Over the summer, our church did a series on Jesus’s unlikely moms.  We went through some of the harder stories about women in the Bible.  Once I heard about this new book, I was eager to read it to continue the storyline past our sermons.  It’s been a bit since I’ve read a book that has captured my attention like this current read.  I’m reading Moms of the Bible by Rhonda Stoppe.

The book cover boasts “Life-changing lessons from the fearless, flawed and faithful,” and boy is it right!  I can hardly put it down!  It features women such as Rahab, Rebekah, Eve, and many more.  At the end of each chapter, there are thought provoking questions and a QR code with teachings from the author, making this perfect for a group study.
