Key Job Responsibilities • Improve customer experiences through effective use of social media • Increase demand coming through social channels • Lead social innovation through effective use of social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Communities, Google+, etc) • Lead business analysis for new social media capabilities including social login, social scoring, social profiling, social demand generation, etc. Create and manage roadmap for implementation of new social media business capabilities • Develop a plan and pilot how we can leverage the social graph for customer segmentation • Partner with key countries/regions in piloting and implementing new social media capabilities. • Support the use of social media tools across the organization (manage users, train users, resolve support issues) • Strong database marketing and CRM skills, with ability develop use cases of how social integration can lead to business results • Create and share guidelines and best practices for social media • Stay current with trends and innovation in social media business capabilities, processes, and use cases. • Explore tool integration such as use of APIs, embedded widgets, and other methods to integrate social media into core business processes. • Collaboration with team members to test hypotheses by piloting new business capabilities. • Work closely with IT to implement new business capabilities – complete the new project request documentation, business commit, and execute commit documentation. Lead UAT for new business capabilities. • Effectively communicate with internal teams and external customers to deliver functional requirements and project deliverables (screen and interface design, use cases, etc). • Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language. • Very strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of customer’s needs so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements. • Act as an interface between business units, technical teams, and support teams • Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans • Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs • Support team with weekly / monthly / ad-hoc reporting or analysis that assists in addressing specific business problems • Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams • Develop key process indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the new capabilities Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: • Ability to identify strategic recommendations and implement them.
