Oprah Winfrey has removed gospel singer BeBe Winans from her show’s “karaoke challenge” until charges against him for allegedly pushing his ex-wife to the ground are resolved.

Even though Oprah rebuked Chris Brown for his domestic violent dispute with Rihanna, she had Be Be & Cee Winans on her show to promote their new CD.

BeBe & CeCe appeared on ‘Oprah’ on Friday, Oct. 23 and performed a new song called ‘Grace.’ After the performance, Winfrey announced: “You’ll be seeing more of BeBe in my Karaoke Challenge later this season.”

However, this week Winfrey spokesman Don Halcombe says Winans is off the karaoke segment, reports the AP. WTH?

Benjamin “BeBe” Winans is a Grammy Award-winning gospel and R&B singer. He is a member of the noted Winans family, most members of which are also gospel artists.

The MTV Europe Music Awards took place in Berlin yesterday. Beyonce won big! Jay-Z took home an award for Best Urban, and the biggest couple in the game (I guess?) took the stage. Check out pics from the ceremony and video recap:

Entertainment Tonight has unveiled our first look at Malik Yoba, Janet Jackson, and the rest of the cast of Tyler Perry’s Why Did I Get Married Too?, the sequel to the 2007 box office hit Why Did I Get Married?.

The film hits theaters April 2010. This movie looks OFF THE CHAIN! Can’t wait!

Seems like Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush are ready to “shack” up. The rekindled romance is moving faster then we thought. Both stars have put their homes in L.A. up for sale and are shoppin’ around for a new pad. Good luck in this market!

This has brought on speculation that the two are planning to move in together. Especially because a real estate agent was seen shopping around for homes in Hollywood Hills with them. Kim’s condo is on the market for $1 Million, and Reggie’s home is going for a lil’ more than $5 mill.

I guess now that Khloe Kardashian is settled down with her new hubby, Lamar Odom, and her sister Kourtney is ready to have her baby in December, Kim is probably feelin’ the pressure of speeding up her romance with her beau. Nevertheless, good luck to them both!

Russell Brand, who hosted the MTV Music Awards, won his crush over. He has been dating Katy Perry for the past month, and we hear that he is ready to get married and have kids.

A source close to Russell said: “We’ve never seen him like this. He always has a woman on his arm, or in his bed, and hasn’t been interested in monogamy. But this is different, we all think it won’t be long before he marries Katy. I’m waiting for a call to say they are in that Little Chapel in Vegas and have run off to get married.” Former Oasis rocker Noel Gallagher added: “He’s a changed man, Russell.”

The 34-year-old Forgetting Sarah Marshall star admitted he has never been happier than since he embarked on his romance with Katy, 25. He said: “To be honest I haven’t stopped smiling. She’s a lovely girl and it’s going really, really well. In fact I’ve never felt more settled in all my life. Katy is fantastic. I’m really happy.”

Earlier this week Russell, who was first romantically linked to Katy at the MTV Video Music Awards in September, admitted he was ready to settle down and start a family. He said: “I am ready for children actually. It’s been seven years since I took drugs. I’ve made a film. I don’t have to fight so much. I’ve grown weary of the carousel.”

Sad News… An Army psychiatrist who reportedly feared an impending war deployment is in custody as the sole suspect in a shooting rampage at Fort Hood in Texas that left 12 dead and 31 wounded, an Army official said Thursday night. (see more below from Fox News)

The gunman, Major Nidal Malik Hasan, first said to have been killed, was wounded but alive in a hospital under military guard, said Lt. Gen. Bob Cone at Fort Hood. He was shot four times, and was on a ventilator and unconscious, according to military officials. “I would say his death is not imminent,” Cone said.

Two other soldiers who were taken into custody for questioning were later released, Cone said. A female first responder who shot at Hasan also survived, contrary to earlier reports that she had died.

The rampage was believed to be the deadliest at a U.S. military base in history.

Soldiers rushed to treat their injured colleagues by ripping their uniforms into makeshift bandages. Officials have not ruled out the possibility that some casualties may have been victims of “friendly fire,” shot by authorities amid the mayhem and confusion at the scene, said a senior U.S. official who spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss matters that were under investigation.

Rihanna broke her silence this morning. In an exclusive interview, music superstar Rihanna sat down with Diane Sawyer revealing publicly for the first time what happened last February with singer and ex-boyfriend Chris Brown.

“He was definitely my first big love,” she told Sawyer. “The more in love we became, the more dangerous we became for each other.”
The incident resulted in the couple’s seemingly fairytale relationship being shattered and Brown being sentenced to community labor, five years of probation and one year of domestic-violence counseling.

ABC recently announced that “Good Morning America” host Robin Roberts will interview Janet Jackson for a special to air on Wednesday, Nov. 18 at 10pm. The singer is expected to discuss death of her brother. In related news, we hear that Janet Jackson and Jermaine Dupri are planning their wedding.

The two who split up this past summer, apparently are back together! The New York Daily News reports that the couple currently are planning their wedding. “They never fell out of love,” a friend says of the duo, who called it quits last summer. “Now they’re hoping to get married early next year, and they’re rushing it because after Michael’s death, the family needs something to smile about.”

The people at the Dream Foundation were betting a lot, because that’s exactly what they offered up at a charity event yesterday that will air on an upcoming episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. The 5 highest bidders stepped into the ring Tuesday to slug it out with a member of the fam. Kim even got a black eye!

Kim, Khloe, and Robert Kardashian, step-dad Bruce Jenner, and Kourtney K’s baby daddy Scott Disick put gloves on for the event, while the pregnant sister smartly sat this one out. It sounded like the sisters knew they’d be up against, but weren’t exactly betting on bruises.

“We actually got to see the people that we’re fighting the other day and Kim’s person scares me,” Khloe, 25, said on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show before the even (via Us magazine). “She’s jacked.”

They had doubts about Scott delivering, too: “He isn’t the best in the ring,” she said on the show. “He’s really concerned about his hair!”

It turned out that Rob was the one who really took a pounding, though. Kim wrote on her web site : “At one point Rob’s mask fell off and when he put his hands down he got hit in the face and ended up in hospital with a concussion. Rob’s a strong guy and can definitely hold his own, but he wasn’t expecting to get hit after his mask had fallen off! This guy just got really down and dirty!”

She also wrote that Rob will be just fine, and her eye is on the mend.

Kim also updated he site saying:

We just found out that this guy that fought Rob was 35 lbs heavier than Rob and was a trained fighter! He was overheard saying that he just wanted to be on TV!! Rob could have gotten seriously hurt! It was totally unfair to Rob, who was just trying to do something positive for charity and this guy comes in all he cares about is looking like a tough bully on TV. Well now you just look like an idiot and a liar! I can’t believe the commission would allow a trained fighter to fight Rob!

Congrats to the New York Yankees who won the WORLD SERIES. Mary J. Blige was chosen to sing the National Anthem last night and she tore it up!!!! (see video below). The New York-born Blige, wearing a World Series jacket and a Yankees jersey, said: “I have never done it before, so I’m kind of nervous. But I’m mostly excited because this is my hometown. I was born in Fordham Hospital [New York] in the Bronx, so I’m just happy that [the Yankees] picked me to do this.” (see MJB singing below)

The Yankees won the game and the series, beating the Phillies four games to two overall. It is the 27th time the New York side have claimed the title.

The award show took place at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta on November 3 and will air on November 23. Taraji P. Henson and Terrence Howard hosted the show. Bob Whitfield, a retired NFL player, revealed some shocking details about his ex-wife, Sheree Whitfield, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star. During a radio show interview, Bob claimed he has sex tapes and explicit photos of the reality star. He also poked fun at Sheree’s many plastic surgeries and said he made her what she is today. According to Nigel and Marco who conducted the interview, Mr. Whitfield was goin’ hard on Sheree. “I’m feeling like I’m the mad scientist and I created Frankentstein,” Bob ranted. Dishing on her plastic surgeries, Bob said “She didn’t have that nose; I put that nose on her! She didn’t have them breasts, I put them breasts on her.” Bob also told Nigel and Marco that he “threatened to rip that video and pics,” and then said “You see what it did for Kim Kardashian.”
