Kareena and Imran come up with distinctive urban sensibilities and you only expect the two to comprehend the nuances of the narrative and execute that delicately and magnificently on screen. Kareena's character in this film is very similar to the one she portrayed in JAB WE MET. In fact, you could say that Riana is the urban face of Geet, a free spirited, vivacious person. Kareena surrenders herself to the director's visualization and delivers an outstanding performance, reminiscent of the one in JAB WE MET.

Imran fits into the role of a stickler for precision smoothly. In fact, you'd expect Imran to be overshadowed by Kareena completely, in view of the fact that Kareena is a far more experienced actor and also because her character is feisty and livewire, but Imran manages to stand on his feet and delivers a delightful, likeable performance yet again. The outburst at the dinner table only goes to provide evidence to the fact of how wonderful an actor he has evolved into.

On the whole, EK MAIN AUR EKK TU is a slick, breezy and pleasant fare that should click with its target audience -- the youth -- and also has the potential to woo the older spectators as well. This take on love is refined, smart, lively and thoroughly pleasing thanks to its characters, conversations and the inherent humor. A perfect date movie. A film stuffed with exquisite moments that are sure to bring a wide smile on your face. Simply put, you cannot afford to miss EK MAIN AUR EKK TU. Just go for it!

Action King Arjun is a busy man with several projects in hand.

His latest venture is Kattupuli, a jungle adventure story that is directed by Bollywood stunt master Tinu Verma.

The film stars Miss India, Sayali Bhagat, Baby Dhanya, Mr India title winner Rajneesh, Miss Assam Hanaya amongst others. Arjun plays a doctor and all the characters land up in a jungle. Arjun has been paired with actor Biyanka Desai and the buzz is that the film is to be released on Feb 17th after being in the cans for so long.

Apparently, the highlight of the film will be the encounter with man eating cannibals. What's caught the censor' s attention is a two minute lip to lip sequence, for which 14 cuts were suggested.

Tinu Verma reportedly had no option but to insert the cuts as he wanted all ages to enjoy the film. Now it remains to be seen whether the rest of the film is as entertaining!

Housefull 2 The Dirty Dozen is an upcoming Bollywood action comedy film directed by Sajid Khan and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. It is the sequel to the 2010 Bollywood commercially successful movie Housefull. The film will star Akshay Kumar opposite Asin Thottumkal in the lead.[2] It will also feature Ritesh Deshmukh, Boman Irani, Randhir Kapoor and Chunkey Pandey from the original whilst new additions include John Abraham, Jacqueline Fernandez, Zarine Khan, Shazahn Padamsee, Shreyas Talpade and others. It also features veteran actors such as Mithun Chakraborty and Rishi Kapoor in supporting roles.

Malaika Arora Khan features in an item-number song. The music will be composed by Sajid-Wajid.[3] The official theatrical trailer revealed on 9 February 2012, along with Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu. It is scheduled for release on April 5, 2012.

Mrs Home Maker 2011 Grand Finale

Mrs Homemaker 2011, the pioneering reality show dedicated to married women, had its 7th Edition Grand Finale at the Kamarajar Arangam, recently. Organized by Twilite Creations, the crowning mega show had actress Mrs Devaiyani Rajkumaran, as its Chief Guest.

Mrs Home Maker, a brain child of Mrs Sumathi Srinivas, the charismatic CEO of Twilite Creations, is a pioneering reality show dedicated to married women. This year, the show spread its wings to the whole of Tamil Nadu. Auditions were held all across Trichy, Madurai, Tanjore, Coimbatore, Salem and Chennai, and competition for selection into the finals was done through various rounds with creative, cookery, sports, dance, singing and mimicry among other qualifying rounds.

The judges for the finale were John Britto, Singer Ujjaini and Television actress and news anchor Fathima Babu.

14 out of the shortlisted 20 contestants, who touched the finals, stunned the audience at the finale with their performances. The individual cultural talent round at the D-Day, had the contestants exhibiting their special skills at Singing, Dancing and Mimicry. Some of the performances were mind-blowing, so much so the auditorium was filled with the audience's Once More's. There was also a group dance performed by all the contestants, for the famous number "Senthamizh Thenmozhial".

From the 14 participants, 8 were selected for the next round and were asked the final question by Mrs Deviayani Raajakumaran. The final question was " What do you think, should be the predominant character which our future generation should carry from us, in this fast moving world and why?"

Mrs Kavitha Karthik was crowned as the Mrs Home Maker 2011. Varsha from Chennai came the 2nd Runner-up and Subhasini from Coimbatore as the Ist Runner-up. Devaiyani complimented was all praise for the event and for the efforts taken by the finalists.

Gifts worth Rs. 7 lakhs were given away by participating sponsors N Gopaldass Jewellery, Adarus Kitchen, Naturals, Shadows home appliances, Aachi Masala.

The finale, and the qualifying rounds of Mrs Home Maker will be telecast as a weekly reality show in Jaya TV.

Vijay in Nanban Special screening at Madurai

Between the busy schedule of Murugadoss's Thuppakki, Vijay was present at a special screening of Nanban held at Thanga Regal theatre in Madurai much to the joy of his fans. He distributed gifts and a feast was prepared for a group of mentally challenged people and served. Vijay also addressed his fans and shared his Nanban experiences.

Sathyaraj, Shankar, Srikanth, Jiiva and Sathyan are all wonderful people and it was great to work with them, Vijay said. He said that it was a dream come true for him to work with Sathyaraj. The actor also dropped in at Apsara theatre in Virudhunagar. Because of the strike, shooting has been stalled and Vijay is using the time off to connect with his dear fans.
