A empresa assinou um TAC (Termo de Ajustamento de Conduta) com o MP-SP (Ministério Público do Estado de São Paulo) no qual se compromete a doar um veículo van no valor de R$ 50 mil para a Provedoria da Comunidade Portuguesa de São Paulo, entidade de utilidade pública, além de veicular anúncios em portal de notícias exaltando a comunidade e a cultura portuguesa no Brasil.&lt;/div&gt;

A prefeitura promete encaminhar o projeto do Mobiliário Urbano à Câmara ainda em fevereiro e a aprovação deve ocoorrer até abril. "A questão da publicidade era um bloqueio para a proposta do Mobiliário Urbano. Não se conseguia ir à frente, mas, com a Cidade Limpa, o processo será agilizado", afirmou José Antonio Lanchoti, arquiteto e urbanista da Secretaria de Planejamento e Gestão Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

A área de mídias sociais sempre vai ser uma área complicada porque ela parece simples e muitos profissionais acham que fazer qualquer coisa já resolve o problema, sempre vamos ouvir “&lt;em&gt;mas usar redes sociais até eu sei usar&lt;/em&gt;“.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Em 2011 foram lançados diversos livros ótimos sobre a área, vi diversos eventos acontecendo e muitas palestras boas, mas também vi muita “mesmice”, muito “guru” e muita gente falando em “&lt;em&gt;social media&lt;/em&gt;“. Veja bem, não que eu tenha preconceito por quem prefira dizer “&lt;em&gt;social media&lt;/em&gt;” do que “mídias sociais”, mas o excesso de termos em inglês sempre levantada a suspeita. Muitos eventos, palestras e cursos realizados no Brasil estão falando apenas o básico, dizendo o que a maioria já sabe e está cansada de ouvir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Para&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;2012&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;todos profissionais da área esperam que o uso de mídias sociais como estratégia de marketing seja mais reconhecida pelas empresas, mas eu pessoalmente acredito que precisamos primeiro “&lt;strong&gt;profissionalizar os profissionais&lt;/strong&gt;” desta área para que ela seja realmente reconhecida. Não me espanto em ver tanto preconceito, apesar de isto parecer estar diminuindo, afinal, apenas na minha cidade já vejo muita gente fazendo “qualquer coisa” no&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Facebook&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;e achando que aquele tempo gasto vai lhe trazer algum retorno, agora imagina o que não tem nas grandes capitais do país.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Independente do que ‘dominar’&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;2012&lt;/strong&gt;, seja&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Twitter&lt;/strong&gt;,&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Facebook&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;ou&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Google+,&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;o importante é estar atento a como todas estas ferramentas podem ser usadas como estratégia de marketing. E quando digo isso, não me refiro a criar uma conta em cada serviço e usar todas ao mesmo tempo, eu me refiro a saber quando e como é a melhor forma de usar cada uma destas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Então, tive essa ideia”, disse o proprietário Ondrej Lebowski, de 42 anos. Agora, segundo ele, o estabelecimento vive cheio. “Os clientes tentam chegar ao preço certo.
