Israel Mobile Summit 2013 - June.11

We are glad to announce that the Israel Mobile Summit is back in town! Entering its third year, the summit is *the* mobile event of the year - it is a full day event that is a true celebration of the Israeli mobile industry featuring keynotes from top speakers, panels about the hot mobile topics, mobile exhibition and a startup contest of the hottest Israeli mobile startups!

While most of our events are completely free, the Summit is a full day event held in a great venue with a full lunch buffet, and that comes with a price - but we are keeping prices down thanks to our great sponsors and there are some discount codes sent in the MoMoTLV Meetup group and the MoMoTLV Facebook group.

Israel Mobile Summit 2012 Recap

We had some exciting events last month around Israel Mobile Summit 2012, and just now we have some time to recap all the mobile goodness we had...

First, huge congrats go to Zap Guitar, winner of the Israel Mobile Summit startup contest! They definitely have the cool factor and we're sure we'll hear of them a lot. Thanks also to all other finalists - you guys rock!

The summit this year has become the prime event for the mobile apps ecosystem in Israel with over 600 attendees from all over the industry. We also had guests and speakers from the US, UK, France, Finland, Romania, Japan, India and more. We also got prime-time coverage in the main news cast of the leading Israeli TV channel - see the Israel Mobile Summit coverage on channel 2 news here.

We had the pleasure of hosting Jari Tammisto, the President of MobileMonday who came all the way from Finland, you can see his inspiring session here. At this event we would discuss the growing trend of startup accelerators, hubs, and mentorship programs and their contribution to startups. A few promising startups would share their personal experiences with these programs and we'll have an interesting panel with a variaty of program leaders to learn more about their vision, different models, and strengths.
