One of the greatest living runners of our time is still making headlines. Joss Naylor MBE is considered by many to be the greatest fell runner of our times, and although Joss can sometimes be found out on the fells still, his time was the 1960’s and 1970’s…

Break-neck descents were the decisive factor as the last major race of the IMRA season took place around Djouce Mountain for the traditional Powerscourt Ridge race.

Roaches - good clean fun...

Seems a good time was head by all if the forum comments and the race photos at Sunday’s Roaches 15 mile race are anything to go by! The lengthy race (for this time of the year) saw victory going to Horwich man James Kevan. In the women’s race Dark Peak’s Karen Davison had a stormer, coming 16th overall and winning her class by a massive 15 minutes…

Steph steps up - as a Scot!

Aldershot youngster Steph Twell is head and shoulders above the rest of the UK women on the XC scene right now. As the reigning European Junior champ, Twell can arguably be considered as one of the best in Europe too…
