The CISO serves on the executive IT team and is responsible for safeguarding company data. Working with company programs including business managers, general counsel, internal audit, and information technology (IT) managers, the CISO manages and monitors the security aspect of websites, applications, computers and databases; develops and establishes the security protocols and policies that require company staff identification and passwords and protect networks from hackers; keeps current on antivirus software, firewalls and other security systems; develops emergency procedures for handling security breaches, manages internal communication regarding system updates and provide estimates of budgetary requirements for technical upgrades. Work with other executives to prioritize security initiatives and spending based on appropriate risk management and/or financial methodology. Identify protection goals, objectives and metrics consistent with agency's or division's strategic plan. Perform IT security audits and IT security trainings to the agency's programs and staff to ensure IT security policies awareness and effectiveness.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
At least 7 - 10 years of IT security operations experience as the overall project manager of large technical projects and implementations with hands-on experience in managing enterprise-wide solutions
At least 5 years of progressive experience in information security, which could include network/security management
Expert-level knowledge of information technology and information security terminology, concepts, standards, and best practices
Demonstration of creativity, innovation and persistence
Core consulting skills such as business writing, presenting, and analytic comparisons
Ability to communicate technical concepts, both verbal and written
Excellent communication (oral, written, presentation), interpersonal and consultative skills
Ability to work with end-users, technical staff, and upper management
Relevant industry experience, aptitude, and the ability to learn while applying knowledge and skillsets is important

Duties and Responsibilities:
Guide the design of compelling, usable, and delightful user interactions for a variety of new online properties and mobile apps.

Create and present the visualization of innovative product concepts by building high-level interaction prototypes through sketching, whiteboarding, and storyboarding.
Create documentation (including design rules, flows, animations, etc.) which enables software developers to build software that fosters a delightful user experience.
Develop and rapidly iterate on designs that will satisfy the technical and emotional needs of user personas as they interact with products.

Job Requirements: BA or BS in a design-related field (for example: HCI, interaction industrial or graphic design) or cognitive psychology required; Master?s preferred.
4+ years of experience as a professional UX or concept designer.
Skilled at digital and physical prototyping.
Provide an online portfolio demonstrating experience creating great user-centered design solutions from wireframes to final GUI design.
Extensive experience with design tools such as Visio, OmniGraffle, Photoshop, Keynote, and Fireworks as they relate to documenting IA, interactions flows and high-fidelity screen level design.
Ability to tell compelling stories about users and products to support previous work.
Proven track record of designing and shipping successful software design experiences.

Support overall coordination between all involved parties, using project management skills and techniques
Initiate and monitor all change requests from business so as to ensure timely and accurate dispositions
Communicate effectively in both verbal (i.e. day-to-day discussions, team meetings) and written (requirements and design specifications) form, as well as have an overall ability to be clear and concise in all communication
Comply with existing processes including requirements for source control and documentation
Accurately assess the risks associated with each solution design / project

Requirements:
Thorough working knowledge of the SDLC models / methodologies, IT systems and processes, methodologies and their direct implementation to projects

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent experience

3+ years of direct experience managing the implementation, deployment and on-going support of purchased Application software. Experience with billing software (Vindicia, Zuora and/or MetraTech) is a plus
5+ years of practical experience evaluating, implementing and/or supporting technology products, in a medium to large Information Systems environment
Experience with gathering and documenting technical requirements and specifications
Must have excellent technical skills with a strong business application background
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, combined with a passion for teaching and learning
Must thrive in multi-tasking, quick moving, demanding environment
Ability to mentor other associates and provide technical direction on application architecture
Strategic thinker and ability to execute in a creative manner

Primary Job ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance Analyst is a full time resource on the Quality Assurance (QA) team. This person will develop an intimate knowledge of their respective development cell's software functionality in order to create the testing strategy for a given software release. In addition to understanding the software functionality, this person will develop a working understanding of the interfacing applications, test environments and the Testing Services tools and methodologies. Develop, document, and implement approved engineering efforts
Develop, document, and test step-by-step instructions for performing maintenance and upgrade tasks
Research, test, and implement new products, as needed
Document other processes and procedures as needed to provide standard support practices
Perform scheduled weekend and after-hours work, as well as after-hours emergency work, as required

Skills/Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of related experience; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. (Equivalent combination in education and work experience may be considered)
MCSE required. MCTS or MCITP in Windows Server 2008 and/or Exchange 2007/2010 preferred
Extensive experience implementing, supporting, and maintaining Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 and/or 2007 required; Exchange 2010 strongly preferred
Familiarity with Exchange troubleshooting and monitoring tools and technologies
Recent experience supporting a geographically diverse Active Directory infrastructure, including administration, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, printing, and file services
Experience supporting heterogeneous network infrastructures including Network Operating Systems and Desktop Operating Systems
Working knowledge of other server-based software packages including Symantec Endpoint Protection / Antivirus, Blackberry Enterprise Server, and CommVault
Experience engineering, sizing, installing, configuring, and maintaining windows servers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate well with team and customer, from technical to the executive level
Experience with server performance tuning and monitoring tools
Familiarity with common network protocols and services: TCP/IP, FTP, LDAP, RPC, Remote Desktop, etc.
General knowledge of SCCM, Lync and/or OCS, storage technologies such as SAN and NAS
Scripting experience with one or more languages: PowerShell (preferred), VBScript, Jscript or Script Logic
Strong Ability to assess performance data and determine system bottlenecks
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
Solid attention to detail

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lead Software Engineer. This role will lead a team for the design and development of leading edge technology products in a commercial environment. Goals of this position include automation of release and software engineering practices to streamline delivery.

Responsibilities:
Lead development teams against delivery goals to enhance existing products or the creation of new products
Review, understand, and provide feedback on functional requirements
Drive continuous integration and daily builds
Propose technical designs from functional requirements
Estimate work hours required to implement a technical design
Develop, test, and debug new functionality, and maintain/enhance existing functionality in C# 2.0
Comply with existing processes, including requirements for source control and documentation
Use Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, and SQL 2005 Management studio to produce documentation

Skills/Requirements:
At least 6 years of experience of web application development
Managed a team of developers using traditional development methodologies as well as Agile approaches
Skilled in C# 2.0
Able to create technical designs from functional requirements and estimate the work
Able to work with ASP code (VBScript),VB.NET, and ASP.NET
Able to develop SQL 2000/2005 stored procedures and functions written in T-SQL
Must have experience in development and support of commercial web based systems
Must have excellent verbal and written skills
Able to multi-task on several projects simultaneously
Graduate degree in business or technology field is desirable
Microsoft certification is preferred
Healthcare experience is preferred
