<li class="p1"><span class="s1">You have to do the work (+ take the baby steps) that will help you get there.</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">You have to visualise yourself already enjoying the outcome.</span></li>
<li class="p1">You have to do the every day rituals that get you over the finish line (the stuff you do when no one is watching).</li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">And you have to do this consistently until you get there.</span></li>
</ul>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Manifesting is about dreaming harder, with your eyes wide open on the goal. You need to believe that you can do this. You need faith that the goal is yours to enjoy in the near future. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It’s easier to FEEL into the anger, to feel betrayed and disappointed. It’s way easier to spend the rest of the day upset since you have a valid reason to feel that way.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And you totally can. You can choose to stay in the negative or you can use these 5 mind hacks to change your attitude. </span></p>
<h2 class="p3"><span class="s1"><b>Mind Hack #1 — Choose forgiveness instead of anger.</b></span></h2>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Decide that your <a href="https://monikamundell.com/fuck-perfection/" target="_blank">(positive) attitude and happiness matters</a> more than the hurt you’ve experienced and move on.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Life’s too short to begrudge people for lengthy periods of time anyway. If you can’t forgive them and the betrayal was massive, let them go. Move on. Let go of the friendship, the relationship.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Personally, this is the hardest hack for me and I still struggle with this one occasionally. But I also know that my happiness is more important than the emotional crap I tend to hold on to, so I have learned to let it go ad be done with it. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">“Work harder on yourself than you do on your job.” — Jim Rohn</span></p>
<h2 class="p3"><span class="s1"><b>Mind Hack #2 — Speak your mind. Clear the air. Move on.</b></span></h2>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Sometimes we need to just clear the air by speaking up. It is possible that the pain you feel was caused by a miscommunication or misunderstanding. So you wouldn’t want to carry this shit around for the long term and hurting you without a valid reason.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Speak it out with the other party and move on no matter what happens.</span></p>
<h2 class="p3"><span class="s1"><b>Mind Hack #3 — Believe you can!</b></span></h2>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Don’t believe you are good enough? Don’t believe you matter?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">How about you reframe those thoughts into, “I’m worthy enough to do this and I have the experience and expertise to do it well.”</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Flip thoughts of, “I’m not good enough, who cares anyway” to “I’ve got this. My people need me because they’re hurting and I owe it to them to show up and be present in their lives.”</span></p>
<h2 class="p3"><span class="s1"><b>Mind Hack #4 — Take charge of your mind!</b></span></h2>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Does your mind let you down frequently?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If left without a driver, our minds are like runaway trains on a sure fire way to a crash. <a href="https://monikamundell.com/9-ways-explode-income/" target="_blank">You need to become the driver of your mind</a> to control its journey along the track of life. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Spend time each day in quiet reflection. Meditate and journal about your dreams, fears and mind chatter. Get crystal clear clarity about the stuff that really matters and let go of the other stuff or people that no longer serve you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I always loved Jim Rohn’s analogies that talked about the need to weed out our mind every day, much like you’d weed your garden. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">“If you rest too long the weeds take the garden.” — Jim Rohn</span></p>
<h2 class="p3"><span class="s1"><b>Mind Hack #5 — Surround yourself with supportive people.</b></span></h2>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you hang out with negative people you’ll turn into a negative nancy. The law of average states that we are the average of the five people we spend the most time with.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">“In relationships, we’re greatly influenced — whether we like it or not — by those closest to us. It affects our way of thinking, our self-esteem, and our decisions.” — Business Insider</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So if you’re looking to LEAP to the next step in your business (or life) you need to surround yourself with people who are already there so that they can pull you up and take you with them.</span></p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="p1"><span class="s1">As a woman entrepreneur I’m always looking to learn more, to build on my skills. I think that this quest for knowledge is a curse! </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It’s a curse I’ve been struggling with for as long as I’ve been in business because I want to be better at what I do and lead from an authentic place. If I’m brutally honest with myself I think this is a sucky self-centred belief that I share with millions of business women around the world and here is why it is egoistical to feel that way…</span></p>
<ul>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">We think that we’re not good enough.</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">We struggle to recognise the brilliance within us to step up and just do the fucking work.</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">We like to hide behind the excuse of needing to learn more before we are “ready.”</span></li>
</ul>
<p class="p1">
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">How many years do we need to perfect our skills to become good enough at our craft to show up and lead authentically? If you’re anything like me you’ve been at this game for some time and yet here we are questioning whether we have the skills to be a fucking thought leader… whether we’re good enough to share the stage with other leaders and knowledgable enough to build our dream business.</span></p>
<h2 class="p1"><span class="s1">Isn’t this INSANE?</span></h2>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This attitude is egoistical and self-centred because by hiding our brilliance we’re robbing our dream clients of their chance to get the results they want. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Think about this in all seriousness!</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">As long as you hide you’re responsible for the struggle and pain of your people. If you’re not out there helping clients they will continue to struggle because they are waiting for YOU to show up and serve them (i.e., sell to them).</span></p>
<h2 class="p1"><span class="s1">Look, I think education is great, but there comes a time when you need to stop learning and start doing.</span></h2>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There comes a time when you need to start actioning what you’ve learned to get the results you want!</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That time is NOW!</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Think about the gazillion courses you’ve bought that are sitting on your hard drive gathering dust. You’ve bought them to learn this skill and that skill, thinking that you needed this skill before you were “ready.”</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">How many of these courses have actually given you the results you wanted?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Have they helped you grow your income and impact? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When you’re honest with yourself you’ll see that most of these courses haven’t given you the results you wanted.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There is nothing wrong with courses. What’s wrong is your mindset and attitude. You need to take action to get results. Buying a course and watching the lessons is not the action that matters if you want results.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You’ve got to do the work and implement what you learn to get results. And that’s fucking scary! </span></p>
<h2 class="p1"><span class="s1">Instead of buying more courses you should be actioning what you’ve learned.</span></h2>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Action is the magic word baby! You and I need to be out there sharing our story and skills with the world. We need to show up, every day. We need to lead with strength and conviction. We need to show up, authentically and unapologetically. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That is what will give you the results you want. That is what will grow your business and take it to the next level and beyond. And you’ve got to start doing that now.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You ARE ready! You know ENOUGH! Your clients are waiting!</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Instead of buying more courses you should consider investing in a high-end business coach. We all need a good business coach who has our back. High-performance athletes have coaches. Soccer teams have coaches, singers have coaches and you need a coach too. We need coaches because we need the support and the cheerleading… we need the sounding board and the step by step guidance to help us take our business to the next level.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Be raw. Be honest. Be YOU—100% unapologetic. You can’t fake your way to success. People will notice and they will talk. Stop feeling like you don’t matter. You DO matter. So show us.</span></p>
<h2 class="p1"><span class="s1">2. Double your rates.</span></h2>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When you double your rarest you can lose 50% of clients and still make the same amount of money. If you feel called to let go of some of your customers because they’re draining you emotionally, physically and spiritually raise your prices or double your rates to amp up your income.</span></p>
<h2 class="p1"><span class="s1">3. Clear money blocks.</span></h2>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Money blocks are the #1 reason you’re not earning the money you want. Spend a few minutes each day to work on those blocks. Your mindset is the key to success and it needs daily grooming, like a beautiful garden. If you need help with that, find a mentor who can help you.</span></p>
<h2 class="p1"><span class="s1">4. Sell more—sell often.</span></h2>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Right now you’re not selling enough. Give yourself permission to sell every day. Remember, selling is serving and if you don’t sell you’re not actively serving your tribe. Netflix and coffee shop bestie dates should be the REWARD you gift yourself AFTER you’ve done the work.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Nothing keeps you as accountable like goals shared in public. Got a money goal for the month? Share it with your peeps. Want a specific number of new clients in the next 90 days? Share it publicly. </span></p>

You know the days when you feel like shit but you know that unless you show up on Facebook (or on the social media platform of choice) people will forget about you and take their money elsewhere.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So you log on to Facebook—full of resistance. You feel overwhelmed and totally out of your comfort zone. Your mind abuzz with thoughts like…</span></p>
<ul>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">“I don’t know what to write.”</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">“Nobody ever pays attention to what I write.”</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">“Who cares what I have to say.”</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">“My updates suck. No wonder nobody likes and shares them.”</span></li>
</ul>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">So you post the first thing that comes to mind and sure enough, nobody takes note. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">People don’t comment. Nobody shares your post and once again you feel like people don’t give a shit about you, so why should you bother.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The truth is: you’re experiencing a mistaken perception about social media and we’re about to shift that mindset of yours into a can-do attitude with the following 5 strategies.</span></p>
<h2 class="p1"><span class="s1">1. Don’t log on to Facebook (or any social platform) until you have a clear idea of what you want to write.</span></h2>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Prepare your posts in advance. Bulk write your posts each week for the entire week. You can focus on a weekly topic and offer tips, strategies, lessons, mistakes, case studies, etc on that topic.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Posting the same updates in several groups at the same time makes you look lazy and sleazy. Yet so many women do this daily. Why? Instead, create a spreadsheet with your week’s worth of content and publish your posts on a different day in a different group.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So post #1 goes into group #1 on day #1 and into group #2 on day #2, etc. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">With this system you can write 7 posts each week and distribute them into 7 groups, without having to cross post and look lazy. You can do this in as little as 1 hour a week.</span></p>
<h2 class="p1"><span class="s1">3. Share other people’s content.</span></h2>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Sharing is caring. Be generous with your shares. Like and comment on other people’s posts and chances are they will like and comment on yours. Social media marketing works on reciprocation.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you have a new offer and a bunch of people in mind for which the offer would be perfect, do a private 1:1 outreach by phone or email.</span></p>
<h2 class="p1"><span class="s1">5. Don’t add people to your group without their permission.</span></h2>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So you’ve created a group and now you want members. Great. Market your group by inviting people from your business page or profile. Start an ad campaign if you want. But never add people without their permission. That’s a super sleazy way to piss people off and get you on everyone’s blacklist.</span></p>

But that stuff is just part of our no-brainer service. Truth be told, we don’t care much for impressing you with add-ons that don’t feed your bank account. What we DO care about is to help you double your investment, in the next 90 days. </i></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Better, yes? Exactly!</span></p>
<h2 class="p3"><span class="s1"><b>Strategy #4 — Edutain!</b></span></h2>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We don’t NEED more information—we want entertainment. Why do you think Netflix is such a hit? Because they’re giving us what we want—a platform and reason to zone out, relax, grab a couple of hours of RnR. </span></p>

We NEED those blissful hours to help us function like semi-normal human beings and that is why edutainment (material, intended to be both educational and enjoyable) is better than education, because we don’t need more information—we want… (you got it yo).</span></p>
<h2 class="p3"><span class="s1"><b>Strategy #5 — K.I.S.S. aka Keep It Simple, Stupid</b></span></h2>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The K.I.S.S. principle is persuasion in its simplest form. You can’t sell squat if you’re confusing people with too many offers.</span></p>

<p>As you can imagine, the lack of consistency didn’t work so well. So my list was stagnant for years. It didn’t grow. And in hindsight I know why: I didn’t nurture my subscribers.</p>
<p>I was inconsistent (aka lazy).</p>
<p>I made the list about ME instead of THEM!</p>
<p>Lesson learned. Today’s emails are structured and purposeful. I started working with a strategic plan, instead of succumbing to infrequent bursts of inspiration.</p>
<h2 style="text-align: center;">Step #3 — I stripped away the fancies and focused on bare essentials.</h2>
<p>I stripped away everything from my emails that:</p>
<p>Bloated the design and risked being labelled as “Spam.”</p>
<p>I got rid of the pretty header.<br />
I eliminated the sidebar.<br />
I stopped using images (most of the time).<br />
I no longer include social media buttons and other fancy design elements.</p>
<p>I went back to bare essentials.</p>
<h4>That alone immediately increased my opening rates.</h4>
<p>My emails are more personal now—kinda like a personal letter you receive from my heart to yours. It made a huge difference in and by itself.</p>
<h2 style="text-align: center;">Step #4 — I got better at teasing.</h2>
<p>I got serious about using strategic persuasion hacks to increase my email opening rates.</p>
<p>The whole purpose of a subject line is to get your emails opened. So it makes sense to spend a little more time crafting better subject lines that actually get clicked.</p>
<p>And if they do…</p>
<p>Goal achieved.</p>
<p>Would you agree?</p>
<h2 style="text-align: center;">Step #5 — I went serial.</h2>
<p>Late in 2015 I did a little email experiment. I went serial</p>
<p><em>Nooooooo!</em></p>
<p>Not serial killer.</p>
<p>I started sending serialised content emails.</p>
<p>And the results?</p>
<p>They speak for themselves.</p>

<p>THAT email? It got a whopping open rate of 96.09%. This is almost unheard of!</p>

<p>This wasn’t a webinar registration email or an opt-in to download something email. It was a regular newsletter, but sent with the sole purpose of increasing the open rate stats. And considering that labelling your emails as newsletter is lame as fuck I’m even more astounded.</p>
<p>I almost fell off my chair when I first saw this. And I knew&#8230; I was on to something&#8230;</p>
<p>But look what happened to the open rate when I sent them the first email in the series… (that’s right, the general list email open rate went from 22.71% to 29.58%).</p>

<p>My test validated that serialised content works well. If you’ve never utilised serialised content in your email marketing I suggest you get started.</p>
<h3>I moved to ConvertKit early March 2016 because I wasn&#8217;t 100% happy with my old program and my email open rates and click-through rates have already doubled or tripled.</h3>
<p>Below is just a sample of some of the results:</p>

<p>As you can see, I didn’t make massive changes. I just changed a few things and got more serious about engaging my subscribers, by giving them what they (really) want.</p>
<p>And when you think about it for a second, it is only a start.</p>

<p>Because passionate people care! They care enough to make a difference. They care enough to treat their craft as the holy grail.</p>
<p><em>When passionate people write you can see the emotions ooze from the page, hitting you right in the heart.</em></p>

<p>You don’t have to be the best copywriter in the house to channel your best writing voice.</p>
<p>You don’t even need to be a writer.</p>
<h2 style="text-align: center;">You need the 3 Ps:</h2>
<h3>1. Personality — Great writing is always laced with a million fragments and nuances of a writer’s personality.</h3>
<p>We love that we can relate to a writer’s:</p>
<p>Vulnerability.</p>
<p>Pride.</p>
<p>Opinions.</p>
<p>Goofiness.</p>
<p>Failures.</p>
<p>Successes.</p>
<p>Fear.</p>
<p>Overwhelm.</p>
<p>Anger.</p>
<p>We relate to humans who write like humans—not robots in training who just try to copy others.</p>
<h3>2. Passion — If you’re trying to write when you’re NOT feeling the heat, stop it right there. Heat. Passion. Anger. They’re closely related emotions that trigger us in a big way.</h3>
<p>If you want to spark words so that they’re ALIVE. On fire. And demanding a reader’s attention, you must obey rule #567 <em>(rrrright…I totally made that one up).</em></p>
<p>But really, you should only write when you’re feeling the HEAT. <em>(Thanks Melissa, I get it now.)</em></p>
<p>When you write with heat your words will pop off the page.</p>

<h3>3. Purpose — Before you sit down to write a piece, ask yourself why.</h3>
<p>What is the purpose of your article?</p>

<p>Writing without purpose is like trying to steer a boat without a destination.</p>
<p>THAT would be pointless.</p>
<p>I hope you get my drift. I think you do, because you’re smart like that!</p>

<h2 class="p1" style="text-align: center;"><span class="s1" style="color: #0fddaf;">Persuasion is an art form—parts psychology, skill + social influence.</span></h2>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">In his book <em>The Dynamics of Persuasion: Communication and Attitudes in the 21st. Century</em>, Richard M. Perloff outlines five major ways in which modern persuasion differs from the past:</span></p>

<h4><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;"><b>#1. The number of persuasive message has grown tremendously.</b> </span></h4>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">We’re bombarded with advertising. Regardless whether you’re online or offline—ads are everywhere. Studies have shown that the average adult is exposed to 300 to over 3,000 ads a day.</span></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<h4><span style="color: #000000;"><b><b>#2. </b>Persuasive communication travels at the speed of technology.</b> </span></h4>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">As technology advances, so does the speed with which these ads are served to us.</span></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<h4><span style="color: #000000;"><b><b>#3. </b>Persuasion is big business.</b> </span></h4>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">When you can persuade and charm people with compelling messages, you give them a reason to fall in love with you and/or your brand. Advertising agencies, marketing firms and public relations companies have cashed in big on this demand for decades. And so do we, as business owners.</span></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<h4><span style="color: #000000;"><b><b>#4. </b>Contemporary persuasion is subtle.</b> </span></h4>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">Persuasion isn’t limited to the skill of selling with words—it incorporates the whole marketing spectrum: copy, design + sound to seduce the consumer.</span></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<h4><span style="color: #000000;"><b><b>#5. </b>Persuasion is complex.</b> </span></h4>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">In the 1990s it was a lot easier to stand out as a marketer because back then we barely new the Internet. But today, if you want to stand out, you need to get super creative to be seen—because the competition has the same advantages as you. They can market their business at the click of a button and reach millions of people worldwide.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">You don’t have to be the world’s most skilled persuasive expert to increase sales. You can start with this blog then action the steps you’ll learn.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">The first lesson? Persuasion isn’t manipulation! You’re not trying to forcefully shove your products down a customer’s throat. You don’t have to persuade people to buy your stuff—that’s desperation and icky.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">Before you can connect with a potential buyer you must learn to walk in her shoes. This means you need to ask yourself “What keeps her awake at night?”</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">When you understand the fears, frustration and desperation of your people you can connect with ease and make the sale.</span></p>
<p class="p1">
<h3 class="p5"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;"><b>Step #2 – Write like she speaks.</b></span></h3>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">If you want to connect with your dream client you’ll need to enter her word world.</span></p>
<p class="p1">
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">What are the common words she uses when describing her problems on social media?</span></p>
<p class="p1">
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">How does she speak?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">How does she act?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">Where does she hang out?</span></p>
<p class="p1">
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">You want to become her ally—not her enemy. If you’re not interested in how your people feel, you’ll never be able to utilise your persuasion skills naturally, without force or pretence.</span></p>
<p class="p1">
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">When you step into the world of your dream client and interact with an open heart, you’ll get to know her deeply and so, your words will naturally flow with effortless ease.</span></p>
<p class="p1">
<h3 class="p5"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;"><b>Step #3 – Seduce with power words.</b></span></h3>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;"><a href="https://monikamundell.com/the-a-to-z-of-copywriting/" target="_blank">Power words</a> are the weapon of every successful master persuader. Power words evoke pictures and emotions. Power words trigger an action. Power words can motivate people to bond over a common cause. Power words, if used strategically and in the right association can make or break sales.</span></p>

<h3 class="p5"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;"><b>Step #4 – What’s in it for her? Why should she care?</b></span></h3>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">Humans are driven by survival. We put our own needs above anything else. This behaviour gets triggered by our evolutionary—not revolutionary survival instinct.</span></p>
<p class="p1">
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">You can’t help others if you can’t help yourself first!</span></p>
<p class="p1">
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">I learned this (hard) lesson years ago. A mentor once asked me, <em>“Why are you in business?”</em> My answer, <em>“I want to help people.”</em> He didn’t let me off the hook and kept asking me the same question for 10 minutes. I kept repeating the same statement while getting more and more distraught until I broke down sobbing like a baby.</span></p>
<p class="p1">
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">In hindsight, I know I sounded like a badly spun record.</span></p>
<p class="p1">
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">I didn&#8217;t start my business to HELP people. I started my business to make money. To be FREE. To travel the world. </span></p>
<p class="p1">
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">Because only then can I truly HELP people.</span></p>
<p class="p1">
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">Master persuaders know why they’re in business. They also know why their people are in business.</span></p>
<p class="p1">
<h3 class="p5"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;"><b>Step #5 – Paint visuals, with emotion-dripping words.</b></span></h3>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">When you write, you want to use words that paint visuals. Words can trigger powerful visual imagery and emotions—good and bad. You can excite readers. Piss them off. Delight. Thrill. Annoy. Make them feel. Help them see + hear. Give them a reason to believe.</span></p>
<p class="p1">
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">Your words are energy. You should put them to good use.</span></p>
<p class="p1">
<h3 class="p5"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;"><b>Step #6 – Become a great storyteller.</b></span></h3>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">Stories are the secret weapon of master persuaders. Why? Because stories don’t make us question what’s being said right from the start. Stories don’t trigger our guard.</span></p>
<p class="p1">
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">Good stories help move the reader past her usual objections—in a fun and engaging way.</span></p>
<p class="p1">
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">If you want to become a better persuader start by studying the master story tellers.</span></p>
