&lt;p&gt;My first thought was pumpkins, two weeks late for Halloween.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Nope.&amp;nbsp; That&amp;#8217;s not it.&amp;nbsp; Then I realized what I was seeing:&amp;nbsp; This is the color of county prisoners in jump suits, out doing pick-up on the highways.&lt;/p&gt;
