DARPA enabled the creation of TCP/IP as means of overcoming limitations of networks communicating with other networks, to yield an "inter-network" outcome of communication portability, on battlefields and beyond. This is the origin of ARPAnet.

NSF helped commercialize ARPAnet by formation of Network Solutions, Inc and deployment of ICANN, ARIN, to serve TCP/IP domain registry to public. This public internet of IP addresses and domain names was released in 1996 for public consumption.

Vint Cerf, co-creator of TCP/IP at DARPA, via private communication with author while at MCI, in question about why TCP/IP deployment via domain registries prioritized a renter model of cost support rather than an owner model, answered: "that was considered in 1976 and discarded".

As a result of this discarded consideration, and subsequent growth of TCP/IP use in American/Global civil societies, the original intent of DARPA within the engineering design choices made in 1976, prior and after, end "users" of this innovative technology have received a relationship structure via this infrastructure giving meaning and utility to data at scale ("Big Data"), and as of 2023, artificial intelligence systems deriving utility from public sources of data derived by human interactions. This relationship structure is well-informed by basic definitions in computing and economics, such as "renter", or "slave".

How should you be organized by default?

Own root. Every human life that acquires a birth certificate, whether for your child or another, or for yourself when needed, understands how a data structure works. Lawyers will understand that "Rights" are for people, not birth certificates. But try proving that at the border of American Sovereignty where it matters. Words don't accomplish much in those moments, especially legalese.

Structure yields results at the border. Root administration over the data structure of American Sovereignty is an edge-driven experience. It happens at the authentic border of authentic Sovereignty itself, or it doesn't. And when it doesn't, there is a reason. This is where failures carry meaning, and can instruct us on flaws in need of fixes.

When DARPA yielded TCP/IP and the NSF made it public, there were other examples that perhaps the notions of future utility were not adequately conceived, and were going to need fixes to flaws faster than originally understood. IPv4 -> IPv6 is one such example... the system was going to run out of addressable spaces to serve the inter-network to users. Other examples are the increasing absence of a default archival system, and IAM work to service the identity space where citizen identifiers are utilized broadly, as the ultimate data silo.

Without any additional information concerning architectural choices, infrastructure requirements, engineering design choices, or participatory patterns of engagement... which do you select?

America comes with a proposition ratified (LLPoH); Sovereignty is processed as a runtime event at the edges. Middleization is an attack vector. Inadequate system designs are a feature flaw of inadequate engineering design processes. Governance by administration of law is absolutely evolutionary. Failures happen. Edits happen. Current inadequate understandings and administration by poorly/ wrongly trained managers of Sovereign law is a time-based experience. Yes, lives are affected. "We hold these truths to be self-evident..."; turns out, with digital context, Sovereignty is not so self-evident to some... tcp/ip engineers under administrative influence released a tool of military-use into civil society without understanding scale of impact "breaking silos" would have, and what Constitutes a silo where data is transported meaningfully.

In 2024, the utility of words yielding philosophical clarity that becomes embedded into the design of systems being deployed globally, and Nationally, yields methods that must be structured accurately in order to abide by the Sovereign systems they serve.

In America, people own root authority, or the Sovereign infrastructure does not confer accuracy for, of, by human use. Data is the life blood of AI systems. Data structure yields Sovereign results, and across our fast advancing world, inaccuracy deconstructs faster than accuracy builds accurately. The time has come for open transparent accuracy in the data structure of Soveriegnty itself to be laid bare, enabling the development of "Sovereign AI" upon foundations that serve people.

Many moons ago, this structural conversation began in the world of identity management. Professionally-deployed systems were challenged to confront inaccuracies in their modeling of human identity. Ubiquitously, people were no longer being conveyed structural constraints ensuring the structural accuracy of their root administrative authority over data systems of ultimate importance to their Sovereign participation and administration under well-founded laws that were crafted pre-tcp/ip, pre-digital data.

Identity systems have been challenged now for over 20 years to align their practices to the people they service. The work is not done. Self-Sovereign ID principles that emerged here on this blog, led to decentralized identity methods and practices advancing for developer use, and into general awareness by a population that is intensely interested in digital frontiers where their lives meet opportunity, security, and civil system integrity. The fire walls of Sovereign integrity, having been breached many times in consequential ways, started exposing their own structural deficiencies.

Enter AI: human identity that primarily exists in a database-driven system, and is founded on an old-era of physical presence, is now the domain of AI. Human beings can not compete structurally here, as AI derives utility that people provide, and far too often, provide ignorantly, without much personal insight or accountability for the structural choices conveyed upon them. Laws, as dependencies function, evolve at a much slower pace, and seem to lack insight into the structural underpinnings of identity silos that tcp/ip was advanced to break down and add utility too. Unfortunately, protections were not advanced with the same insight, and civil society is finding itself in a reactive mode, reacting to change like a surfer riding a wave, rather than a break wall securing civil participation in an AI-enabled society.

This is the moment. AI Sovereignty has a basic and tremendously important dependency in American civil society: people own root.

If the data structure of human participation in America does not convey this basic structural reality, then people do not exist in a civil society, as defined by founding documents, intent, and Constitutional reach. Work is underway on this vector, and as always, the resulting choices and structures advanced will yield the results being pursued. The question on the table being asked is simple: do innovators understand what it means in structural Terms to ensure that people own root authority?

The AI + Human Identity Riddle

Some riddles are so complex that people just stop contemplating, and concede. Here on the VRM dev list, over many years, the struggle to explain structural concepts in motion has fought for words in a social context that disavows progress by design. There is only one place where "self-induced Sovereignty" is approachable in accurate human terms, and conversing the methods elsewhere, like Canada, Europe, China, or via the modern Administrative State, etc... is a failure at inception, and the process of grabbing the word to apply policy obfuscations on accurate use is intentional. As has been discussed plenty of times, the State-defined "Sovereign citizen movement" is the most dangerous ideology in existence, and the people who live under its definition are the most dangerous people in existence. I mean, have you seen them all out there doing what they do, acting all Sovereign unto themselves? Scary stuff, right?

"Human Rights" is another great example, used pervasively in Government administration, and by identity entrepreneurs in aggressively collating the un-identified/ un-banked/ un-civilized. Powerful words and concepts are always open to perversion by intent, and require courageous stewardship to hold accountable to the actual meaning conferred by utterance. Most western societies operate under the belief that human rights exist, and their society protects them. Yet, in defining the human rights for and unto the human population being administered, the order of operations is strictly accurate, where words documenting process fall well-short.

In the US, human rights are administered rights. Prior to administration, there is no functional concept of human rights, thats why the UN applies its language to the most vulnerable, children, as it does... an administered right to administration of Nationality and Identity sets the stage for data existence. You, the Individual person, like all the rest of us, have no existence until you are legally administered, despite an ability to observe human existence prior to administration. "Civil Society", like math once did, exists in a state that denies the existence of zero - the unadministered pre-citizen, pre-customer, pre-Righted, pre-identified with actual existence as a human with Rights. Sorry, but you are going to need an administered ID for that.

If human rights existed, then human migration would be a matter of free expression, and access to Sovereign jurisdictions proclaiming support for "Human Rights" would need to quibble less about process of admittance. Simple in theory, but get ready for the administrative use of fear to induce human behavior in compliance to expected procedures.... "Terrorist Migrants Are Coming!!!!" ... ie, no actual, structural human rights here, move along. Only cult-politics can confront this with policy, as structural human rights have no meaningful expression in structural terms... just linguistics.

Now in China, who cares... human rights don't exist. The default commie-state of the newborn baby, dependent on others for survival, is extended throughout life. Little commie-baby-brains are the most compliant, most enforceable population on the planet, and structural considerations of participation are not to be found - bring on the social credit score. At home, or in the hospital, newborn families are not inherently tuned to the structural considerations of a new born life, they are tired, exhausted, hopefully in glee at the newly arriving human they have custody for. This is where the heist occurs. Systems love compliant people, they can do anything with them as their fodder.

Data collection starts immediately; afterall, that new baby needs administered existence in order to exist with rights. Right?

Data plantations running on endless databases, storing administered credentials in State Trusts, set the stage for the participation of living beings that will one day wake in a world that they themselves will have custody for, in theory. But in that moment, those little commie-baby-brains need to be administered by the State, need to be defined by State identification processes, in order to exist legally, and as a function of the future, those theories will yield to administered practices.

Structure yields results...

How many people care? As "we" look around and communicate on this list, W2 employees with pensions become pervasive in all of these conversations. These structural participants, one-level removed from their Righted structure as citizens, even within "more perfect Sovereign unions", form sub-unions protecting their continuity as structural outcomes. What outcomes? What is the structural outcome they achieve? Like little commie-baby-brains, these adult participants cede their self-Sovereign integrity and representation, to induce group-action via group-think and group-coordination. It works really well, and makes these people "feel" really powerful in their time and place, inducing actions that try to scale their structural considerations for all people who remain out-of-step.

Thats where "You" come in, and by example, where a more perfect union comes in, to protect the greatest minority, and default sub-unit of the human organism, the Individual. Here, the commie-baby-brain must stand accountable to the inherent structural integrity of an Individual human life with direct, personal living authority. Personal authority, the kind that really makes little adult-commie-brains upset as "people" who can't/don't/won't be able to express such authority with any confidence, and without any guidance from a group-administrator. You see it all the time, as the administrative system routs one attention to channel 4 for programming, and channel 5 for another. Cult-capture is structurally assured by design, a coup by actual intent.

This sets the backdrop of work and conversation here. There are too many people on this list that will NEVER materialize an accurate understanding of the structural accuracy of human rights, and the Sovereign structure of human liberty and accountability, the kind that builds real "civil" societies. Instead, they will pervert words, quibble against words, use fear to harm dialogue, and insist on centralized authority to secure people from themselves, and the most scary people on the planet... people who think and act for themselves to stand up Sovereign jurisdictions as self-represented participants and sources of Sovereign authority.

Too hard? Too old? Too young? Too compliant? Too accurate?

Prior to any administrative act, actual human rights exist. (Zero Party Doctrine) Good people, with functionally literate adult minds, and the persistent choice to preserve human health, wealth, wisdom, liberty, and personal pursuits of happiness in time serve as the actual foundation of a dominant world-view with no equal. Own your own life, own your own work, own your own future, own your own administration as righted people in civil societies. The alternative is not civil, and not humane to Individuals, all people. Structure yields superior results....

As builders of AI systems serving such people, structural considerations trump hype. I will stop short of discussing technical methods ensuring such outcomes, but suffice it to say it is a choice to induce unending focus on such outcomes. It requires no marketing, it requires no venture capital, and it wins because it is supported by winners. People, Individuals all, who give accountability personally to the freedoms they express incrementally in the face of far too ample losers who are always one comma away from proclaiming your adult minds a threat to the existence of their little commie-baby-brains while begging for access to the world built by self-Sovereign efforts of leaders, the real kind.

AI is about raising the bottom up to the statistical mean in present form. Protecting leading edge human thought, and output, is going to require a new approach to human identity. Databases are the domain of AI, and humanity will not be able to compete as artifacts living on a databased plantation.

A great civil society reset is required (Not the "Build Back Better" commie-baby-brain variety), and it is just a matter of time before it becomes essential for any person now participating in the masses as little commie-baby-brains despite believing "they" exist in some other way as a result of linguistics or flag flying. Watch the administration process devolve, as people, the bleeding kind, are conflated with "people", the linguistic variety, and have their "Rights" administered as "permissions" due to some fear-inducing event. Well documented on this list by pseudo-leaders.

Open source AI, local AI, rooted human authority... all in the crosshairs. Remember who you are up against. Universal derivation and sharing no longer exist in the same place at the same time. Declare your structural reality.. human Individual leader, or statistical mean on a data-driven plantation. It is still not optional. People, Indiviiduals all, must own root authority.

A Constitution with computational integrity can't originate Rights in a database.. this data domain of AI is not the domain of Rights for people in a "civil society".

Until people own root authority, and systems are all derived accurately, there can be no healthy implementation of AI, or as we are watching, a "civil society" of ID participants. People must own root, AI is an adversarial intelligence deriving all capacity from people, in order to detect/interpret/solve problems.

"We the people" have created a new living master; a bureaucratic machine, not "for, by, of" our control as people. This bureaucratic system, protected by a moat of credentialed labor certification processes and costs, is managed via plausible deniability practices now dominating the integrity of the civil systems which a civil society is managed by. Living people, now legal "people", function as assets under management and social liabilities leveraged for the development of budget expenditures not capable of self-administration by the people they exist to serve. This "bureaucratic supremacy" in governed process has rendered words meaningless in practice, and allowed a new Administrative King to rule the Sovereign territory where American self-governance was envisioned and Constituted, once upon a time.

President after President, one precedent after another is used to validate actions that lack integrity under inspection. "Civil Rights Laws", suspended by bureaucratic supremacy alone, allow a President to nominate and hire a Supreme Court Justice on the stated basis of gender, skin color and qualifications. In lieu of a leader demonstrating what self-governance is capable of, "we the people" are rendered spectators of lifetime bureaucrats demonstrating their bureaucratic supremacy upon their "people".

Throw all the words away; democracy, republic, authoritarian dictatorship, gone. None matter, none convey meaningful distinctions.

You can either self-administer your role in a "civil society", or you can not. If you can not, it need not matter what you call your Government, or what form of "voting" is exercised. In the end, you are simply data. You are data under management, a demographic to be harvested. You will either be able to self-administer your participation, or you will ask for endless permission of your bureaucratic masters who fiddle with the meaning of those permissions endlessly. In this context, a bureaucratic process like gerrymandering is simply an exercise in bureaucratic fraud, always plausibly deniable.

Read all the history books you like; dead history is dead.

Self-administered governance of a civil society is the basis of the very existence of a "civil society" derived "of, by, for" people. People, Individuals All, living among one another, expressing the freedom of self-administration, is the only means by which a computationally accurate Constitution can exist. The imperfection of politics, driven by cult groupings of people practicing group loyalty for leverage in governed practices is itself a tool of leverage held exclusively by the bureaucracy. "We the people" is an example of how words crafted by intent, can be manipulated over time to render outcomes out-of-step with their original intent. Once upon a time.. "people" was an easy word to define. An experiment in self-governance, unique in all the world and history, arrived because people made it so. Fast forward to 2022, and people no longer function as "people" under the law; in lieu of basic observable fact, a bureaucratic interpretation and abstraction of intent has been allowed to take root among people.

Oft confused in 2020++ with phrases like "white supremacy", or "Institutional racism", methods of administrative bureaucracy have taken a supreme role in defining and operationalizing Rights defined for "people". This "bureaucratic supremacy" has allowed abstraction of words like "people" to render a Government operated by bureaucrats, not under the authority of the people "of, by, for" whom it was originally conceived and instantiated, but instead under methods of processing bureaucratic intent. From the point-of-view of the oppressed historically, the bureaucracy has skin in the game, and domination is absolute. But, from the point-of-view of the unexperienced future derived "of, by, for" people, skin has nothing to do with it. History's leverage is one of administrative origin.

Pandemics will come and go in time; experiences of the administrative machinery that guarantees the integrity, security and continued self-governance of society by people should never be overlooked. Especially in the context of now "computational" Constitutional Rights for people, (not birth certificates - vaccination passport holders - or ID verification methods & artifacts poorly designed) where operational structure determines the integrity of operational run time results. Literature might say "Freedom of Speech" is a Right, but if the administrative system does not compute said Rights, then they cease to exist.

"Bureaucratic Supremacy" has a predictable moat surrounding its practices; credentialed labor. Employees with labor certifications are only as useful as the validity of the credential under inspection and in practice. Administering the permission to be hired, work, contribute value and extend a meaningful voice into a civil system is easily sequestered if/when that credential is meaningless under inspection, and is only used as means of identifying bureaucratic compliance.

Bureaucratic supremacy is the direct result of bureaucratic compliance; people, functioning as "people" willing to cede their inalienable rights in exchange for a paycheck, yield a systemic approach to human management that often counters the initial intent and integrity of a systems existence. Often heard when something happens that lacks systemic integrity, "I was only doing my job" represents an output of bureaucratic fraud, whereby people claim plausible deniability of responsibility and accountability based on the structure of their working efforts. Corporate law is founded on the premise of "liability control", whereby a resulting bureaucracy allows real human choices to function as bureaucratic outcomes lacking any real direct human definition. People are no longer operating as "people" when abstracted by the law in such ways, and the world over, systems of bureaucracy with historic significance control and confuse the interpretation of results that such a system of labor induces.

Rooted at the origin of a self-governed civil society is an original act of human Sovereignty. In America, this act is writ large by John Hancock for a King's benefit, as well as every administrative bureaucracy the world will ever come to experience. People declare independence from bureaucracies by personal Sovereign authority. This is the root of Sovereign authority, and can never be provisioned by a bureaucracy. Bureaucratic supremacy is a perversion of this intent, and labor credentials make it so.

Where do "we" go from here?

People, Individuals all, is the only living reality of the human species that will ever actually exist. People, living among one another, never cease to function as Individuals, and any systemic process that uses a literary abstraction, or computational abstraction to induce "we" into a bureaucratic form is an aggressive act of fraud against Humanity, and the Sovereignty defined "of, by, for" such people.

In America, people are not the dog of their Government; self-governance is man's best friend. The order of operations in establishing such a "more perfect Union" is critical for its sustained existence. Be wary of listening to lifetime bureaucrats; they will speak with words that are no longer tools for human advancement, but instead, are designed to reinforce the "bureaucratic supremacy" of the authority derived by their labor credentials. Inspect those credentials directly to ensure they are legitimate, for false labor credentials are endemic.

Structure yields results; fraud by bureaucracy and Rights for people are juxtapositional and never exist in the same place at the same time.

What is a Constitution protecting both "Human Rights" and "Civil Rights"?

From the view of legal precedent and human intent actualized, it is a document, a work of literary construct, and its words are utilized to determine meaning in legal concerns where the various Rights of people are concerned. Imperfect words of literature, implemented in their time and place. And of those words, a Governing system of defense for the benefit "of, by, for" the people Instituting such Governance.

This is the simple model, unique in the world, unique in history as far as is known to storytellers the world over. A literary document arriving here and now as words being introduced to their data manifestations. Data loves words. Data loves numbers. Data loves people the most. Why?

Data is "literally" defined as "data" in relation to the existence of Humanity. That which has no meaning to Humanity is not considered "data" being utilized as such. Last time I checked, Humanity did not know everything, yet. Therefore much "data" has barely been considered as existing, let alone being understood in operational conditions called "real life", or "basic existence" by people.

This is our administrative problem; words are not being operationalized accurately as data. The relationship between "words" and "data" as operational processes driving the relationship between "people" and "Government Administration" has not been accurately structured. In other words, words are not being interpreted as data accurately enough, if at all.

A governed system derived "of, by, for" the people creating and defending such governed process, has a basic starting point. It seems obvious, but many are eager to acquiesce to something else upon instantiation of a service relationship, when easy or convenient enough, so perhaps "obvious" is just a word. "Of, By, For" people means that "Rights" are for people, not birth certificates.

Consider how you administer your own life. Think back to last time you went to the DMV. Think back to last time you filed taxes and something went wrong that you needed to fix. Think back to when you registered your child for kindergarten. Think back to the last time you created an online bank account.

While you are considering these experiences, consider the simultaneous meaning created by the words "of, by, for" and whether any of those experiences existed outside of your Sovereign Rights as a person.

Humanity does not come into existence inside a database. The American Government does not come into authority "of, by, for" database entries.

Instead, people at the edges of society, in the homes of our towns derive the meaning "of, by, for" their lawful participation. Rights are for people, not birth certificates. People prove birth certificates, birth certificates do not prove people. If an administrative process follows the wrong "administrative precedent" and logic structure, then "words" cease meaning what they were intended to mean.

This words-to-data slight of hand is apparently easy to run on people. The internet, an investment itself of Government created via DARPA and made public via NSF, showcases daily the mis-construed meaning of "words" as "data". People are being surveilled, tracked and provisioned access to services based on having their personal "ID:DATA" leveraged. In some cases, such as the new ID.me services being used at Government databases, facial scans are being correlated to match people as "people" operating as "data". The methods used defy "words" once easily accessible, and have been replaced by TOSDR higher up the administrative supply chain as contracts of adhesion.

Your root human rights, the basic meaning of words with Constitutional authority to declare war upon the enemies of a specific people in time, have been usurped, and without much notice, most all people have acquiesced to the "out-of-order" administrative data flows capturing their participation. Freedom can not exist on such an administrative plantation, whereby people are captured as data for use by 2nd and 3rd parties without any root control provided to the people giving such data existence and integrity.

People-backwards-authority will destroy this world. America can not be provisioned from a database. People possess root authority in America. America is the leader of the world, and immigrants come to America because "people possess root authority" in America. "Of, By, For" People in America, this is the greatest invention of America. Owning your own authority, owning root authority as a person expressing the Sovereign structure of your Rights as a person IS the greatest super power on planet Earth.

The American consumer marketplace is born in love with the creative spirit of Freedom. The American Dream lures people from the world over to its shores. A chance to be free, to own your own life and express your freedom in a market of ideas, where Rights are seen, protected, and leveraged for the benefit of all people. A place where work is honored, and where ladders may be climbed by personal effort and dedication in pursuit of myriad dreams. A land honored by the people who sustain its promise, who guard its shores, and share understanding of how American best practices can influence and improve the entire world.

It all begins with you.

If I could teach you how to do it for yourself I would. I try. My words here are for you to use as you wish. I donate them with many of my efforts sustained over many years. This moment (2020-2022) has been prepared for by many for many many years. A populace ignorant of how data would alter the meaning of words in the wrong hands was very predictable. Knowing what words as data meant in 1992 was less common. In fact, getting people to open ears, or an email, was a very developmental process. Much hand-holding, much repetition. I have personally shared words the world over, and mentored 10's of thousands over the past 25 years. To what end?

I have made no play to benefit from the ignorance of people. I have sought to propel conversation, understanding, skill, and professional practices. By all accounts, I have failed at scale. The world is being over-run by ignorance, and this ignorance is being looted, and much worse, it is being leveraged against the best interest of people, Individuals all.

"We the people" is a literary turn-of-hand in data terms; People, Individuals All. The only reality of the human species that matters is the one that honors what people actually are. Together, each of us as Individual, living among one another.. is the only reality that will ever exist. "We" is a royal construct if used to instantiate an Institutional outcome not under the control of actual people as functioning Individuals, and instead abstracts this reality via language, form, contract or use of computer science to enable services to be rendered upon people rather than "of, by, for" people.

The backwards interpretation of words as data process is the enemy of Humanity. Simple as that.

Self-Sovereign Identity has deep roots. It did not just emerge in 2016 after a blog post was written. It did not fail to exist when wikipedia editors denied it subject integrity with the stated message: "good luck with that".

Self-Sovereign Identity is a structural result of accurate Sovereign source authority, expressive by Individuals. People, using tools, can do many amazing things.

Words carry meaning; literary abstractions of often real and digital objects, methods, processes, ideas. When a word's meaning is not accurate, or not accurate enough, language is negatively affected, and as a result, communication of integrity between people is affected. While amendments have been offered to fix past perversions of human intent and accurate use of language, the root error of omission providing cover for the mis-translation of "We The People" in the United States of America in 2021 is not a construct of words, or literary amendments. Instead, it is a restructuring of baseline participation in the administration of human authority within a Sovereign territory. "We The People", Individuals All, give administrative integrity to the Government derived "of, by, for" our consenting authority. America has fallen; taken hostage by political cults, our once great bastion of "Individual Liberty" has fallen victim to the mobs ruled by media disinformation, inadequate education, and technical gerrymandering by algorithm. People have become operational devotees to artificial participatory groupings functioning as mobs of influence. This "devotion" to practice has yielded a system at odds with Constitutional integrity.

How did this happen?

Why did Individual people cede authority to a system that abstracts them into legal definitions out of step with observable reality? "We The People" no longer function as actual people, Individuals all. Instead, "We" are a legal abstraction duly represented by a Government once established "of, by, for people". This legalese slight of hand has manifested a bureaucratic system of artificial intelligence, and cult-based political control, wherein Individuals are regarded as a threat to stability.

People in the real world can observe that the only human beings they ever meet or come to know are all Individuals. It is our choices which form cults, our methods that make mobs. Once made, these are hard to unmake for any one person. For they exist to defy and destroy the integrity of Individual empowerment. Groups harvest people by consent, or manipulation, and the harvesting creates a new intent. Seeing clearly this new intent is useful in understanding how/why cults come into power.

In Government funded education, a cult of practice or pedagogy is limited by credentialed membership. The support of one cult member for another is advanced by a caring community of social influence all in harmony with the manner by which their credentialed membership is enforced, and employed. The unionization of labor within this cult of pedagogy further entrenches the practices and support structure that any student or family in any zip code can anticipate receiving education from. Where methods of functional literacy fall short due to rapidly evolving practices in the real world, the structure of practice and labor serves to enforce the pace of available change/progress offered to students and families.

Everyone can see this happening for themselves, and many Individual Teachers will openly and adamantly acknowledge this operational fact, and their support for the stability of labor value tied to their cult of practice is hard to argue with, for as people, they certainly deserve respect for their working efforts. This then is the point wherein the structural outcomes derived by cults begins its insidious assault on communities, cultures, Nations and people, Individuals all.

Cults are not made by "bad people". Cults are made by "bad choices". Enforcing bad choices is the problem of greatest consequence. Look around, where does the enforcement of bad choices come from? How is our civil Society being forced into bad choices that yield outcomes out of step with our intent as a people who create their own way, in life, liberty and the pursuits of happiness guaranteed by our Governing assemblage?

This is our enemy America. People must kill the tendency towards cults.

Cult rule never solves problems.. it just increases costs on infinite horizon of mass delusion for bureaucratic control.

Corporate bureaucracies extending from DOD, US CONGRESS, DOE, and every other department of every Federal and State Government all follow this same line of structural management by cult of practice. After retiring, contractors provide service of relationships between the same Government offices and personnel that they once worked with, enabling the efficient processing of opportunity by trust and devotion to a cult of practice. One political cult is elected and operational devotees arrive en masse to take their seats in the administrative machinery availed to their servicing mandates. With each Presidential election, this process can be experienced anew in Washington DC. A city emerges from the cults of influence that give operational meaning to time.

Taken to its extreme, the predictive outcomes that cult behaviors of practice/behavior/attention produce are easily harvested by propaganda-inducing algorithms used to influence mass sentiment. Advertising methods in social media systems designed to produce cult behavior tendencies for ease of tracking attention and gaining access to social graphs where people influence one another as friends, brothers, sisters, daughters, sons, grandmas & grandpas.. all for the purpose of producing cult outcomes for the predictable harvesting of management value. Any purpose, trackable cult behaviors. Any intent, trackable cult attention. Any manipulation, trackable cult influence.

Individual liberty that gives rise to a Nation and civil Society derived of, by, for people, Individuals all must be protected, at all costs. This is a structural requirement. People are not "people"; abstractions are not accurate enough. People are Individuals, and their operational participation is founded in the local mud, by the blood running through their veins for the integrity of their local community, culture and way of life.

Individual liberty has enemies, both well documented ones and new ones that appear from time to time. The Chinese Communist Party is one such enemy. Cults that remove Individual responsibility and induce group think are another. A systemic bureaucracy run by harvesting big data under surveillance technologies operating with artificial intelligence across time and space is another. These are insidious organizations of destructive intent, hell bent on capturing the loyalty of people, in lieu of allowing for actual free will expressed by people. Families must guard and protect the light of freedom found inside of each of us as people.

Bureaucracies around the world are racing towards the use of data aggregated for profound purposes, and are rapidly constituting a new type of "artificial intelligence" that is out of step with the inherent Rights of people, Individuals all.

Unless this aggregated effect of "We" is challenged to show its hand, to prove it exists to empower people, Individuals all, rather than replace them with an abstraction of literature or computer science & engineering, everything that "We The People" hold dear will come to an end, replaced by a new version existing not "of, by, for" each of us, but instead.

The benefits of this transition will be cast broadly; Government-issued welfare benefits, a creator economy preying on the vanities of youth, and the destruction of work in favor of administration, delegation, crowdsourcing, and monetization of the cult attention graph. People will get rich for their compliant participation, while civil society gets weaker, less credulous, and more apt to extreme swings of behavior based on cult support for policies of the day.

You either stand for your Individual Rights, or you have none in the end. Standing means understanding how your Rights came to be, and how the source of your authority is the only protection you possess from cult rule. Mobs are spawning, and data aggregation via social-technical tools graphing the attention of people, and segmenting them by algorithm into easily targeted groups that can be harvested for financial and political gain is rampant. General data illiteracy is Nation-wide, around the entire globe. Political cults feed lies via media disinformation keeping people occupied trying to figure out how to be part of the group they agree with, most of the time.. some of the time.. today, for a specific reason.. always by cult association. Left cult, Right cult.. no people, no Individuals anywhere.

ID is the control parameter of freedom and security in a civil society. The source of your ID matters. In a civil society derived "of, by, for people", the source is obvious; ID comes from you.

Are you a database? Do you exist in a State Trust?

Rights are for people, not birth certificates. The law knows this, but it can not seem to figure out how to manifest this accurately without falsifying the inherent human authority required to resolve source integrity.

Self-Sovereign Rights, And The Function of USER:ID In Rights & Derivative Laws For Mankind.

People never required a definition of the word "People" until recently. A Governed Civil Society constituted "of, by, for" people, seems obvious in its implications for design, interpretation, and amendment procedures. But apparently, this is not the case. The data structure of participation in a "Governed Civil Society" is very dependent on some baseline, foundational accuracies about the source origin of "Sovereign Rights".

This is not optional anymore. People, being organized as "People" and written into databases, contracts, and Governed State Trusts, represented as both paper & digital artifacts, have become abstractions representing the original source authority required for the accurate processing of Sovereign authority. As these abstractions, written into documents via non-computational languages with historic precedent, become the priority mission for resolving "Civil Rights" in any Governed system designed "of, by, for" people, or "people", it is critical that the structure intended and inferred by language, become operational in the data structure that yields precedent in the real world where all Sovereign Rights matter. Rights are for people after all, not birth certificates.

Blood, mud, local community.. this is the home of Sovereign Rights. There is no alternative. It may seem as though digital technology is creating a new "metaverse" where new laws of nature are possible. Everything, as it will become obvious to understand in time, is made of data, and even emits data endlessly unto non-existence. People, you are the context. You are the reason data is being discovered, valued, harvested, manipulated, controlled, inspected, regulated, judicially reviewed, and entrepreneured in all the myriad ways possible to do, commercial, civic, social, health, education... the list is endless in time.

One thing never changes. One thing stays consistent. One thing matters for the sake of Humanity.

People own root authority, locally. Systems derived "of, by, for" people have a design constraint, and requirement for operational integrity. Words come and go, literature makes perfect what life makes real. You, an Individual person, are the only "people" that will ever actually exist. "We The People" may be a literary abstraction of reality, and it may be translated by a legal abstraction in time, but at the design and intent root level of it's meaning, "We The People" refers only to local people, in the real world, Individuals all.

That is the structural requirement. Our masses, our ability to coordinate as "We", or be perceived as "They", to form teams, to collaborate and build more perfect unions.. all of us, as Individuals, living among one another.. this is the only accurate structure of Sovereign Rights that are accurate to the design intent within a civil society derived "of, by, for" people, Individuals all.

Equality is a starting point of civil society. An accurate data structure yields accurate results in the hands of people. Individuals choose their path to happiness. Individuals choose to express their liberty. Individuals live life. Individuals are the only people alive on this planet, and at the data structure start of a Governed Civil System, all people are equal. Thats accurate law, thats accurate data structure.

Systems do not possess people. Systems are derived of, by for people. This is accurate fact. All formats of artificial intelligence known to mankind are derived from people, for people. Any data structure routine that runs counter to this accurate fact violates basic structural rights that people possess, as Individuals. Governments exist to enforce those Rights of, by for people, Individuals all.

In the year 2020++, there is great structural confusion about these words. One day, people will read these words and see them clearly. Clearly, they carry meaning. Clearly, they carry intent. All Human Rights are self-Sovereign in origin of authority, and this ultimate human authority is always locally expressed by Individuals. All limited liability structures derived by the consent of the people Governing Civil Society, and operationally participating in the accurate design of "Civil Society', are responsible for the return of value to the people, of, by, for and from which they emit. Any legal abstraction that removes the Sovereign Rights of people from "people" commits a crime of fraud on the people who civil society is "of, by, for", and their treatment under the derived Law of their Sovereign consent must transact "accurate authority" for people.

Currently, upon entering a unique relationship with Governed civil society via a USER:ID, discoverable within any IAM ID Management system in the world, and in use by Government processes to transact the Rights and permissions of citizens in their local purview, the data structure of your participation becomes "legal" and inaccurate. Governments, deriving their consent from the Governed, may design any data structure they wish in time. All Governments are to be held accountable for the accurate abstraction of human Rights and laws derived of, by for the people who produce it's authority of consent. People, Individuals All, is the only living reality.

Self-Sovereign Rights represent this accurate data structure of Governed Civil Society, whereby USER:ID is utilized to confer Rights Administration capabilities upon a populace of contextual people operating with local authority as Individual citizens, and non-citizen people with innate self-Sovereign Human Rights. A Nation such as America could not come into existence by any other data structure, and history itself serves as the ultimate precedent for establishing an operational context used in the very interpretation of Constitutional literature.

Working Groups, operating within non-governmental organizations or non-profit public benefit charities, exist as a layered dependency of such Governed systems. Their work is derived by the consent of the people, Individuals all, and as such, the accurate translation of their efforts is directly accountable to the accurate data structure outcomes of their local jurisdictional translations. America is not Europe, California is not New York. People, Individuals All, Always Local, Always Root Authority.

Data structure in a computational society Governed accurately "of, by, for" people requires local consent in all transactions and derived uses. The concept of an "open society" and a "secured society" can only co-exist if people are accurately represented. Otherwise, exploitation is the default condition of participation. Evidence can be found in the identity theft data, where babies with a social security number occupy a precarious artifact condition in a society construed as "Governed" and "Civil" as the #1 risk vector and systemic victim. The produced results of the current data structure of people in THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is a travesty currently, and does not reflect the accurate data structure of the American people. An error of omission sits at the base of the stack affecting how Rights and Laws are translated, and conditioned as necessary.

People, Individuals All, operationally accurate as a data structure derived of, by for self-Sovereign human authority, expressed locally by people. This is the goal of work groups; consent receipts are an example of such work. Their accurate translation of contextual jurisdictional meaning will only be possible with a starting foundation of accurate self-Sovereign Rights, expressed by people locally. Systems must conform to reality.

People pursue lives of happiness, liberty, life... for people, in the real world, not as "people" abstractions required to conform to system designs that are computationally inaccurate. Data structures yield operational results. People own root authority in civil systems. It is not optional. Inaccuracy is unconstitutional, literally and operationally.

The Supreme Court is required to translate the meaning of the Law of THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, but has no self-comprehension of the inaccuracies present within the data structure of its jurisdictional authority. Systems don't think, systems don't innovate, systems don't iterate, amend, or get human intent correct in their design. People do, Individuals do, teams of Individuals do. Local people are the Self-Sovereign Rights holders and creators of Governed Civil Society, and in the absence of their accurate participation using an accurate data structure for expressing their human and civil Rights under Laws derived "of, by, for" their consent... well, welcome to 2020++ .. enjoy the loop.

An accurate operational data structure is a pre-requirement for the accurate translation of Sovereign Rights, Laws, and permissions administered in a civil system.
