The title above I think describing everything, even though I would like to explain the title briefly. Like you have a Workbook in excel containing 20+ or more sheets and its very annoying to navigate from one sheet to another by scrolling the scroll bar. There are many ways to do the navigation. By right-clicking on the lower-left corner (shown in the picture in red circle) of the sheets navigation panel, you can activate the navigation box and you can scroll to your desire sheet to navigate.

But today my topic is to do it in VBA and to create a list of all sheets in one index sheet and all available sheets will have the link to return in the index sheet. We can do it manually by inserting hyperlinks for each sheet in the index sheet and the target sheet to go back to the index sheet. But it will be quite time-consuming and frustrating. In VBA we can do it by one click. So, how we will do that in VBA? Let's have look at the code below. Codes credit goes to Sumit Bansal from trumpexcel.com. Though you can find many other website having similar codes.

The code above will create a nice list of all your sheets in the active sheet. Also, it will create a backward link for the index sheet in all the sheets.

How to Apply the code

Open VBA code editor by pressing Alt+F11 from your excel workbook or Go to the Developer tab and select Visual Basic for Application. In the VBA editor, from the menu ribbon click Insert and choose Module.

Double click to the module, the code window will open. Paste all the code mentioned above.

Save and run the code. Work is done!!

If you want to access the code from your sheet, then insert a button and link the macro with it.

Tricky Part

Cell A1 has been hardcoded in this code. Please change it according to your needs. Before starting the loop I had added one line code extra which was not included in the original code.

This line will generate your navigation list from Cell A4. With Sumit Bansal code the list is generating from the active cell.

How to partition a drive without loosing data

Partitioning a hard drive without loosing data can be done by right clicking on the mouse. Personally I made it in Windows 7, and aslo try in Vista, both are successful. But I don't know its possible or not in Windows XP. Hopefully it will be possible in XP also.

For doing this action you need to login as administrator in your computer. Then go to Start menu and right click on your "My computer" and select MANAGE.

Computer Management Dialogue will come. From this box select 'Disc management' under Storage, indicated by red arrow in the picture.

Then Select your drive which you wnt to split or make partition.

Right click on it and select Srink Volume. After calculating the srink space the srink dialogue will appear on the screen. Input your disc space amount depending on availity of disc and click srink.

A new RAW volume will create beside your previous drive which shown as unallocated space. Right click on it and select format. After completion of format the drive will be usable and done.

"Blogumus" is an Flash based tag cloud widget which uses scripts converted from Roy Tanck's WP Cumulus plugin for Wordpress. Amanda from blogger buster convert this for use in Blogger powered blogs. The result is the widget you can see in action at the top of this post. However your mouse over the Flash object to see the animation begin. In this post, I'll explain how you can add Blogumus to your own Blogger layout with ease!
This widget uses a combination of JavaScript and Flash animation to parse and display your blog labels. Once installed in your template, it should work "out of the box" without any additional tweaking required, though of course you may prefer to change the variables for color, background and size if appropriate :) You should also be able to move the Label Cloud widget through the Page Elements page of your dashboard if you prefer display in a different layout location. To see Blogumus in action, both Flash and Javascript must be installed and enabled for your internet browser. However, it does degrade relatively gracefully, and label links will still be clickable (though not animated) for those who do not use JavaScript of Flash (including search engine spiders).

How to Install on Blogger

In this default installation, Blogumus includes the following preset variables:

If you would prefer to make your widget wider, shorter, change the color scheme, etc, you will need to do this by editing various parts of the code. I'll go through these options in the order they appear in the widget code. Editing width and height The variables for width and height are found in this line of the script marked as RED.

SSC examination 2011 Results under Bangladesh Education board will be published on 10 May, 2011 at around 12 PM (Bangladesh Time). As declare of Education Board Bangladesh the SSC 2011 results will be available on their websites.

Bangladesh Education Board already gets full preparation to publishe this results. Speed up your Windows XP that never happen before-2

OPTIMISE YOUR PAGEFILE
If you give your pagefile a fixed size it saves the operating system from needing to resize the page file.
1. Right click on My Computer and select Properties
2. Select the Advanced tab
3. Under Performance choose the Settings button
4. Select the Advanced tab again and under Virtual Memory select Change
5. Highlight the drive containing your page file and make the initial Size of the file the same as the Maximum Size of the file.
Windows XP sizes the page file to about 1.5X the amount of actual physical memory by default. While this is good for systems with smaller amounts of memory (under 512MB) it is unlikely that a typical XP desktop system will ever need 1.5 X 512MB or more of virtual memory. If you have less than 512MB of memory, leave the page file at its default size. If you have 512MB or more, change the ratio to 1:1 page file size to physical memory size.

REMOVE THE DESKTOP PICTURE
Your desktop background consumes a fair amount of memory and can slow the loading time of your system. Removing it will improve performance.
1. Right click on Desktop and select Properties
2. Select the Desktop tab
3. In the Background window select None
4. Click Ok

REMOVE FONTS FOR SPEED
Fonts, especially TrueType fonts, use quite a bit of system resources. For optimal performance, trim your fonts down to just those that you need to use on a daily basis and fonts that applications may require.
1. Open Control Panel
2. Open Fonts folder
3. Move fonts you don’t need to a temporary directory (e.g. C:\FONTBKUP?) just in case you need or want to bring a few of them back. The more fonts you uninstall, the more system resources you will gain.

To disable these services:
Go to Start and then Run and type “services.msc”
Doubleclick on the service you want to change
Change the startup type to ‘Disable”

TURN OFF SYSTEM RESTORE
System Restore can be a useful if your computer is having problems, however storing all the restore points can literally take up Gigabytes of space on your hard drive. To turn off System Restore:
Open Control Panel
Click on Performance and Maintenance
Click on System
Click on the System Restore tab
Tick ‘Turn off System Restore on All Drives’
Click ‘Ok’

SPEEDUP FOLDER ACCESS – DISABLE LAST ACCESS UPDATE
If you have a lot of folders and subdirectories on your computer, when you access a directory XP wastes a lot of time updating the time stamp showing the last access time for that directory and for ALL sub directories. To stop XP doing this you need to edit the registry. If you are uncomfortable doing this then please do not attempt.
Go to Start and then Run and type “regedit”
Click through the file system until you get to “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\Cur rentControlSet\Control\FileSys tem”
Right-click in a blank area of the window on the right and select ‘DWORD Value’
Create a new DWORD Value called ‘NtfsDisableLastAccessUpdate’
Then Right click on the new value and select ‘Modify’
Change the Value Data to ’1'
Click ‘OK’

DISABLE SYSTEM SOUNDS
Surprisingly, the beeps that your computer makes for various system sounds can slow it down, particularly at startup and shut-down. To fix this turn off the system sounds:
Open Control Panel
Click Sounds and Audio Devices
Check Place volume icon in taskbar
Click Sounds Tab
Choose “No Sounds” for the Sound Scheme
Click “No”
Click “Apply”
Click “OK”

IMPROVE BOOT TIMES
A great new feature in Microsoft Windows XP is the ability to do a boot defragment. This places all boot files next to each other on the disk to allow for faster booting. By default this option in enables but on some builds it is not so below is how to turn it on.
Go to Start Menu and Click Run
Type in “Regedit” then click ok
Find “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\M icrosoft\Dfrg\BootOpt imizeFunction”
Select “Enable” from the list on the right
Right on it and select “Modify”
Change the value to “Y to enable”
Reboot

IMPROVE SWAPFILE PERFORMANCE
If you have more than 256MB of RAM this tweak will considerably improve your performance. It basically makes sure that your PC uses every last drop of memory (faster than swap file) before it starts using the swap file.
Go to Start then Run
Type “msconfig.exe” then ok
Click on the System.ini tab
Expand the 386enh tab by clicking on the plus sign
Click on new then in the blank box type”ConservativeSwapfileUsage =1?
Click OK
Restart PC

MAKE YOUR MENUS LOAD FASTER
This is one of my favourite tweaks as it makes a huge difference to how fast your machine will ‘feel’. What this tweak does is remove the slight delay between clicking on a menu and XP displaying the menu.
Go to Start then Run
Type ‘Regedit’ then click ‘Ok’
Find “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\”
Select “MenuShowDelay”
Right click and select “Modify’
Reduce the number to around “100?
This is the delay time before a menu is opened. You can set it to “0? but it can make windows really hard to use as menus will open if you just look at them – well move your mouse over them anyway. I tend to go for anywhere between 50-150 depending on my mood

IMPROVE XP SHUTDOWN SPEED
This tweak reduces the time XP waits before automatically closing any running programs when you give it the command to shutdown.
Go to Start then select Run
Type ‘Regedit’ and click ok
Find ‘HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\’
Select ‘WaitToKillAppTimeout’
Right click and select ‘Modify’
Change the value to ’1000'
Click ‘OK’
Now select ‘HungAppTimeout’
Right click and select ‘Modify’
Change the value to ’1000'
Click ‘OK’
Now find ‘HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop’
Select ‘WaitToKillAppTimeout’
Right click and select ‘Modify’

4. Click on the view tab
5. Uncheck the Automatically search Network Folders and printers check box

Windows Genuine Advantage is a software anti-piracy program started by Microsoft in 2005. It enforces the online validation of some of the Microsoft products. It is automatically installed if Windows Automatic Updates are enabled. If goes to the Windows Update site, it will ask you for installing this validation tool before you can select the updates from the Microsoft update website. By accepting to install this validation tool, anActiveX component in Internet Explorer is installed.

If, for some reason, this tool fails to validate your Windows, then it’ll always show you a warning that you may be a victim of software counterfeiting and that your Windows is not genuine. It will show up on your logon screen and make you wait for some seconds. And when you logon, it will just site in your status bar and will keep annoying you.
To Remove this tools from logon screen and also status bar Its need to Validate your windows or other hand Re-installing the Windows.

If you follow this steps writen below you may take away from this WGA. At first you need to disable Automatic Update under control pannel from your Windows. It would be best if you disable this option after installing windows then WGA doesn't touch you.

Step-6 : Go back to System32 and delete the WgaLogon.dll application. Then you got to change the name back to the original name.

Registry Editor has been disable by Administrator

Some time we need to edit our system registry, but computer says on an error message "Registry editing has been disabled by your administrator." There is a simple way to enable it unless that PC is using Group Policy Editor.To do that follow these steps:

Click Start, Click Run and type gpedit.msc then press ENTER.

A window will open like this.

Go to the following branch:
User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System
Double-click on Prevent access to registry editing tools.

Set it as Not Configured and it's done.

If it's already set as Not Configured, set it to Enabled and click Apply. Then repeat the steps and revert the setting back to Not Configured. This removes the registry based policy if set already.
So now you can do some research work on your PCs when under Registry Editing based.

KPT Vector Effects 1.5 is a fantastic plug-in. It adds so much more creativity to Illustrator that I have to contemplate how I ever lived without it before.

The interface is very simple and easy to follow, user friendly indeed. And if you are really uncertain how to use this veritable treasure chest of effects, it comes equipped with a PDF file. The plug-in program is otherwise very self-explanatory.

The opportunities for variety are endless making this plug-in a valuable asset to any Illustrator/designer. The fun part about it is that once you discover an effect you like, you can then go and apply another effect on top of that. Some plug-ins for Illustrator won't let you do that. It certainly cuts down design time as well.

With 3D Emboss, once you have applied the emboss effect, you can delete the original artwork and maintain the emboss only. You can do this with Neon also. You're not locked into any set effect which is wonderful. Just about every effect is manipulative after applying it. Something else this program has which I was unable to capture are a variety set designs you can choose from.

Below I have given you some examples as well as the menu so that you can see some of the effects you can obtain using KPT Vector Effects. There's no way, of course, that I can show you everything, you'll just have to buy it to see all the awesome things it can do. If you go to MetaCreations site, you'll also be able to see more creative ways in which to use this plug-in.

These are extremely valuable plug-ins for Illustrator with infinite versatility. I highly recommend this program for any serious Illustrator user. As for myself, I prefer Illustrator as a drawing program over any others, and having these plug-ins just makes me that much more enthusiastic.

>> Suppose, You have a theme installed on your PC. Now Right click on desktop and go Personalize.
