Just got a letter from the Rosamond Community Services District regarding coliform in the water. According to this video from Kathy Spoor (the president of the Rosamond CSD) they now want to add chloromines to the water. Goodie.

02/04/09-Consumers need to be vigilant when seeking employment online. The IC3 continues to receive numerous complaints from individuals who have fallen victim to work-at-home scams.

Victims are often hired to "process payments," "transfer funds," or "reship products." These job scams involve the victims receiving and cashing fraudulent checks, transferring illegally obtained funds for the criminals, or receiving stolen merchandise and shipping it to the criminals.

Isn't it great that Rosamond's schools are the worst in all of the Antelope Valley, but we can afford a ridiculous light up billboard saying "Welcome to Rosamond"!?

Rosamond is going in the dumpster and fast; Specifically the schools here. I can't tell you how many times this year alone my kids have had racial slurs thrown at them and the schools do nothing about it. The jury deadlocked 11 to 1 in favor of a conviction of the security guard that was patrolling the lot at the Palmdale Park and Ride.
