Getting Ready at a Private Ponchatoula Estate

The day began at a stunning private estate in Ponchatoula, surrounded by open land and a large lake that set a calm, cinematic tone. Their film opens with drone footage of the mansion and property, highlighting just how beautiful and peaceful the setting was.

One of the most memorable moments came when Ronilyn and Jared stepped outside together and casually fished along the lake. Those quiet, authentic moments added something truly personal to their wedding film and reflected their relaxed connection.

We had the incredible honor of traveling from New Orleans to film Madeline and Abagail’s wedding at the stunning and historic Manor House in Littleton, Colorado. Nestled in the scenic foothills of the Rockies, this timeless venue offered breathtaking views of the mountains with the city of Denver glimmering in the distance. It was the perfect backdrop for their day.

From start to finish, the celebration was filled with love, laughter, and meaningful details that reflected who they are as a couple. Working alongside the talented local photographer Liz Osban and the wonderful coordinator Michele Thibodeau of Urban Events, everything came together seamlessly. Their expertise and warm professionalism made the day flow effortlessly.

One of the highlights was seeing a familiar face from back home—our New Orleans friend Alex Harvie, who painted the wedding live. His artistry brought the celebration to life in a way that perfectly complemented the film.

For us, it was a joy to step outside our usual New Orleans weddings and capture a destination wedding in Colorado. The Manor House’s historic charm, paired with sweeping mountain views, reminded us why we love what we do: telling love stories in unforgettable places.

Some wedding days feel like they’ve been pulled straight from a classic Louisiana love story. Camille & Gage’s was one of them.

The ceremony began in Vacherie, Louisiana, at the historic Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church. Sunlight poured through the stained-glass windows as Camille made her way down the aisle. Her smile lit up the entire sanctuary, and her joy spread to everyone around her. Family and friends looked on with admiration as she and Gage exchanged vows in a ceremony that felt timeless, personal, and full of heart.

After the “I do’s,” the celebration moved to the breathtaking Houmas House and Gardens in Darrow. As a Houmas House wedding videographer, it’s hard to imagine a more romantic backdrop. Ancient oak trees draped in Spanish moss framed the gardens, while flowers bloomed in every direction. The grand architecture of the estate created the perfect stage for their love story.

During the reception, Camille & Gage shared heartfelt moments, joyful laughter, and unforgettable dance floor energy. Meanwhile, guests enjoyed the warm Louisiana evening surrounded by the beauty of the gardens. Maggie and Caleb’s wedding at Infinity Farms was everything you’d hope for in a Southern wedding — personal, lively, and full of heartfelt moments. Set against the gorgeous, sprawling grounds of one of Mississippi’s most scenic venues, their day was filled with thoughtful details that made it entirely their own.

Like many modern love stories, theirs started with a simple message on Instagram. They began dating in early 2020, just before the world changed. During those early days of quarantine, they adopted their dog Juce and spent countless days with friends in blow-up pools, making the best of uncertain times.

Fast forward to 2023, when Caleb surprised Maggie with a proposal in Punta Cana during a family vacation. She had been expecting it later in the year, but he pulled off a perfect, meaningful moment on a pier — the same place her parents got engaged 31 years earlier. It was the perfect start to their engagement season, made even more special by choosing to marry on the 29th, a lucky number tied to birthdays and family milestones.

Their wedding day at Infinity Farms reflected everything they loved — a relaxed, joyful gathering of their favorite people in a setting surrounded by nature. Angela Marie Events seamlessly brought the day together, while Anna Babin Photography captured every moment with warmth and elegance.

The ceremony took place outdoors, framed by the venue’s gorgeous gardens and beautiful open spaces. The reception followed with great food, nonstop dancing, and plenty of unforgettable moments with their closest friends and family.

Sadi and Dominic’s New Orleans wedding was a perfect combination of Southern elegance and high-energy celebration. With the entire day set against some of the city’s most iconic venues, their wedding was full of unforgettable moments and incredible atmosphere.

The day started at the historic Hotel Monteleone in the French Quarter, where both Sadi and Dominic got ready surrounded by their closest friends and family. From there, everyone made their way to the stunning Elms Mansion, a classic Garden District estate known for its lush gardens and timeless New Orleans charm.

The outdoor ceremony was beautifully styled with Herbivore’s lush floral designs, and after the vows, guests were treated to a classic New Orleans second line led by a brass band — an unmistakable celebration of the city’s rich wedding traditions. The energy of the evening only built from there.

As night fell, custom projection effects lit up the facade of the Elms Mansion, creating an unforgettable backdrop for the reception. Inside the tented outdoor space, the Be Collective band kept the party going with nonstop energy, while a towering, elegant wedding cake by Tomo wowed guests.

But the night didn’t stop when the reception ended. Sadi and Dominic hosted an incredible afterparty inside the mansion itself, transforming the historic interior into a lively, late-night celebration. One of the standout features was a glitter bar, where guests had shimmering designs painted on their faces — adding a little sparkle and a lot of personality to the party.

We were honored to capture every part of this amazing day for Montoto Productions, working alongside the incredible Maria Gomila of Uncommon Camelia, who seamlessly brought every detail together. Cheryl Cole Photography delivered her signature destination wedding style, while the entire vendor team made the day feel effortless and unforgettable.
