ONE // Dainty jewelry is my go-to for every day. Now I have the gals from A Piece of Toast to thank for my newest designer obsessions, Ariel Gordon Jewelry. Molly and Sally are the dainty jewelry experts (in my opinion) and are often seen wearing this sweet love knot ring and cute menagerie necklaces. My favorite is this gold masque necklace…so fun.

TWO // This mirror is everything, except for the price. Surely I have some DIY friend that could whip up an imitation. Erin? Tobe? Laura?

THREE // I dare you find a dress that says effortless summer chic more than this one. I have a serious crush.

FOUR // Go Spurs go. Husband is a huge fan, having grown up in San Antonio. Like, I actually have the Spurs logo engraved on the inside of my engagement ring. No lie. That’s a story (a cute one) for another time.

FIVE // I am loving Anthropologie’s newest yoga accessories. Rumor has it that more are coming! For now, I am totally diggin’ this hand-dyed yoga mat bag. Oh, and this amazing magic carpet yoga mat.

SIX // So random, which is why it’s so awesome.

SEVEN // This bookcase is inspirational. Even empty it’s a sight to see.

EIGHT // Gray Malin, famed helicopter riding photographer (also known for his Prada Marfa / Cowboy series), is on One Kings Lane. Everyone loves his beach scenes, but his new ski-scape images are stunning. And how cool is his Far Far Away series?!

NINE // Earlier this week, I received this limited edition ghd Classic Professional Styler, gifted by ghd. Seriously, this thing is magic. It makes my old (10 years old to be exact) straightener feel like something I could have bought at a dollar store. Look for a full review and mini hair tutorial coming soon.

TEN // These shoes will be on my Purchase History this month thanks to an insane sale price at Barneys New York. Squeal.

Asymmetrical ruffles are my favorite rendition of this trend. Their sculptural interest comes off modern and far from juvenile. Ruffled bathing suits are also a lot of fun – and the perfect way to add a little oomph to to your top section. I also love the idea of loose, silk, ruffled shorts. These from BCBGeneration (not pictured) would be so cute in a bright orange or soft metallic. And you can’t go wrong with a sweet ruffled skirt. As you can see below, I tend to gravitate toward solid colors when dealing with ruffled details. It feels more sophisticated and easy to wear. What do you think? How do you this trend?

Well…it’s officially swimsuit season. Which means if you’re not motivated by interest in general wellness year-round, it’s time to get active! I’ll admit it, I haven’t always been a big work-out girl, but in recent years I’ve found myself enjoying yoga and an occasional run. Whenever I’m feeling lazy or in need of a good kick in the butt, I find that some cute new active wear is a great incentive to get me back to gym. TWO // Personally, I think the Danielle earrings are a little overdone, but I would definitely wear this abalone shell version. Gorgeous, right?
