<p>Works with architects to provide ESD initiation and senior-level Web-based application design deliverables; develops and implements complex Web-based software applications.</p>
<p>Define the Web Design Rules, the Web Design Aspects and define the &#8220;look and feel&#8221; for all the key elements using a Model-View-Controller approach. Oracle Web Center or JSF (Java Server Faces) or Oracle ADF (Application Development Framework) Java, HTML, XML, Struts, JavaScript, Hibernate, MVC, AJAX and GUI Design.</p>
<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Plans, develops, tests, and documents highly complex applications programs.</li>
<li>Generates new code and corrects, converts, and/or modifies existing code to meet specifications.</li>
<li>Prepares detailed specifications from which code will be written.</li>
<li>Confers with system architects to analyze specified methods and procedures, identify problems, and document specific requirements.</li>
<li>Provides input to staff involved in writing and updating technical documentation such as users manuals, product specifications, and training materials.</li>
<li>Performs a variety of testing procedures, analyzes test results, and corrects problems.</li>

<li>8 &#8211; 10 years of experience leading and/or provides support in upgrading, maintaining and creating content using the latest web technologies.</li>
<li>Minimum 6 years&#8217; experience creating templates, creation of graphics, supporting both static and dynamic web development, and utilizing the latest web technologies.</li>
<li>Experience with Oracle Web Center or JSF (Java Server Faces) or Oracle ADF (Application Development Framework).</li>

<p>mPower is currently seeking a Sr. SOA Applications Architect who will has the experience to provide an engineering view of a CMS vision for what a new system needs to be and do, and the paths along which it must be able to evolve.</p>
<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Extensive knowledge and understanding of the Business Process Model (BPM).</li>
<li>Ability to apply best practices and create an initial architect based on the enterprise architecture and existing BPM flows.</li>
<li>Reviews and conducts technical research, testing, evaluation and documentation of complex hosting/configuration tools and methodologies to ensure that tools are current and functional.</li>
<li>Creates complex application architecture and populates an application host/configuration matrices with appropriate strategies, timelines and cost information to increase cost efficiency and effectiveness.</li>
<li>Coordinates with application developers, managers and customer application experts to ensure that required features and modifications are included in the appropriate releases to support cross-product features and to communicate architectural designs and standards.</li>
<li>Develops and designs complex multi-tier web applications; determines project requirements and functional specifications to ensure that client specifications are met.</li>
<li>Defines and approves application standards and specifications; provides oversight for definition of product content to ensure that appropriate parties are kept informed of client and company requirements and policies.</li>
<li>Designs application modules that work together to produce desired product. Ensures that completed modules provide functionality described by application experts and to ensure that performance guidelines are met.</li>
<li>Plans technical support infrastructure through the creation of service level agreements; leads the transition from application development to support to ensure that appropriate support is available to clients in a timely and efficient manner.</li>
<li>Provides analysis and design reviews to other department members to avoid duplication of effort in solving the same application problems with different products.</li>
<li>Works with product development teams and senior designers on complex projects to develop architectural requirements to ensure client satisfaction with product. Works with third party vendors to develop software and/or integrate their software into company products.</li>
<li>Evaluates new technologies and software products to determine feasibility and desirability of incorporating their capabilities into company products. Acts a liaison between third party vendors and company to procure, develop and/or integrate their applications into company products and to ensure that applications are in accordance with company product standards and guidelines.</li>
<li>May provide leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel</li>

<p><strong>Education Required:</strong></p>
<p>Bachelors Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.</p>

<li>Develops depth of implementation experience to address multiple integration points between functions, related interface and data conversion issues, and expanded setup and configuration requirements.</li>
<li>Researches and presents information/data regarding how other companies in the client?s industry are using specific application products to improve business performance.</li>
<li>Builds on Catalyst and specific vendor methodology knowledge and blend methodologies appropriately to meet unique project and client needs.</li>
<li>Leads a team of 6-10 resources (company, client and third-party resources) in area of expertise to conclusion of a project phase.</li>
<li>Guides others in vendor programming languages and standards for interfaces and bolt-on components.</li>

<p>Candidate must be open to travel and will receive reimbursement for travel related expenses.</p>
<p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p>

<li>Oracle eBusiness suite expertise with emphasis on Supply Chain, specializing in applying Process &amp; Oracle Application expertise related to:

<li>Mobile Field Service</li>
<li>Install Base</li>

<p><strong>Role Description:</strong></p>
<p>Consultants will be assigned to a team consisting of Oracle personnel for cutover of units from legacy systems to new support systems.</p>
<p>One weekend every 6 weeks will be a working weekend since actual cutover is scheduled on weekends.</p>
<p>Reimbursed expenses include airfare, rental car/ mileage, taxi, hotel, per diem for food each day, tolls, parking&#8230;etc.</p>
<p><em>Must be US Citizen with no dual citizenship, as the contract requires.</em></p>
