This morning we all awoke to tragic news that Whitney Houston had died. She was a remarkable talent with the voice of an angel.

My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends at this very difficult time. Whitney, you inspired generations to sing and you were loved by millions.

One cannot help but be moved to tears by this amazing young man; Sung-bong Choi.

When Sung-bong decided to sing on the Talent Show “Korea’s Got Talent” he had no idea that he would win the hearts of millions all over the world!

His story of his childhood is so moving that even the judges had a hard time keeping their composure.

I’m going to warn you now: The following video will make you cry. On the first episode of Korea’s Got Talent, we’re introduced to 22-year-old Sung-Bong Choi. He tells his story (and we assume for now that it’s legit) about being in an orphanage until he was five, which he then fled after being beaten there.

He has lived alone ever since, selling drinks on the streets for ten years and sleeping in stairs or public toilets. Choi says that the first school that he attended is high school. And while it doesn’t say so in the video, that school is reportedly an art/performance high school.

Nevertheless, the story is a moving one. Korea’s Got Talent’s original video clip has racked up over 170,000 views, and unless this turns out to be a massive fraud those numbers should continue to climb. Check out the subtitled version of the video below. You’ll hear Choi explain all about his difficult childhood, and then have a listen to him sing.

Bloated, bedraggled and out of tune: Whitney Houston disappoints London on the latest leg of her troubled world tour

Much like her most popular song, her adoring fans have always loved Whitney Houston.

But that could be changing after the singer's comeback world tour went from bad to worse on the latest leg of the tour in London's O2 arena last night.

The 46-year-old's first concert in the capital since 1999 was memorable - but unfortunately for the 20,000 fans, for all the wrong reasons.

Houston admitted to the crowd that she couldn't hit the high notes and even abandoned The Greatest Love Of All after only a couple of verses.

Houston had been greeted by wild cheering as she walked out on stage as fans gave her the benefit of the doubt despite her disastrous concert in Birmingham last month.

She had been criticised for her performance but blamed croaky vocals on a respiratory infection and suffered a series of technical glitches.

It had been a similar situation during the Australian leg of her Nothing But Love world tour in February when she came under fire for fluffing her lines.

But last night, once again the voice that had left her contemporaries reeling in its wake, was a former shadow of what it used to be.

After stumbling half-heartedly through her signature song I Will Always Love You, Houston, who has suffered her fair share of drug problems in the past, said: 'She don't want to come, my soprano friend.'

She added: 'Sometimes the old girl sings, but not tonight. I want to do it, but she doesn't want to. ... She's getting a little ... temperamental, even.'

She struggled further with another of her classic songs, this time cutting short Greatest Love Of All, only managing to pull of a couple of verses.

And during much of the set she paused and panted for breath between songs while her backing singers did a great job of carrying her with their melodies.

Her outfit also left a bit to be desired. She came on stage in tight leather trousers, a sequinned jacket that struggled to fasten at her middle and a bloated face.

Whitney did manage to stay on stage for the majority of the two-hour gig, her first of three at the Docklands venue.

But fans were still unhappy, with some even demanding their money back.

Speaking to USA Today after the gig, fan Mark Higgins said it was 'rubbish' and added: 'She can't even complete a song.'

He said his daughter had given the tickets to him and his wife for Christmas but he was going to demand his money back.

Dave Law from Plymouth said: 'I remember her 20 years ago. She's not a patch on what she was.'

5 Exercises You Should Never Do

Do You Avoid These Danger Zones?

Most people believe that all exercises are good, safe and effective. After all, it's all exercise, and that has to count for something, doesn't it?

The truth is that some of the machines in gyms aren't safe at all (especially for people who have common muscle, joint, and health problems). Certain exercises require a bit more know-how than the average person possesses. And other exercises are downright wastes of your time.

But before we examine some of the most controversial exercises, I want to make it clear that every exercise on this list isn't always unsafe or ineffective for everyone. What you should do—or avoid—depends on your goals, fitness level, health history, workout schedule, and other personal issues. An article like this can't replace your own efforts to identify your goals and needs. That requires you to do some research on your own, talk to your medical professional about any pain or physical limitations you have, and learn how to exercise with proper form and technique.

So what makes an exercise risky? Here are a few red flags to look out for:

Any unusual or “unnatural” movement pattern in the exercise
Any movement that causes pain or discomfort in any way
Any movement that enhances muscular imbalances that are already present
Any movement that requires joint flexibility that is above and beyond your range of motion
Any exercise with risks of injury that outweigh the potential benefit of the exercise itself

That said, the following exercises pose high risks and are generally considered contraindicated (if not controversial) by reputable fitness organizations and experts.

Think Twice Before Trying These 5 Moves
1. Behind-the-Head Lat Pulldowns

In the “old days,” people were actually taught to pull the bar behind their heads when doing a lat pulldown exercise—and many people still do that today. Bad idea. The problem? Only people with extremely flexible shoulder joints can do this behind-the-head movement safely, and even they have to be very careful about not hitting the back of their necks with the bar. In addition, almost anyone who spends their days deskbound is likely to have rounded shoulders or poor posture—a symptom of poor shoulder flexibility (among other things), making this exercise a no-no.

The Alternative: You can still work your lats without the risk of behind-the-head pulldowns by pulling the bar down in front of you. Sit with your spine straight, abs pulled in, and then lean your torso back slightly, keeping your spine straight. Pull the bar down towards your chest, but not below your collar bone.

2. Squats or Leg Presses with Deep Knee Bends

Whether you’re doing basic squats on your own or using a leg press machine, it can be very dangerous to bend your knees too deeply. The Problem? When your knees bend too deeply, your spine cannot maintain proper alignment. When that happens, the pelvis tilts and the lower back begins to take over, increasing the risk of strain to your lower back muscles or damage to spinal discs. In addition, bending your knees too deeply can injure or damage your knees, especially if you have knee problems.

The Alternatives: Squats and leg presses are generally safe and effective when done properly. But you should never bend your knees or hips more than 90 degrees during these exercises. Here's an example of proper form when doing a leg press machine, but this can apply to squats with a barbell, and the sled machine, too.

3. Seated Leg Extensions

This is a very popular exercise for targeting the muscles on the front of your thighs (quadriceps). The Problem? This exercise poses major risks to the knees. Lifting heavy weights in this position (with all the resistance focused at your ankles), is not what the knee was designed to do. If you have any kind of knee problem, or use a too much resistance during this exercise, you can easily run into big trouble.

The Alternatives: Simple squats and lunges, with or without added weight, will work your thigh muscles naturally, safely and effectively. If you want to expand on these exercises (to develop explosive force for sports like soccer, basketball, or volleyball, for example), try sport-specific plyometrics. If you can’t do lunges and squats because you lack the leg strength, start with simple ball squats or modified "mini" lunges, and only lower yourself part way, gradually increasing your range of motion as you get stronger.

4. Inner and Outer Thigh Machine Exercises

These machines are pretty popular in most gyms. Both involve sitting with your knees bent in front of you. The adduction machine is designed to target the muscles of the inner thighs, and the abduction machine helps target the outer thigh muscles. The Problem? Using your inner and outer thighs to lift weight while in a seated position puts you at risk of straining these relatively small muscles and aggravating lower back and hip problems. In addition, your inner and outer thigh muscles are designed to support movement, not to be prime movers like they are in these types of exercises.

The Alternatives: The best way to target these muscles safely is with body weight exercises, such as standing adduction, standing abduction, lying adduction and abduction exercises, Pilates exercises, or similar movements that use resistance bands or the cable cross machines. Always start with a weight you know you can handle, and add resistance gradually.

5. Upright Rows

In this exercise, you stand holding a barbell or weight in the center, with hands close together, and bring your hands up under your chin. The Problem? Upright rows are controversial because the movement can compress the nerves in the shoulder area, impinging the shoulder.

The Alternatives: Instead of standing to perform an upright row, try bent-over rows, bending forward 90 degrees at the hip, holding weight down beneath your shoulders with hands slightly more than shoulder width apart, then lift weight straight up towards your chest until elbows and shoulders form a straight line. You can also try front or lateral shoulder raises, using a modest weight, so that you don’t need to lean back or use momentum for assistance.

If you believe the following email forward, which has been in circulation for about 8 years incidentally, then you may be inclined to believe that mixing vitamin C with shrimp could be potentially fatal.

Whilst it certainly is possible that someone could react badly to certain foods (my dad is allergic to seafood, for instance) there have certainly been no reported cases of vitamin C and shrimp reacting in the stomach to create arsenic.

Taiwan, a woman suddenly died unexpectedly with signs of bleeding from her ears, nose, mouth & eyes. After a preliminary autopsy it was diagnosed death due to arsenic poisoning death. Where did the arsenic come from?

The police launched an in-depth and extensive investigation. A medical school professor was invited to come to solve the case.

The professor carefully looked at the contents from the deceased’s stomach, in less than half an hour, the mystery was solved. The professor said: ‘The deceased did not commit suicide and neither was she murdered, she died of accidental death due to ignorance!’

Everyone was puzzled, why accidental death? The arsenic is of the U.S.

military for carrying rice seedlings H Gao. The professor said: ‘The arsenic is produced in the stomach of the deceased.’ The deceased used to take ‘Vitamin C’ everyday, which in itself is not a problem. However, in taking ‘vitamin C’, due to the chemical reaction, the original non-toxic – five potassium arsenic (As anhydride, also known as arsenic oxide, the chemical formula for As205) changed to a three potassium toxic arsenic (ADB arsenic anhydride), also known as arsenic trioxide, a chemical formula (As203), which is commonly known as arsenic to the public!

Girl Dies at School From Peanut Allergy (Peanut Allergy)

A 7-year-old Virginia girl died last week as a result of a severe allergic reaction to peanuts. Apparently, the girl had been given a peanut (or peanut-containing food) from another child while on the playground. The girl developed shortness of breath and hives and sought help, although apparently no treatment was given at the school. When emergency medical services arrived at the school, the girl was already in cardiac arrest. She was taken to a local hospital where she was declared dead.

This sad story will surely bring up the question of whether or not peanuts should be banned from school. There are other questions that arise -- such as the availability of medicines at school for children with medical problems -- such as injectable epinephrine. And, whether or not that medicine was prescribed by a physician for a specific child, or if that medicine is available for "general use". This could lead to multiple problems, especially since most schools don't have a nurse or other healthcare professional on staff, who would have the ability to recognize and treat a medical emergency. The most important take-home lesson from this tragedy is to ensure that if your child has a life-threatening medical condition, such as food allergies, to have anaction plan in place for school officials to follow should an emergency occur.

What is Peanut Allergy?

Peanut, scientific name Arachis hypogeal, is a legume that is a common cause of food allergies. Peanut allergy is known to potentially be very dangerous and even life-threatening, particularly in adolescents and young adults, as well as in people with asthma.

How Common is Peanut Allergy?

Peanut allergy is the most common form of food allergy in school age children and adults. Milk and egg allergy are more common in infants and toddlers, but allergies to these foods are commonly outgrown by school age. Recent studies show that in North America and the United Kingdom, 1% of children have peanut allergy.

It is possible for adults (who were not allergic as children) to develop a new allergy to peanut. In these cases, peanut allergy tends to be less severe, and is likely caused by the oral allergy syndrome as a result of birch allergy.

Peanut allergy is much less common in other parts of the world compared to Westernized countries. Despite peanut being a major food source in Asia, peanut allergy is uncommon. This is thought to be due to the common method of cooking peanuts in Asia, frying and boiling, which makes the food less allergenic. Dry roasting, the common method of cooking peanuts in the United States, has been shown to make peanuts more allergenic.

Why Is Peanut Allergy Becoming More Common?The occurrence of peanut allergy has doubled in the past 10 to 20 years, and the reason for this increase is not completely clear. Possibilities for this increase include topical exposure to peanut proteins in skin creams containing peanut oil, exposure to peanut proteins in breast milk or during pregnancy, as well as exposure to cross-reacting (similar) foods, such as soy. At the present time, it is not known why peanut allergy is becoming more common.

How is Peanut Allergy Diagnosed?Peanut allergy is diagnosed in much the same as other food allergies. When symptoms consistent with food allergies occur after eating peanut-containing foods, an allergist will perform allergy testing. A positive allergy test, along with a history of a person experiencing symptoms with eating peanuts, makes a diagnosis of peanut allergy.

How Often Does a Person Outgrow Peanut Allergy?Only about 20% of children will outgrow peanut allergy by the time they reach school age. For many people, peanut allergy may be a lifelong disease. Those people who outgrow their peanut allergy typically have milder reactions, smaller skin test reactions, and fewer allergies in general.

Physicians can predict resolution of peanut allergy with the use of RAST to peanut. A RAST level of less than 5 kU/L (kiliunits per liter) is suggestive of outgrowing peanut allergy, and that a person may pass an oral food challenge to peanut. Some people who have passed an oral food challenge to peanut have become re-allergic to peanuts if they don’t eat peanuts enough after they have outgrown peanut allergy. For this reason, a person who has outgrown peanut allergy should continue to have injectable epinephrine available for emergency use.

Is it Common to Accidentally Eat Peanuts?Because peanuts are such a common food in Westernized diets, accidental exposure to peanuts is common. Peanut-allergic people accidentally eat peanuts every 3-5 years, and a recent study of Canadian peanut-allergic children showed that nearly 15% accidentally ate peanuts over a one-year period of time.

What Other Foods Should Be Avoided?Peanuts belong to the legume family, which also includes beans, peas and soy. While it is common for a person allergic to peanut to have positive allergy tests to other legumes, allergic reactions from eating these other legumes occurs in only 5% of people.

Lupine is another legume commonly ground into flour and used for various baking purposes. Unlike other legumes, people with peanut allergy can frequently experience allergic reactions to lupine, and therefore this food should be avoided.

People with peanut allergy may also be allergic to treenuts, such as almonds, cashews, walnuts and pecans. In fact, a recent study showed that about 1 in every 3 people (33%) with peanut allergy is also allergic to at least one treenut. For this reason, as well as the fact that cross-contamination among treenuts and peanuts is common (for instance, where you find one, you tend to find the other), I typically recommend that people with peanut allergy avoid eating all nuts.

How is Peanut Allergy Treated?Currently, the best therapy for peanut allergy is to avoid eating peanuts. If peanuts are eaten and a reaction occurs, treatment of the acute reaction is much the same as for other food allergies. Various research studies are ongoing looking at ways to treat and potentially cure peanut allergy. While some of these studies show promising results, therapies at curing peanut allergy are probably years away from being routinely available.

The most popular study on peanut allergy treatment involved an injectable anti-allergic antibody similar toXolair (actually a slightly different drug). This medication, given by injection every 4 weeks, increased the amount of peanut that could be tolerated without a reaction in people with peanut allergy. The purpose of this study was to avoid severe, life-threatening reactions from accidentally eating peanuts, rather than for the purpose of people intentionally eating peanuts.

Other studies for treatment of peanut allergy includesublingual immunotherapy and injection immunotherapy using isolated and engineered peanut proteins. Traditional immunotherapy using peanut has been shown to be dangerous and not an effective treatment.

Transplant Team Drops Heart on Way to Hospital

MEXICO CITY -- Medics rushing a human heart to a hospital in Mexico City for a life-saving transplant dropped it.

A helicopter was used to deliver the heart in what's called "a rapid, precision maneuver."

But after getting out of the helicopter, the medic appears to trip on a pothole.

That sent the plastic-wrapped heart tumbling out of a cooler and onto the street.

The medic immediately retrieved the heart and put in back in the cooler.

It was brought into the hospital where the transplant team was waiting.

Doctors proceeded with the surgery, which was reportedly a success.

The doctor in charge of the operation tells, The Telegraph, "Its arrival was a bit scary, but fortunately it all went well. Because we had the heart perfectly protected as it was packed in three layers," he said.

One fine day, a bus driver went to the bus garage, started his bus, and drove off along the route. No problems for the first few stops - a few people got on, a few got off, and things went generally well.

At the next stop, however, a big hulk of a guy got on. Six feet eight,built like a wrestler, arms hanging down to the ground. He glared at the driver and said, 'Big John doesn't pay!' and sat down at the back.

Did I mention that the driver was five feet three, thin, and basically meek? Well, he was. Naturally, he didn't argue with Big John, but he wasn't happy about it. The next day the same thing happened - Big John got on again, made a show of refusing to pay, and sat down. And the next day, and the next.

This grated on the bus driver, who started losing sleep over the way Big John was taking advantage of him. Finally he could stand it no longer. He signed up for body building courses, karate, judo, and all that good stuff.

By the end of the summer, he had become quite strong; what's more, he felt really good about himself. So on the next Monday, when Big John once again got on the bus and said, 'Big John doesn't pay!'

The driver stood up, glared back at the passenger, and screamed, 'And why not?'

With a surprised look on his face, Big John replied, 'Big John has a bus pass.'

Management Lesson: 'Be sure there is a problem in the first place before working hard to solve one.'

Case 1:

When NASA began the launch of astronauts into space, they found out that the pens wouldn't work at zero gravity (ink won't flow down to the writing surface).

To solve this problem, it took them three months and $12 million.

They developed a pen that worked at zero gravity, upside down, underwater, in practically any surface including crystal and in a temperature range from below freezing to over 300 degrees C.And what did the Russians do...?? They used a pencil.

Case 2:

One of the most memorable case studies on Japanese management was the case of the empty soap box, which happened in one of Japan's biggest cosmetics companies. The company received a complaint that a consumer had bought a soap box that was empty. Immediately the authorities isolated the problem to the assembly line, which transported all the packaged boxes of soap to the delivery department. For some reason, one soap box went through the assembly line empty.

Management asked its engineers to solve the problem. Post-haste, the engineers worked hard to devise an X-ray machine with high-resolution monitors manned by two people to watch all the soap boxes that passed through the line to make sure they were not empty. No doubt, they worked hard and they worked fast but they spent a whoopee amount to do so.

But when a rank-and-file employee in a small company was posed with the same problem, he did not get into complications of X-rays, etc., but instead came out with another solution. He bought a strong industrial electric fan and pointed it at the

   When you reach the back of your car, that is when the carjackers appear
out of nowhere, jump into your car and take off. They practically run you
   over as they speed off in your car.

And guess what, ladies? I bet your purse is still in the car.
   So now the carjacker has your car, your home address, your
   money, and your keys. Your home and your whole identity are
now compromised!

When I read this HOW TO SURVIVE A TSUNAMI article, I was shocked. What they describe here is exactly what happened. It describes what really happened. It is just that did now know before then what a Tsunami was - or what we should be looking for. Great advice - but a little too late...

Tsunami Safety

Tsunamis that strike coastal locations along the coast of South Asia are most always caused by earthquakes. These earthquakes might occur far away or near where you live. According to historical records the Coromandel Coast (Coast of eastern India), the Ganga delta and Sri Lanka have experienced tsunamis with maximum heights of 1.5 - 2.0 meters (1941 - Andamans earthquakes, 1883 - Krakatoa volcanic eruption). The western Indian coast (Konkan, Malabar and Kerala), Gujarat and the southern coast of Pakistan, have in the past experienced major tsunamis. The 1945 earthquake off Pakistan's Mekran coast caused a 12 meters tsunami. This wave reportedly had a height of 6 meters in Kutchh and 2.5 meters in Mumbai. The 1819 Kutchh earthquake, too caused a tsunami and considerable subsidence in the Kutchh area.

Some tsunamis can be very large. In coastal areas their height can be as great as 30 feet or more (100 feet in extreme cases), and they can move inland several hundred feet. All low lying coastal areas can be struck by tsunamis. A tsunami consists of a series of waves. Often the first wave may not be the largest. The danger from a tsunami can last for several hours after the arrival of the first wave. Tsunamis can move faster than a person can run. Sometimes a tsunami causes the water near shore to recede, exposing the ocean floor. The force of some tsunamis is enormous. Large rocks weighing several tons along with boats and other debris can be moved inland hundreds of feet by the tsunami wave activity. Homes and other buildings are destroyed. All this material and water move with great force and can kill or injure people. Tsunamis can occur at any time, day or night. The 1945 Arabian sea tsunami struck the western coast of India in the early hours of the morning. Tsunamis can travel up rivers and streams that lead to the ocean.

What you should do:

Be aware of tsunami facts. This knowledge could save your life! Share this knowledge with your relatives and friends. It could save their lives! If you are in school and you hear there is a tsunami warning, you should follow the advice of teachers and other school personnel. If you are at home and hear there is a tsunami warning, you should make sure you entire family is aware of the warning. Your family should evacuate your house if you live in a tsunami evacuation. Move in an orderly, calm and safe manner to the evacuation site or to any safe place outside your evacuation zone. Follow the advice of local emergency and law enforcement authorities. Never go down to the beach to watch for a tsunami! WHEN YOU CAN SEE THE WAVE YOU ARE TOO CLOSE TO ESCAPE. Tsunamis can move faster than a person can run. If you are at the beach or near the ocean and you feel the earth shake, move immediately to higher ground. DO NOT wait for a tsunami warning to be announced. Stay away from rivers and streams that lead to the ocean as you would stay away from the beach and ocean if there is a tsunami. A regional tsunami from a local earthquake could strike some areas before a tsunami warning could be announced. Tsunamis generated in distant locations will generally give people enough time to move to higher ground. For locally generated tsunamis, where you might feel the ground shake, you may only have a few minutes to move to higher ground. A tsunami is not a single wave, but a series of waves. Stay out of danger until an "ALL CLEAR" is issued by a competent authority. Approaching tsunamis are sometimes heralded by noticeable rise or fall of coastal waters. This is nature's tsunami warning and should be heeded. Approaching large tsunamis are usually accompanied by a loud roar that sounds like a train or aircraft. If a tsunami arrives at night when you can not see the ocean, this is also nature's tsunami warning and should be heeded. A small tsunami at one beach can be a giant a few miles away. Do not let modest size of one make you lose respect for all. High, multi-story, reinforced concrete hotels are located in many low-lying coastal areas. The upper floors of these hotels can provide a safe place to find refuge should there be a tsunami warning and you cannot move quickly inland to higher ground. Local Civil Defence procedures may, however, not allow this type of evacuation in your area. Homes and small buildings located in low lying coastal areas are not designed to withstand tsunami impacts. Do not stay in these structures should there be a tsunami warning. Offshore reefs and shallow areas may help break the force of tsunami waves, but large and dangerous waves can still be threat to coastal residents in these areas. Staying away fro all low-lying coastal areas is the safest advice when there is a tsunami warning.

Three Little Words That Work !!

(1)The three little words are: 'Hold On, Please...'

Saying this, while putting down your phone and walking off (instead of hanging-up immediately) would make each telemarketing call so much more time-consuming that boiler room sales would grind to a halt.

Then when you eventually hear the phone company's 'beep-beep-beep' tone, you know it's time to go back and hang up your handset, which has efficiently completed its task.

These three little words will help eliminate telephone soliciting.

(2) Do you ever get those annoying phone calls with no one on the other end?

This is a telemarketing technique where a machine makes phone calls and records the time of day when a person answers the phone.

This technique is used to determine the best time of day for a 'real' sales person to call back and get someone at home.

What you can do after answering, if you notice there is no one there, is to immediately start hitting your # button on the phone, 6 or 7 times, as quickly as possible This confuses the machine that dialed the call and it kicks your number out of their system. Gosh, what a shame not to have your name in their system any longer !!!

(3) Junk Mail Help:

When you get 'ads' enclosed with your phone or utility bill, return these 'ads' with your payment. Let the sending companies throw their own junk mail away.

When you get those 'pre-approved' letters in the mail for everything from credit cards to 2nd mortgages and similar type junk, do not throw away the return envelope.

Most of these come with postage-paid return envelopes, right? It costs them more than the regular 41 cents postage 'IF' and when they receive them back..

It costs them nothing if you throw them away! The postage was around 50 cents before the last increase and it is according to the weight. In that case, why not get rid of some of your other junk mail and put it in these cool little, postage-paid return envelopes.

Send an ad for your local chimney cleaner to American Express. Send a pizza coupon to Citibank. If you didn't get anything else that day, then just send them their blank application back!

If you want to remain anonymous, just make sure your name isn't on anything you send them.

You can even send the envelope back empty if you want to just to keep them guessing! It still costs them 41 cents.

The banks and credit card companies are currently getting a lot of their own junk back in the mail, but folks, we need to OVERWHELM them. Let's let them know what it's like to get lots of junk mail, and best of all they're paying for it...Twice!

Let's help keep our postal service busy since they are saying that e-mail is cutting into their business profits, and that's why they need to increase postage costs again You get the idea !

If enough people follow these tips, it will work ---- I have been doing this for years, and I get very little junk mail anymore.

What a legacy to leave behind … In a letter to his wife Jai and his children, Dylan, Logan , and Chloe, he wrote this beautiful "guide to a better life" for his wife and children to follow. POINTS ON HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR LIFE

Please be Careful at the Airports, This is a well organized conspiracy by Immigration, Police, Customs and Airline staff with networking at all International Airports. Be careful when ever you give your passport to Immigration/Customs/Airline staff. The pass port can be easily tampered and can create trouble to you. They have found an easy way of making money. This is the way it works:

At the time of the passenger's departure, if the passenger is not looking at the officer while he is stamping the exit, the officer very cleverly tears away one of the page from the passport. When the passenger leaves the immigration counter, the case is reported on his computer terminal with full details. Now all over the country they have got full details of the passenger with Red Flag flashing on the Passport number entered by the departure immigration officer. They have made their money by doing above.

On arrival next time, he is interrogated.

Subject to the passenger's period of stay abroad, his income and standing etc., the price to get rid of the problem is settled by the Police and Immigration people. If someone argues, his future is spoiledbecause there are always some innocent fellows who think the honesty is the basis of getting justice.

Please advise every passenger to be careful at the airports. Whenever they hand over the passport to the counters of Airlines or immigration or the customs, they must be vigilant, should not remove eyes from the passport even if the officer in front tries to divert their attention.

Also, please pass this information to all friends, media men and important politicians. Every month 20-30 cases are happening all over the world to rob the passenger the minute he lands.

A similar case happened with Aramco's Arifuddin in Pakistan . He was travelling with his family. They had six passports. They got the visa of America and decided to go via Jeddah. When they reached the States, the page of the American visa on his wife's passport was missing. At the time of departure from Pakistan it was there, the whole family had to return helplessly. On arrival at Pakistan , they were caught by the police and now it is over 2 months, they are running after the Police, Immigration officers and the Courts. On going in to details with him, he found out the following: One cannot imagine, neither can believe, that the Immigration dept can play such a nasty game to harass the innocent passengers.

All the airlines passengers must be aware of this conspiracy. Every month 15 to 20 cases are taking place, at each mentioned airport, of holding the passengers in the crime of tearing away the passport pages. On interviewing some of them, none of them was aware of what had happened. They don't know why, when and who tore away the page from the middle of the passport. One can imagine thesufferings of such people at the hands of the immigration, police and the court procedures after that.

The number of cases has increased in the last 2-3 years. People who are arriving at the immigration, they are questioned and their passports are being held and they have to go in for detailed interrogation. Obviously, the conspiracy started about 2 to 3 years ago, now the results are coming. Some of the Airline counter staff too is involved in this conspiracy.

SO MAKE SURE NOT TO LET THE PASSPORT GO OFF YOUR SIGHT EVEN FOR A SECOND. London, Jan 18 (ANI): A new study has revealed that a great sex life will not only help you feel and look younger - it will also help you live longer.

Dr Eric Braverman, an anti-ageing expert from the US, has written a new book 'Younger (Sexier) You,' in which he says that sex not only raises your hormone -levels (so keeping you young), but can also boost your metabolism, brain function, heart health and immunity.

Braverman says that coffee can help boost a flagging libido, while snacking on peanuts can enhance arousal, reports the Daily Mail.

Eating brown rice can help combat sexual coldness, while avocadoes might increase your capacity for pleasure.

Braverman also points to a study by Queen's University in Belfast that suggested having sex three or more times a week reduced the risk of heart attack or stroke in men by half.

Orgasms are thought to fight infection - increasing the number of infection-fighting cells by up to 20 per cent.

A recent study also found that greater sexual activity in older men might protect them against prostate cancer.

According to the doctor, the best aphrodisiacs are asparagus, bananas, cabbage, celery, figs, oysters and sea veggies.

But it's not just about the mechanics of sex. Healthy sexual function is also about how your brain reacts to the messages it's receiving from your body, he adds.

When your brain is working at its peak, brain chemicals are produced and dispersed at the correct levels. A reduced sexual desire can apparently be the first sign there's a problem with one of the four key brain chemicals - dopamine, acetylcholine, GABA and serotonin.

The following spices can also boost dopamine levels: basil, black pepper, cayenne, chilli peppers, cumin, fennel, flax seeds, garlic, ginger, mustard seed, rosemary, sesame seeds, tarragon and turmeric.

Spices good for boosting acetylcholine include allspice, basil, cumin, peppermint, sage, thyme and turmeric.

What If There Isnt ... 'Anymore'

One day a woman's husband died, and on that clear, cold morning, in the warmth of their bedroom, the wife was struck with the pain of learning that sometimes there isn't "anymore".

No more hugs, no more special moments to celebrate together, no more phone calls just to chat, no more "just one minute."

Sometimes, what we care about the most gets all used up and goes away, never to return before we can say good-bye, say "I love you."

So while we have it, it's best we love it, care for it, fix it when it's broken and heal it when it's sick.

This is true for marriage.....And old cars... And children with bad report cards, and dogs with bad hips, and aging parents and grandparents. We keep them because they are worth it, because we are worth it.

Some things we keep -- like a best friend who moved away or a sister-in-law after divorce. There are just some things that make us happy, no matter what.

Life is important, like people we know who are special.. And so, we keep them close!

I received this from someone who thought I was a 'keeper'! Then I sent it to the people I think of in the same way... Now it's your turn to send this to all those people who are "keepers" in your life, including the person who sent it, if you feel that way. Suppose one morning you never wake up, do all your friends know you love them?
