Two weeks ago our kitty named Merida gave birth to three sweet baby kittens. Sadly, one of the kittens only lived for 48 hours. He was a little black kitty and when he was born he was gasping for air. After 20 minutes of following directions from the vet I git him breathing on his own. The first night he slept on a heating pad next to my bed. My husband and I had to get up every hour to feed him with a syringe. It was so sweet to see Reggie with this little kitty. He got up throughout the night to take care of him. The next morning he had made much improvement and we thought that he was going to make it but sadly, we lost him a day later. Our whole family was so sad that our kitten passed away. Reggie and our girls made a sweet little box for him and we buried him under our apple tree and said a little prayer.

Please meet our two sweet kittes that are healthy and strong. These little guys are total chubs, they are my little butterballs and I am so in love with them!!

This weekend my girls and I went prop shopping for my photography studio at an amazing antique show called Goat Hill Fair.
They had so many fabulous shabby chic things there and I truly wish that this little gem of a fair happened more than once a year!!

My Sweet Kinley

After doing a spontaneous photo session with Hadley the other night I wanted to do one with Kinley.

This was the first time that I have photographed my girls in the new studio and we had such a great time!

I cannot believe how big Kiney is getting, she makes my heart flutter!

Tonight I was at my studio and my husband was working on a few things for me that needed to be done.
As I admired the beautiful light that was coming in through the windows I decided to do a spontaneous photo session with Hadley.

I am super excited and I feel extremely blessed to share my photography studio with you!

I am very thankful to so many family members, friends and clients who have supported me in so many ways to help make my dreams come true!
I am especially thankful to my husband for always believing in me and for being my biggest fan!
I ♥ you Reggie, you are always so good to me!

After a month of painting, sheet rocking, decorating etc. we are almost finally done. I still need to get canvases on the wall and a few other minor things but the hard work has been completed!

My dream was to open a boutique like photography studio. When you come to the studio there will be no shortage on props, hats, frills and fluff. I have tried to create a welcoming place for both children and parents. We have complimentary snacks, drinks and even hot tea.

There will also be a little boutique section where you can buy nursing covers, chandeliers, headbands etc.

Spring Break 2013

Today the wether was great and I finally got to get outside with my girls and do a long overdue photo session of them!

We found the most amazing location and I was so happy to be putside shooting in natural light! Sadly, I did not get many photos of Kinley as she was scared of the bees but I did get a few.
