Je suis toujours là !

…J’adresse mes plus plates excuses aux lecteurs qui ont pu passer ces dernières semaines sans rien trouver de neuf sur ce blog, et surtout pas un mot d’explication… Disons que depuis fin mars, j’ai petit à petit, réservé un peu, beaucoup puis toute mon énergie en vue de réaliser un projet devenu plus que nécessaire : déménager !
Vous pouvez voir grâce à cette photo (oui, c’est bien le Sacré-Cœur que l’on devine derrière la parabole…) que je ne suis pas allée bien loin… Mais il suffit parfois d’un tout petit changement de point de vue pour voir le monde très différemment !
Aujourd’hui, presque un mois après mon emménagement, il me reste encore beaucoup de choses à terminer pour que cet appartement devienne ma maison… et déjà je repars en Inde dans 11 jours (!) … En attendant j’ai quelques histoires en retard à vous raconter… à très vite !

I’m still here !
… and i’m terribly sorry for all the visitors who stopped by these last weeks without anything new to read, and no explanation about my silence… Well, since the end of March, i used all my energy to move ! it was become more than necessary  to me.
I’m still in Paris, but in a very different district, different buildings, different people, different neighbours… i like this change.
Today, about one month after moving, i still have a lots of things to do to make this place my place… and soon (11 days!) i’ll be in India again… until that, i have some news for you… see you soon !

Retrouver le rituel du blog…

Avec le changement de saison, d’heure, c’était donc le moment idéal pour un nouveau template 3.0 ! (si j’en suis pas déjà à la version 4.2.3…)

Et voilà. En attendant de nouvelles illustrations, un peu de lecture : un article paru dans La Voix du Nord à propos de l’exposition Contes Tziganes, de a à z dont je vous parlais dans le précédent billet…
Il y a aussi de nouvelles photos sur mon site : London, Firenze, Milano, München-Bamberg-Nürnberg… the best of 2007 !

Vous vous souvenez des mes illustrations sur les contes tziganes ? Elles sont exposées en ce moment à Bruay-La-Buissière (si vous avez vu le film Bienvenue chez les Ch’tis, c’est là où a été tournée la scène dans les anciens corons). Mercredi dernier, j’y ai animé un atelier “film d’animation” pour des enfants (entre 7 et 10 ans). Nous avons réalisé un film animé, à partir d’un conte de Janos Berki, intitulé Laci-Le-Fer. Vous pouvez voir le résultat un peu plus bas ! - soyez indulgent, nous n’avions que cinq heures pour créer le décor et les personnages, puis filmer et enregistrer les voix…
Ce fut une journée palpipante - mais épuisante ! Je suis prête à renouveller l’expérience…!

Remember my illustrations about gypsy tales ? They are now exhibited in Bruay-La-Buissière. Last wednesday, i was there for an animation movie workshop, with children. We made a movie from a gypsy tale called Laci-le-Fer, from the storyteller Janos Berki. You can see here the result ! (Be indulgent please, we only had five hours to make everything : the characters, the decor, the shooting and the voices…)
It was really a thrilling - but exhausting ! -  day, i’m ready to do it again !

Originally i made these drawings for a greetings card for our bharatanatyam teacher.
The first year we learn the adavus (steps), they are like a kind of alphabet from which are built the choregraphies.
