<p style="text-align: left;">After listing each trait, I&#8217;m going to define the key words from each trait.  Your task is to meditate upon these traits and to embrace them into your life.</p>
<p><em><strong>46. Healthy self-confidence<br />
</strong></em></p>
<p><strong>Healthy</strong> &#8211; Possessing the general condition of the body or mind with reference to soundness and vigor.</p>
<p><strong>Self-confidence</strong> -Belief in the powers, trustworthiness, or reliability of your own person.  Belief in oneself and one&#8217;s powers or abilities.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Helping</strong> &#8211; The act of giving or providing what is necessary to accomplish a task or satisfy a need.  The act of making something easier or less difficult.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Grow</strong> &#8211; To arise or issue as a natural development from an original happening, circumstance, or source.  To increase gradually in size, amount.  To become greater.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Develop</strong> &#8211; To bring out the capabilities or possibilities of; bring to a more advanced or effective state.</p>
