Fit for a Princess

"Fit For a Princess" is a nutrition and physical activity educational program developed by experts in nutrition education to award Junior Girl Scouts with a Princess ZIP (zinc, iron and protein) patch. The program's goal is to teach tween girls the keys to a healthier future, and the approach is fun - learning by doing. All "Fit For a Princess" materials on the Beef Store (under the Youth Education tab) are free, including the leader guide, participant booklet, tiara and patch.
