Bloody spammers injected spams into some of my posts as hidden links.

Some bloggers who were the victims of such a hacking activity were not aware of it until their pagerank got penalised, or when Google Adsense began to show public service advertisements in their posts.

If you noticed weird links in your posts that begins with the syntax “display: none”, your blog is probably at risk.

Kuching Delicacies You Don’t Find Elsewhere

Kaninei… Cannot make pizza today. Bought all the ingredients but forgot the most essential pizza crusts! Went to various supermarkets to buy yet they didn’t sell any.

Why, out of a sudden Kuchingnites are so rich to homemake pizzas that pizza crusts run out of stock issit?

Ended up making Kueh Momo instead.

No lah, just saying. I didn’t make those. My mom did. It’s funny you don’t find Kueh Momo in the Peninsular. Why so pathetically one ar those who stay in Peninsular who don’t have good food to eat?

In Kuching we have all Asam, Curry and Sarawak Laksas but in KL, you only get to eat the very typical Asam Laksa.

I know some get to eat Sarawak Laksa in certain places like Sunway but hack, my sister cooks better Laksa than that without being ahmazingly overpriced.

In Kuching you also get to eat chicken slow-cooked with wine and marijuana plant called Ka Cang Ma, but when you ask any kina in KL, they go like ” huh??”

You also don’t get to eat the Belacan Behoon anywhere else. OMG, I’m back and haven’t had the chance to taste it yet!

I’ve been to KL for three years and haven’t seen any stalls selling the Tomato Kueh Tiaw yet. A search on the net confirms the truth, that the Peninsular indeed doesn’t really sell any.

Words have it that my favourite dish Kueh Chap can be found in Johore (and the overhyped “food paradise” a.k.a. Penang?), but I certainly can’t find it in the hustle and bustle of KL city.

Garden Steamboat - The Worst in Town

Dunno who jio us to Garden Steamboat Restaurant one lor! Where got people jio friends to lousy places one???

Despite many positive reviews about the restaurant, I can only sum up my experience there with one word: HORRIBLETERRIBLEVEGETABLE.

Which steamboat restaurant sucks RM25 (this doesn’t include drink lor, which will cost an extra RM6 for only a glass of lime juice and RM5 for a can of Sprite) out of customers, yet never provides any seafood one?

They offer only one type of soup (although they got this grill pan), as contrary to most steamboat restaurants that offer two.

And the worst of the worst is that their so-called chicken soup tasted as if they had accidentally dumped in a bucket of ajinomoto. OMG, what did we do to deserve such torturement ar??

Neither were we feeling full nor having the appetite to eat after seeing the food they provided. We ended up having supper at the Kota Sentosa open-air stalls.

Too bad the famous kopitiam selling three-layered teh-c peng had closed.

Have a nice Raya to whom celebrating it!

Took a shitload of photos today after having gone to open houses. Never had any chance to take photos while busy eating curry at people’s houses!

By the way I have changed my hairstyle (was pretty sick and tired of my old one) and thought to premier it here.

Back to basics — the Sarawakian nest style.

HAHAHHAHAHAHAHHA!!!

I kidded I kidded!! How is it? Maybe that’s my best yet. I think I will pull this one during my convocation lor.

Went to my dad’s orchard in the evening just to discover the a kind of fruit I have never seen before.

The redder/darker the sweeter! Does anyone have any idea how to call it?

The lawn at the orchard is so clean to the extend that one can seriously sleep on it lor! I think this is a treatment one might need once in a while after having stayed in the hustle and bustle of the city for so long!

Forget about the overhyped and money-sucking fish spa lah!

Anyway back to the fruit (in the most abrupt way). It was so nice the moment it got thrown into the mouth it went down to my tummy.

A Late Mid-Autumn

Life is so good!

I came back home just to see three boxes of mooncakes were awaiting me. Haha, I don’t need no Mid-autumn Festival to be able to eat mooncakes! My mom sure loves me.

The only sad thing about having expensive mooncakes to eat on normal occasion is that lot of them are of durian flavour. As much as I love durian, I hate durian mooncakes! Yucks!

I mean, a mooncake is a mooncake lah then make it like a mooncake and not a durian?

This also applies to mooncake with other types of flavours other than the typical ones. Last time I tasted one with rose-chocolate flavour and it felt completely like liquid antibiotic.

That’s fucking insane.

Bye Bye DesktopX Theme

Really cibai one! I just lost my animated fish and Mac-styled widgets on the desktop! And the worst thing is, I don’t have any backup!

Just a few weeks ago, I had spent so much time modifying my existing theme into one that has these classy, semi-transparent Mac icons and four pretty fishes.

And now my effort has gone into the drain liao lah.

I’m totally lazy to have to start everything over again but on the other hand I’m a bit convinced by a Chinese saying which goes, “Let go of our older things and new ones will come our way.” Maybe there are better themes underway?

Circus

I have unfortunately developed a bizarre habit of revisiting Malaysiakini every other five minutes to keep focused on the circus, which will go down in the history of Malaysia to be one of the few and most memorable political paradigms ever.

I’m in a great mood while typing this, mostly because finals are over, and partly because I’m going to watch “Money No Enough II”, yay!

The final HQ version of Kenya West’s Love Lockdown is available here. This pimp is fucking arrogant but his latest work is really the bomb. I especially love the chorus. I still hope he won’t get any awards in upcoming awards show so that he could cry and rant bitterly backstage.

WHERE GOT PEOPLE JUST BECAUSE DID NOT WIN ANY AWARDS THEN GO AND RANT TO THE PAPARAZZI ONE?

He claimed he would not return to the VMA’s after not having won any Moonman but how come he still showed up at the subsequent VMA’s 2008 to premier his new single?!

Do you know how long did it take Britney Spears to win the Moonmen? One fucking decade lor! And I never heard her rant about not getting any awards pun? This is one of the reasons I support this bitch ALL THE WAY.

Britney’s anticipated new single “Womanizer” from the brand new album is slated for released September 22. I love the buzz and her new image. Cannot wait until it leaks.

I’m very vain and went to make the image above my wallpaper. Friends said it is nice. Of course it is.

Anyway, Daniel, who studied in the same secondary school as I did, requested me to do this tag about secondary school life. Since I don’t normally do tags, I am putting this at the bottom of this post. Hah.

Three bad habits during school days.

- Listening so attentively to teachers teaching science subjects, which ended me up pursuing social science.

- Pulling long-legged chairs in one row and sleeping comfortably on it.

- Lepaking at the other class too often (my gang is from that class), which caused me to always confuse myself with the class I was actually from.

Two favorite subjects. Why?

- Pengajian Malaysia - because I’m a social science students and I know about the social and political structures of Malaysia.

- Kemahiran Manipulatif Tambahan (KMT) - Got great craftsmanship back then. Now that I have lost it.

Three subjects I disliked. Why?

Chemistry, Biology, and Physics. I said I’m a social science student.

Interesting thing about me

I was (still am) a perfectionist, although I believe there is no such thing as perfection.

I used to like…

To go to gym, because Gym Rakyat is only several minutes’ walk from where I live and you don’t have to pay a single buck to use the gym.

I couldn’t live without…

A computer. Technologies do wonder and I’m dangerously good at manipulating things with a computer.

Who did you call before sleeping?

Alamak, where got mobile phones back then lah. You also don’t call people (your lover?) every night with a telephone — it is totally anti-climax when someone is trying to use the line from downstairs.
