On the skyscraper, when Neo and Trinity kill all of the soldiers, Agent Brown comes to the roof. Neo immediately draws his guns and fires until both of his clips are empty. After that, Neo drops his guns, just as Agent Brown aims at him. During Bullet-Time there are no guns on the floor. When he hits the ground, then the guns are left and right of his legs.

At the end of the movie when Neo bursts into Room 303 and Agent Smith is there, watch the second shot. The overhead view shows a blank-firing shell ejecting (crimped end).

In the Oracle's house there is something wrong with the glasses in the cupboard behind Neo. When he's looking at the children, there are three small glasses in front, a big one behind and something else beside them. In a shot from below when the boy hands the spoon to Neo, the big glass has now moved to the left of the small ones.

When Neo is going to open the door to enter the Oracle's house, you can clearly see a camera on the doorknob. There's a sheet over it painted to look like the wall behind it, with a representation of Morpheus' tie too, because he's blocked by the camera.

When it is Neo's turn to make the Jump he takes a run up, and the camera changes to a brief sideshot of him running across the top of the building with the sky behind him. There is a big fuzzy blobby outline around him which should have been edited out.

When the guard asks Neo to remove any metallic items after he sets off the metal detector, Neo's coat is open, and he's just got a T-shirt on, with no guns strapped to him. In the closeup, all the guns are visible. Most are down the side, but we should have seen the pistols in his belt from the earlier angle. If nothing else, with his coat open as much as it was, the guard should have spotted the weapons even before he opened it further...

In the kitchen scene with Neo and the Oracle, the Oracle is baking cookies. When the Oracle takes the cookies out of the oven and brings them to the table there are 4 cookies on the plate. As she offers a cookie to Neo there are 6 cookies on the plate.

When Neo is out on the scaffolding and loses his phone, in one shot you see the phone falling towards an empty street, then you cut to Neo, and then back to the falling phone. This time the street is filled with people and a big parade.

When Neo first meets Morpheus, Morpheus extends his right hand with his other hand behind his back. Next shot shows Morpheus with his left hand at his side, and when he withdraws his hand, it is back behind his back. Talk about fast hands!

When Neo comes back from the conversation with the oracle, a part of the cookie, which he has got from the oracle, is bitten off. A few seconds later he wants to eat the cookie and there is no sign of a bite anymore.

When Neo and Morpheus are in the construct place (where it is all white), you can see that Morpheus' glasses are a matte grey and then a second later they are totally reflective. [This was done intentionally to prevent a mistake. The shot where Morpheus has flat black glasses was shot with a steadycam.  A cameraman using a special camera strapped to his body walks in a snaking path from behind Neo, to behind Morpheus. He passes in front of Morpheus at least once. His glasses were painted flat black to prevent the reflection of the steadycam operator showing up on film. At the end of the shot, you can see the back side of the sunglass lens. While doing this scene and saying his dialogue, Morpheus can see nothing. Still a mistake, but a much less glaring one.]

When Cypher is making the deal with agent Smith, he cuts off a big piece of steak. A few seconds later when he actually puts it in his mouth, it has changed shape and shrunk considerably and changed from medium rare (mostly red) to medium (pink in the center).
