Open DNS solved it for me and a few I know who had similar problem with BSNL broadband. So one go for changing MTU if changing DNS doesn’t work.

DNS is not always the problem. I had infact used opendns and still it didnt work out. Then someone suggested me to change the MTU.

I am unable to believe the number of excellent material that is available on this website. The way the scope management is explained here reminds me my Japanese teacher who used to explain grammar points by singing old Tamil songs, due to which i was able to understand the grammer well. Similarly, the comparison given here helped me to understand the scope mgmt concept very well. Thanks a lot.
