Manager needs skills and qualities. A manager needs good knowledge in his functional domain.

Adaptability and keeping in pace with changes are also key in current day management.

One need to know the difference between a manager and a leader (who can lead) and a manager and a boss(who can drive people away).

Hi Arun,

I visited your blogs and found it interesting. BTW, it is not that I can offer PDUs to you for writing blogs. PDUs are something you claim for completing a professional development activity yourself. So if you write an article in PM, you can go to PMI CCRS site https://ccrs.pmi.org/ , give details about the activity (in this case the article details, under category C) and claim the PDUs. Since I keep a blog (Management Scholars Academy blog) which is dedicated to project management, I invite bloggers to write on PM here. I can also make sure it is of high quality for the 250 managers subscribed to the blog. So go ahead and send your article on PM.
