Actually, we were supposed to take the ro-ro ship going to Caramoan but, since we arrived in Naga at 6am that day, there was no way that we&amp;#39;re going to be able to reach Nato Port by 8am.

Sabitang Laya is also one of the popular islands of the Caramoan Peninsula. This could be why there are already plenty of people by the time we arrived. Some of them even have tents set up and looked like they stayed there for the night.



The sand here is still powdery white like in Manlawi but there are large rock formations even on the water. We had photos taken while sitting on these rocks like...&lt;br/&gt;

That&amp;#39;s all we did on our second day. From Jallores Homestay, it was just a short tricycle ride to the port. Our group of 16 had to be divided into 2 groups as only a maximum of 8 passengers are allowed in each boat. We paid each boat Php 2,000 for the whole day island hopping trip.

We were so busy with Rap&amp;#39;s graduation and our daily tasks that I wasn&amp;#39;t able to make an itinerary of sorts. In fact, Rap traveled with my sisters-in-law and their families two days ahead of me and Dadijun because we still had work to do. We finally left for Naga that Thursday night aboard the Isarog Lines SII sleeper bus.

I often tell the boys that we need to visit the place and at least hear Mass at St. Pio Chapel one Sunday.  After all, Rap&amp;#39;s Franciscan Catholic school is run by the Order of Friars Minor Capuchin,  of which Padre Pio was part of.

We didn&amp;#39;t bring a car because it&amp;#39;s typically an hour-long drive from Cainta to Manila and I also read that most of the roads leading to Chinatown are closed.  So from our house, we went to SM Marikina, parked the car there, and walked to the Santolan LRT Station.  We road the train to Recto Station. Thankfully, my husband&amp;#39;s office is now a stone&amp;#39;s throw away so we were able to visit before going home.  







I was actually invited to the launch five days ago but I wasn&amp;#39;t able to take photos of the park that night.  Most of the displays were crowded so I just promised Rap that we&amp;#39;d come back.

This will be followed by a spectacular fireworks display and a grand musical variety show.
