Entrusted by the CEO to increase e-commerce operations efficiency, I reorganized multiple administrative teams into a single Online Customer Success team to ensure customer satisfaction and grow e-commerce sales. This resulted in a 585% increase in B2B e-commerce sales (from $1.1M in FY20 to $7.6M in FY21), a 27% improvement in median ticket response times, and a YoY 16% NPS increase.
