I can hear you think… Satellite TV on your PC Is it real cable or satellite quality? Why do I need +3000 channels and most of them aren’t even from my country. I was extremely skeptical when I first heard about the programs which allowed you to watch TV on your computer… were they really worth it?

<u1:p></u1:p>

As you know; I love films and TV, but on one condition; it has to be great quality! I have a Media Centre which is the almost the best money can buy and if I would go with internet TV then I wanted the “absolute” best.

<u1:p></u1:p>

<u1:p></u1:p>

<u1:p>Well I can tell you now my friends; I have been using this software for </u1:p>Satellite TV on your PC<u1:p> on my pc for a few months now…it’s awesome!</u1:p>

<u1:p></u1:p>

<u1:p>I did tons of research (for well over 2 months), buying, testing out trails and simply playing around with several software packs and I finally found one that actually did what it claimed and was very easy to use…</u1:p>

<u1:p></u1:p>

<u1:p>Now I get access to over 3000 TV stations from all around the world!… I’ll tell you about the program in a second…</u1:p>

<u1:p></u1:p>

<u1:p></u1:p>

<u1:p>It’s great because I didn’t have to sign any contract or pay any monthly fees…at all…and I get access to pretty much every TV, movie, music, sports, educational and even kids channel from 78 Countries Around The World…just too many to list.</u1:p>

<u1:p></u1:p>

<u1:p></u1:p>

<u1:p>The best part is the sports games! I’ve watched the US sports NFL, NBA and NHL and also all the football leagues from Europe and South America, I even watched Cricket from India for the first time in my life (although I’m still learning the rules;)). </u1:p>

<u1:p></u1:p>

<u1:p>This is all in great quality and you can hook your computer up to your TV just like I did, or just sit back and watch the game outside, or anywhere you like that has an internet connection!</u1:p>

<u1:p></u1:p>

This PC Satellite TV on your PC (Click Here To Go There Now) has become my favourite and frequently used program. Now I can catch up on news, or watch some television while I’m working on my blogs in my upstairs home office.

<u1:p></u1:p>

There’s also no extra hardware or "special computer card" or anything else you need to buy…its all software based and included with the program.

<u1:p></u1:p>

It’s funny because I actually use Satellite TV on your PC more then I do my own television now haha…

<u1:p></u1:p>

The quality is really good and I get all the cable channels for free like HBO, Showtime, even special pay-per-view broadcasts, they’re all there.

<u1:p></u1:p>

I mean it’s really amazing when you start looking at the huge value you get for just such a tiny one time fee of $49.95. If you have a satellite system and pay every month for a 1/4 of the channels you get here…you’re getting ripped off.

<u1:p></u1:p>

I highly recommend that you check out the Satellite TV on your PC website and definitely give the program a try because it is really awesome to have access to thousands of channels and great programming on your computer!

If you decide to give it a try, be sure to comment here and let me know what you think of it, okay!

We’ve wrote about the mistakes you must avoid when writing your resume cover letter and we also wrote an article with great tips for your salary negotiation. So you got the job but now you’ve probably need some tips on how to keep your job. I got fired not so long ago because I was working on my blogs too much; this is now why I can make a living as a problogger. I’m glad my boss fired me. As a matter of fact it was probably the best thing happening to me in 2007. LOL

If you want to get fired or not, you better watch out and be careful. Here are 11 ways that can get you fired.

Be honest with your job interview letters.

To start off with number 1; you should have been honest with writing your resume and job interview letter. There’s a big change your boss will check your references and this can lose you your job before you even have it.

Start a relationship with your boss.

Nice for the gossips at the coffee machine but the office fling can end in an immediate loss of your job. And trust me it’s; always you and not your boss who will be kicked out.

Make lots of private calls.

Spending too much time on private things often result on spending all your time on private things.

Watch out with Gossiping.

You never know who is listing along. Not only it can cost you the trust from other but it can also cost you your job.

Be careful with your job hunting.

Don’t send job interview letter from your office computer but use the computer at home. There is a really big change that you are being watched. Don’t mention anything about it your IM and e-mails.

Drunk during office hours.

One of the quickest ways to get fired is probably to get drunk during lunch. If you are out to lunch with that big important customer it isn’t wrong to take a glass of wine to celebrate the new contract but don’t overdo it.

Blame others for your mistakes.

Take responsibility for your actions and admit your mistakes. Don’t try to muffle them away and don’t put the blame on others. The truth will bite you in the ass and no one trusts a liar.

Don’t forget to check your work.

Especially when it comes to numbers, being careful is of upmost importance. A wrong placed 0 can cost your company several millions and it can cost you your job. Be careful!!

Browsing the web.

If you are online to much you’ll be without a job pretty fast. And stay away from porn sites, your boss can be watching don’t forget that. Just let the porn be… till you get at home…

Isolate yourself from your colleagues.

If you want to make something of your work you need to corporate with your colleagues and you also need the goodwill of your colleagues. If you are on a island by yourself your worth “nothing”.

Don’t become a (pro)blogger.

This is what happened to me: I didn’t like my job anymore because I wanted to be a full time blogger. I was reading other blogs like problogger, I was calling with advertisers and testing and building things on my blog. This influenced my performance a lot as you can understand. The other mayor reason was that I couldn’t get along with my boss and some of my colleagues because they where complete morons. Me working on my blogs was for them the ideal reason for me to be kicked out. And guys, I want to say it again; be careful with your e-mail, IM and surf history. They had tracked everything I did and the weeks prior to me being fired.

Anyway this is all in the past now, I’m glad that I’m fired, it resulted for me in lots of great opportunities.

I hope you put this list in action whether you want to get fired or not;).

Oehh, choosing between your girl who you love and your mates whom you might love even more can be the hardest thing possible. The relation between you and your friends is sacred and you are living with your girl (well at least you are sleeping with her) you love.

The “rule” is that you always choose your mates over your girl but you know that this is easier said than done. If you hang out with the boys too much, your girl start nagging and if it’s vise versa your mates will be asking if you are in fact a real mate of them.

If you want to balance your time between your friends and partner; here are 3 valuable tips to get you going.

Don’t break your appointments.

Once plans are made with either party, they’re set in stone. This can bite you in the ass if for example: your mates call you that they have arranged on the last minute some great football tickets.

Follow up on your plans in the order that you’ve made them. This way neither parties can ever accuse you of favouring the “other side”.

Be a match maker for your friends.

I know it sounds lame and it’s often a girl thing but if you have single friends than most of the time they don’t relate with or understand it how it is to spend time with a partner you love. Hook him up; he’ll leave you alone.

Do things together.

Who says you can’t do both at the same time? When you go out in the weekend? Going out to dinner doesn’t always have to be something for the two of you. Invite your mates along and it ill be a blast. She’ll enjoy getting to know your mates a bit more. Be careful though; don’t invite your girl for the male poker and beer night, you’re mates will see this as the end of your relationship.

Although you’ll need to balance your time wisely; you’re mates and your partner need to know what time it is. Your mates need to realize that this girl is here to stay and your girl needs to realize that you know the boys for years and that they are special for you.

Be open and be clear! How do you manage your time??

Lying during a job interview; did you guys ever do it? Although it is seen by most managers as unethical it proved beneficial for most applicants. However during a Dutch World-Wide research it seemed that not all managers think it’s unethical. In this research one out of ten managers admitted ever have lied during a job interview.

This lying is always about two things. The first is the job experience. It seems that most of us are apparently insecure about this and the second is the height of our salary. Which is of course the oldest trick in the book for raising your salary without asking for it?

The consequences can be firm, especially when you are a manager in a top position. During the first internet hype many managers were assigned without being checked before they were actually enrolled. Ken Lonchar; the cfo of Veritas Software was forced to quit when it became public that he had lied about the completion of his Stanford MBA. The value of the company’s stock reduced with 16%.

The majority of all managers are honest during their interviews. On the other side; the applicants see this different. It seems that 73 percent of the managers had run into lying applicants or at least several that twisted the truth. And even 10 Percent of the managers have seen this quite frequently.

It seems that 7 percent of the managers think it’s unnecessary to check the resumes. Of all the managers that do see its importance the halve think it’s a job of P & O.

When I wasn’t a problogger and was still working as a manager in the corporate live I encountered it several times that applicants where lying. We found this when we’ve checked the resumes. I can say that I personally lied with every job interview that I had. I always told my possible future employee that I was earning more than I actually did.

Did you ever lie, and did it pay off?? It did for me.

Skateboarding has been a popular sport among adrenaline enthusiasts for decades, with each coming decade spawning more excitement for the sport. Having the right gear can mean all the difference in competition, so skaters are urged to find the footwear that conforms to them best. One contender, the Nike Dunk, is a leading choice in skateboarding shoes.

Nike Dunks aren't new to the shoe scene, as they have been around for decades. The Nike Dunk was first created as a general sports shoe, usually geared towards basketball, that offered good support and also looked good in the process. But something interesting happened along the way: skateboarders soon found that the shoes were excellent for skating thanks to the sturdy design the Dunk offered.

The Nike SB Dunk is the creation of the Nike development department, who wanted to create a shoe geared towards to skaters. This line of shoes offers more support for balance-intensive situations, and usually has a wider "tongue" on the shoe than other types of shoes. Youth everywhere started buying up the Nike SB Dunk upon its release, and it is still being sold today.

Many of the Nike SB Dunks are considered to be collector's items, since they are scarce and seldom seen in actual use. The price of Nike SB Dunks has risen as a result of high demand and less supply, although times are quickly changing with Nike pushing production lines as quickly as possible. Still yet, it isn't surprising to see collector's holding on tight to their Nike SB Dunks.

Getting the best price in anything warrants the need to shop around. This is also true with the Nike Dunk, which can be sold through both offline and online resources. Websites that offer wholesale prices typically offer the better prices, but also check catalogs and local retailers for any special discounts they may be having for the shoe. It's usually a toss up, so take the time to research if pricing is an issue.

The legacy of the Nike Dunk brand is only growing in size. With the specialized brand of skate shoes hitting shelves every day, more and more skaters are getting their hands on these durable and dependable shoes. Nike is keeping up to date with current demands and appeal, namely by launching a street team and putting out new lines of shoes being sported by skate celebrities around the world.

Final Thoughts

The Nike SB Dunk has a long history with skaters and offering them a dependable shoe. Getting your hands on this particular brand will take a bit of research, given the many types of shoes out there, but the research is well worth the enjoyment of a skating session gone right as a result of proper equipment.

You see a spider! Do you squish it or jump up and down doing your best cheerleader impression? Hopefully, you know the correct answer to this hypothetical scenario but being a man means different things to different people depending upon their point of view. That said, our basis of "being a man" typically comes from the societal norms of what women want a man to be. After all, they are the ones that hold most of the control in a relationship so this article is devoted to a woman's perspective of what her man should be able to do. Warning, guys you might not like some of this but if you can do 8 out of 10 of these, you should be in good shape with your better half.

	1. Be a listener, not a problem solver. When your lady speaks to you, listen to what she says and the tone of her voice, her mannerisms, and any other signals available to accurately gauge her emotions. Women do not expect you to solve their problems, but they expect you to understand their plight. So keep your Home Depot Mr. Fix It persona in check and pay attention to her.

	2. Be a provider. Sure, women today are self reliant and don't need men. However, they choose to have a man (in most cases). Societal norms are ingrained into our psyches and will obviously interfere with your relationship if your job requires the phrase "would you like fries with that" at age 35. Therefore, be a good provider for your mate and future family because a woman's nesting instincts will be completely shut down if you can't support an adequate lifestyle.

	3. Be a handy man. I'm not suggesting you need to turn into Bob Vila, but doing simple hands on weekend warrior projects makes your lady feel that she didn't pick a momma's boy. I know its stereotypical, but sporting that tool belt might be one of your best friends when it comes to your relationship (hint: a turn on for her). Just remember to avoid the low riding jeans and the plumber's "vertical smile".

	4. Be a great father (if relevant). The first time your lady sees you holding your baby while you are passed out in a rocking chair, cradling your baby boy/girl that is wide awake playing with your messed up hair, wrinkled pajamas, and sporting the worst morning breath ever – she will fall in love with you all over again. So be the best dad in the world.

	5. Be a man. Sure, its popular to be a metrosexual in some circles but the reason classics always come back into style is that they're the best. So wear your version of your "what makes a man a man attitude" with pride. Kick back during football games, play in the mud with your dog, wear your 10 year old college T-shirts, and do your worst John Wayne impression even though she might claim she hates it, she really doesn't mind. If she loves you and knows you well, the fact that you have fallen into your role as the man of the house will show her that you're committed to her.

Now that we have some broad topics covered, lets take a different approach by giving very detailed examples of what makes a good man great in his lady's eyes. These are the stories of worship and praise that make you a legend on ladies nights out or in the twice a week aerobics class.

	1. Its 4am, and your 8 months pregnant wife is hungry. You roll out of bed to make her a peanut butter, pickles and tuna fish sandwich because that is her favorite 4am snack. The smell is horrific, but fortunately you are so sleepy you don't even notice. This is the supportive side that women are go nuts over. If you do the little things that we men often overlook, you're set for life with this woman.

	2. You are in a club and encounter your date's ex boyfriend. He insults her, in front of you and everyone else. What do you do? Common sense and non violent rules should always apply, but nothing impresses a woman like defending her honor. I'm not suggesting you knock the guy out, but stand up for the lady that you brought. If you do knock him out, make sure she's a lawyer or a orthopedic surgeon because you might need one or both.

	3. Its a dark rainy night and you're driving back from a great first date and boom! Flat tire. Roll up your sleeves and get it changed without her helping you. Practice in your own driveway if you can't change it yourself because its incredibly embarrassing to call AAA to change a tire. If you do call AAA, Man Law states that you should be forced to watch Oprah for 24 hours minimum for your lack of basic man skills. While we are on the subject, learn to change the oil in her car and put a roadside safety kit together for her. Its very simple to do and she will love that you are concerned for her safety.

	4. Its your anniversary and you have a well orchestrated special event planned for your lady. Doesn't matter what the evening entails, but the simple fact that you took the time to plan something in her honor is worth some serious bonus points. It doesn't mean you're a wimp or girly-man that you love your lady. Quite the contrary, its one of the best things imaginable to keep a relationship churning on all cylinders.

	5. An evening on the town is planned. You pick up your date, and open the car door for her. You open the door at the restaurant. You pull her seat out at dinner. Yes guys, being a gentleman still works wonders for you. Practicing consistent acts of gentlemanly behavior and chivalry will never go out of style. It might take some time to adjust to this, but remember, only a lazy man's idea of opening the door for his lady involves pushing the keyless entry button on your car.

Okay all you manly men you, jewelry is not only for women any longer. David Beckham has become world wide famous for his amazing skills as a soccer player, however, he is also famous for something else. David Beckham is also a jewelry designer.

He has made his mark in the world of men's jewelry and this is quite the accomplishment. He was the first man to wear diamond earrings that were two diamonds each. He is taken so seriously in the world of design, culture, and what's hot, that it was taken seriously. It allowed men to become more interested in jewelry.

His first attempt as a designer came at his pre-World Cup party. It was there that he put his men's jewelry on an incredible display. However, he could not do this alone. He was helped by Ashley Cole who is England's full back. He arrived in style, wearing a dinner jacket and no shirt underneath. Instead of a shirt, Cole displayed pieces of men's jewelry.

It was after this party that David Beckham then showed off his skills as a designer when he placed a diamond watch up for bit in auction for charity. The watch was created by a man named Jacob Arabo. He is a very talented designer as well. His jewelry was become popular not only with the help of Beckham but also because he pushes the envelope and creates beautiful pieces for men who want to wear jewelry.

It is thanks to these men that jewelry can be enjoyed by both of the sexes. The most trendy men in society today are found wearing beautiful jewelry and this allows the average man to feel more comfortable to do the same as well. It is acceptable for men to wear stylish necklaces, earrings, and bracelets, and that is not all. The old style of men with chest hair and gold chains has long passed. It is stylish and desirable for men to wear jewelry and as the trend continues more pieces and items are available as well as being more affordable.

Manufacturers of fine jewelry now have a whole new consumer list to attract and make products for. This will in turn make them more money and create a greater clientele base. It seems that this trend is not going to fizzle anytime soon and that creating and designing men's jewelry is quite a profitable excursion. So come on men, diamonds are for you too.

Do you consider yourself unlucky in love? Does it feel like every time you hit on a girl you actually repel her? Do you feel nervous and shy every time a beautiful girl walks in a room? Believe it or not, these are very common concerns that many average guys have. It's not too late. Read on and you will find out how you can go from a geek to an outstanding playboy.

First you need to realize that women are very complex creatures and not easy to read. But once you learn their basic tricks you will have no problems when trying to attract them. When talking to a girl, make her feel really special. As if she is the only person in the world. Look straight in her eyes and keep all your attention to her. Women love that type of treatment, when they feel they are exclusive. And they deserve that! But don't exaggerate. You do not have to be extremely nice, or she will step all over you.

Have a sense of humor. Even if you are having a serious conversation, it's always good to throw in a little joke once in a while. Girls are very attracted to guys that can talk about important, intense subjects, but can also make them laugh.

A very important step towards getting the girl you want is making her feel comfortable with you. See, if a woman is feeling awkward with a guy, that's a major turn off. Black and White shampoo is renowned for its quick removal of product build-up and cleansing of the scalp.

Fudge – Fudge Hair Shaper: Get onto the hard stuff with this strong hold multi-purpose styling tool that really goes the distance. Texturise, mould, piece or simply just shag it out any way you want for that totally 'lived-in' look. * Fudge Hair Putty: Travel first class all the way with Putty, the perfect sculpting tool for maximum moulding. Blow-dry it in for extra body and kick, or finish it off for absolute moulding power with a medium hold. * Fudge Matte Hed: Firm hold texturising paste.

A colleague of mine was asking me about how to approach a potential new employer about their salary expectations, and the timing of the conversation. They were worried it might set the wrong impression or give the employer a negotiating edge if they discussed the salary too soon. My rule of thumb is to never lie to any employer about your salary history or salary expectations, but to avoid the discussion until you have nearly gotten the job.

In the past, I have been in the same situation, and have been pressured for a response to the tough questions on salary. My approach has been as follows.

	1) My first response would be to try to defer the topic until later. Because we haven't really gotten through the responsibilities of the job, nor the contributions I can make in the new position. The new job is somewhat different from the past job because the company's market, product or industry are somewhat different than the past companies. Therefore the past salary history is not all that applicable. I would prefer to be paid in accordance with the market and the company's hiring practices.

	2) I have been pressed for an answer several times, and my response is to first try to push it until later in the meeting. I explain that while it is important to me, it is not the most important factor. I would rather ensure that both the employer and I are happy with one another, and that the job lines up with my experience and that my contributions and the company's salary line up within both a fair market value and within the company guidelines. There are many factors beyond just cash that need to be discussed before we can address the salary bottom line.

	3) While you may feel you are a high performer, you also may be somewhere above average but not commanding the highest pay. Know the salary range for the job you are applying to, but be realistic when setting your percentile level for your salary expectation. The majority of people are between the 25% and 75% level. Remember that the employer will confirm your performance level with your past employers at reference checking time.

	4) Even if you had been making a lower than average salary before, possibly even well below the average for that job in that market, you should expect to be paid within that fair market range when you go to your next career opportunity. You may have one of many reasons for accepting a job at a lower salary than at your previous job. It doesn't explain your value to the new company. The end analysis is that your value to the market is what the market is currently defining as the salary range for your talent, your level of performance and experience in the industry.

	5) Suppose you do reveal your past salary due to the pressure. It is important to do so under the caveat that you expect to be paid fairly, and that you don't feel that the information you are bout to give is all that pertinent. You need to paid an honest salary for your honest work. Just remember to be clear and firm about your expectations, all the while maintaining a level of respect and rapport.

Never lie to a prospective employer. This is cardinal rule number one. The new company will find out facts and do their legwork to assess your history and past performance. You need to clearly communicate the value you bring and that your past salary history whether high or low is not too pertinent to the new job. You need to be met with fairness in the recruiting process, and that your value proposition is clear and well expressed.
