<p>To learn to speak well, I always practice saying words and sentences after another and appropriate. This I do every day to anyone. I tried to information received by the person receiving the same information with what I have to say.</p>
<p>To convey information through writing, I use this blog. After a long time I learn through blogs, like blogs are a great choice for me to learn. Therefore this blog will continue to defend me.</p>
<p>After a long practice to learn to write, it seems that my writing skills have not improved significantly. However I will not stop learning to write. Sometimes I make feels good writing but often written that I created is still quite ugly. But I still have to learn to write up to get better. If it&#8217;s better then it will continue to learn again to be much better.</p>

To assure this, the company that bought the machine re-tested by measuring the contents of the bottle that has been filled by the machine. The results obtained from measurements of the sample are as follows:</p>
<p><em><strong>101, 99, 104, 103, 102, 100, 98, 101, 101, 100, 99, 97, 98, 100, 105, 101, 103, 104, 96, 97</strong></em></p>
<p>Level of confidence (1-<img src="http://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\alpha" alt="\alpha" align="absmiddle" />) used in testing is 95%.</p>
<p><strong>Solution</strong>:</p>
<p>From the data can be obtained:<br />
<img title="\mu _{o}" src="http://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\mu _{o}" alt="" /> = 100 (average claimed by the engine company)<br />
<img title="\overline{x}" src="http://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\overline{x}" alt="" /> = 100,45 (average sample measurement results)<br />
<em>s</em> = 1,627998 (standard deviation of the sample)<br />
<em>n</em> = 20 (number of the sample)<br />
<em>v</em> = 19 (degrees of freedom= n-1)<br />
<img src="http://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\alpha" alt="\alpha" align="absmiddle" /> = 0,05 (level of significance)</p>
<p><strong>Hypothesis</strong>:<br />
<img title="Ho : \mu = 100" src="http://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?Ho : \mu = 100" alt="" /><br />
<img title="H1 : \mu \neq 100" src="http://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?H1 : \mu \neq 100" alt="" /></p>
<p><strong>Statistical Test</strong>:<br />
<img title="\mu =100" src="http://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\mu =100" alt="" /><br />
<img title="t=\frac{100,45-100}{1,62799/\sqrt{20}}" src="http://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?t=\frac{100,45-100}{1,627998/\sqrt{20}}" alt="" /><br />
<em>t</em> = 1,236</p>
<p><strong>Decision Making</strong>:<br />
With level of significance (<img src="http://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\alpha" alt="\alpha" align="absmiddle" />) 0,05 then <img src="http://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\alpha" alt="\alpha" align="absmiddle" />)/2 is 0,025 and degrees of freedom <em>v</em> = 19, so from <a title="t Distribution Table" href="http://www.my-motivation.com/t-student-distribution-statistics-table/">t distribution table</a> obtained -<img src="http://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?t_{\alpha&amp;space;/2,v}" alt="t_{\alpha /2,v}" align="absmiddle" /> dan <img src="http://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?t_{\alpha&amp;space;/2,v}" alt="t_{\alpha /2,v}" align="absmiddle" /> are -2,093 and 2,093. If compared with the t count, then t count is between those numbers, so that Ho received. Therefore, a decision that can be taken with 95% confidence level, test results are not significantly different from what was claimed by the manufacturer of bottle filling machine.</p>

<p><strong>Decision Making</strong>:<br />
Decision making is based on a comparison of t count and t tables. If t count exceeds than <img src="http://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?t_{\alpha&amp;space;/2,v}" alt="t_{\alpha /2,v}" align="absmiddle" />  or less than -<img src="http://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?t_{\alpha&amp;space;/2,v}" alt="t_{\alpha /2,v}" align="absmiddle" />  then Ho is rejected. Whereas if t count is between -<img src="http://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?t_{\alpha&amp;space;/2,v}" alt="t_{\alpha /2,v}" align="absmiddle" />  and <img src="http://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?t_{\alpha&amp;space;/2,v}" alt="t_{\alpha /2,v}" align="absmiddle" />  the Ho accepted.</p>
<p><strong>Note</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li><img src="http://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\alpha" alt="\alpha" align="absmiddle" />  is the significance level obtained from figure 1 minus the confidence level. Usually the level of trust that is often used is 95%, so the significance level (<img src="http://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\alpha" alt="\alpha" align="absmiddle" /> ) = 1-95% = 5% or 0.05.</li>
<li><em>v</em> is the degrees of freedom, which is obtained from the number of data samples (<em>n</em>) minus 1.</li>
<li>From values <img src="http://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\alpha" alt="\alpha" align="absmiddle" />  ??and degrees of freedom (<em>v</em>) t values ??can be obtained tables that can be seen in the t distribution table.</li>
