kame for P1,972 and then hindi naman nakarating sa pinadalhan namin tapos yung cost pa ng nasa loob nun..3-5 days daw pero 1month na ang nakakalipas hindi parin nakakarating tama ba yun?????

I wish you all the best Rie. Sana nga ma-receive mo yung pinadala sa’yo. As for the track and trace, I won’t put too much faith in it. For some reason, Information technology development in our government has been awkwardly slow and Philpost is no exemption.
