Ok so where did you get that picture of me? Ron Mehl said once sitting in a garage doesn't make you a car any more than sitting in church makes you a Christian. It's a heart issue not a head issue.Like you said you can't redefine it to fit your definition either you believe A.Christ lived, B. died so that we could be reconciled to God and C. resurrected from dead or you don't! You can't believe in and A & B and not believe in C and be a Christian.Come on you guy's its all or nothing! It's not who you know who knows him but do YOU know him!

Glad you wrote this, it's something that I've been on the fence about for awhile.

Yes, Jesus is my homeboy. But...he's also my creator and my savior. I can understand the argument for a shirt like this, and the argument against a shirt like this.

Does Jesus crave a relationship with us where we're homeboys, yes, I think so.

Can you make the argument that it's disrespectful to wear a shirt with your savior on it that you know people will chuckle at? I think so.

I think you just always have to remember that Jesus is your homeboy, but he's also so much more than that...

Hello Jeremy,

Hopefully, this gets to you. Didn't see an e-mail address on your website, but figured this might do the trick.

This is Joe Mendonca - I met you the other night, at that fighter conference, at Grace Community Church. My wife was with me - We were helping put together the name badges, I used to work for Matt Lindland, etc. You invited us to one of your Sunday evening gatherings. Came across your website, looking through the Grace
Community Church website.

Anyhow, wanted to get in touch with you. Hope you are doing well.

The Gathering has been awesome since the get-go and every episode gets better and better. LOVE the music, love the message, love the fellowshipping, but foremost to all of this is LOVING THE PRAISE WE GIVE TO GOD in a somewhat funkier style! I will be praying for these nights to be a great success in worship, reaching out, and interaction with one another. I love what you guys are doing. All of the extras that you incorporate with the services are amazing. Keep up the great work! I'll be doing what I can to help. Possibly a simple flyer could be used for invitations once the weekly's are in effect.

Thanks for the mention! I'm looking forward to hearing you preach (can we still call it preaching?) on Sunday night.

There are a LOT of people who have problems with fighters being Christians and it is nice to see that you get it. It is very encouraging so Thanks.
