調味料：可樂、醬油、醬油膏、酒、糖、水<br /> <br /> 作法：<br /> 1.將豬腳清洗乾淨後，放入滾水中川燙。<br /> 2.撈起川燙好的豬腳，用冷水沖洗。<br /> 3.沖洗完的豬腳瀝乾水份後，拌上少許醬油染<br /> &nbsp; &nbsp;上顏色，再放入冰箱，冰約1~2小時。<br /> 4.起油鍋，放入少許（一定要很少油，因為豬<br /> &nbsp; 甜柿產季是每年10-12月，</div> <div style="text-align: center;"> 甜柿在拉拉山也算是特產之一，</div> <div style="text-align: center;"> 雖說拉拉山最有名的是水蜜桃，</div> <div style="text-align: center;"> 但因拉拉山是高海拔的關係，</div> <div
