<description>US$19 is not that expensive what when you compare with the $30-$70 adult price for a 30min ride on the Singapore's giant ferris wheel. 

At least you can stay on top of the Empire State for many hours.... so price per min is much cheaper and time spent also grander because King Kong was there.....part of HISTORY man!!!</description>
