The Solo photos was shot with just 1 softbox and the ‘group’ shots here are done with 2 softboxes, one directing at each of subject.

I’ve also put the photos through some photoshopping just to see what works and what doesn’t, just like what I did with the previous 2 posts. Do let me know what you think of the photos, at least I can have a rough idea what people like and not.

My photoshop skills isn’t fantastic and I’m still learning the tools of the trade, still a long way to go compared to some of the more experienced photo photoshop users out there, don’t have to look far, even among bloggers. So do feel free to drop me a comment on what you think of the photos.

Ingredients:

• 3 strips of Pork loins, cut to cubes
• 4 Potatoes, chopped to cubes
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons of thick Soy Sauce (do keep this around as you might need to add in a tad more if it’s not to taste yet)
• 2 tablespoons of light Soy Sauce (do keep this around as you might need to add in a tad more if it’s not to taste yet)
• 2 pieces of garlic
• 1 red onion, sliced to 8 pieces
• 1 cup of water

Preparation:

• Heat up the wok with some oil
• Once the wok is hot enough, put flames to small
• Put in the 2 pieces of garlic in and allow it to be fried til golden brown
• Place pork into the wok and stir the meat til it’s almost cooked
• Potato and Onions to be added and allow it to be cooked for another 3min
• Pour in water, place lid of wok and allow the water to come to a simmer
• Add in a dash of salt, the two type of Soy Sauce in and stir to allow the sauce to be mixed into the pork, try the sauce to check for taste and add in more sauce if you desire to taste.
• Allow the dish to simmer for another 30min or until the potatoes soften and serve.

This is one of the dishes I prepare fairly often at home. It’s simple, there’s not much that needs to be done and anyone can do it.

The play of light at that hour is just magnificant, God’s wonders never cease to amaze me. How the heaven turn the day to night and the colors that appears in between that switch. It’s incredible don’t you think so?

Instead of some photos by the beach and all, this time around, it’s some photos in a field of plants. How the plants dance in the setting light with breeze blowing it is just beautiful.

So here’s some of the photos that I’ve shot of Hanis at the Malaysian Dream Girl finale last year.

I do believe that I’ve improved on my shots looking at what I’ve shot for her and what I’ve done recently. Can’t really be a judge of myself, just hope that you guys like what you see and I’ll just keep on posting more and more of what I’ve shot.

Here, I’m sharing with you this tribute track done by Sean “Diddy” Combs titled “Better on the Other Side” features Diddy, along with fellow Jackson mourners Chris Brown, Boyz II Men, the Game, Polo and Mario Winans.

Basically a tribute to the way Jackson influenced countless artists who came after him, a few lines of the track go like this:

“I guess what I’m askin’ is, everybody bow your head for a legend, don’t breathe for a second… My confession, somebody tell Usher, I seen him moonwalk, I guess the young ‘Thriller’ touched him, like he touched me, like he touched you…”
