I find that when i had engorgements (which unfortunately is rare :( ), massaging the hard spots while bb is nursing helps a lot to make all the milk flow out. We had our 1st child almost the same time, but she delivered again 1yr later. Now she is a mother of 2 and still look "HOT!" like you said.
