This is my Residual Income System for Bizoppers.

As you probably already know, I do not use Bizoppers in the most common, traditional manner. Most people use their day to maximize their 200 points so they can get the most earnings they can per month, but I do provide a workflow worksheet if you would like to maximize this yourself. My method is all outside of Bizoppers.

Let’s look at my process:

1) I establish a dedicated website that discusses Bizoppers. I have more than one of these, but I will mention the one you are on now (http://www.mybizoppers.com). This site is optimized for keywords that people that are looking for programs like Bizoppers will be typing into the search engines. This helps my site be found in searches.

2) I use additional supporting sites and backlinks on directories, blogs, lists, etc., to drive traffic to my dedicated Bizoppers sites. I also optimize my traffic by including images, videos, articles and Web 2.0 sites (Squidoo, About.me, etc), bookmarking sites to capture targeted traffic. I aslo establish social media accounts and set up regular bursts of posts to these accounts, with links to my dedicated sites or straight to Bizoppers. I purposely create a number of accounts that will have large numbers of followers and then send out automated tweets and posts for effectiveness.

3) With this organic traffic and paid traffic sources I will use from time to time, I work on getting leads to my referral code on Bizoppers.

4) Once they sign up, I do the following:

a) Welcome them publicly

b) I ask the community to welcome them as well, for reinforcement to stay with the program

c) I invite them to visit this site, so they can learn how to run their own process

d) I send them a direct email via Bizoppers, asking them to convert to Gold, and provide additional incentives.

It is a simple process, but the key point is that this whole process takes place OUTSIDE of Bizoppers! Most people go to Bizoppers and try to sell their wares, programs, services etc to their fellow Bizoppers. The problem with this is, most people chatting on Bizoppers, are distracted with their own “message” and probably won’t see or respond to your attempts to market to them.

Some people use solo ads, and other systems that ask people to visit the site in return for payment. I have tried these and they work, but need you to plan it out. Some Bizoppers member are excellent at it. You can sign up and then connect with them, so you can ask them how they do it. Usually they will tell you, because they are not the ones who are so very busy posting comments, liking ads, liking videos and posting stuff for hours.

Someone once said that, “Work is Man’s best friend” (I am not sure where that quote came from, if you know, please let me know!!). Indeed it is, as work helps everyone to pay their bills. Work helps people get a roof over their heads, clothes to wear and food on the table. If someone is persistent enough, one can find work anywhere, including the net. There is a huge, relatively new, industry called “Mommy Blogging”, and honestly, I love the work that is being done by these work from home moms, and part time bloggers. The quality of content and products being produced is very high quality.

Moms Rock

Why would I single out women, and more specifically Moms? I think the very fact that there is a huge new industry that is comprised of working and stay at home Moms, shows that they are both hungry for work from home opportunities, and are taking a giant lead in manifesting it.

There are a number of Twitter tools for business on the market that help you do everything from manage your friends to automate your tweets.
I wanted to share with you my strategy; What I use and WHY, and HOW I use it!

What Do I use to Automate my Twitter Accounts?
I actually have a number of different twitter tools for business that I use currently, but I find that TweetAdder is probably the best at the moment to handle the full spectrum of activities that I expect of it. There are some up and coming apps that I am testing for another review site, but at this point I still like TweetAdder for what needs to be done.

Why Do I Use it?

Ahhh, good question. There are two schools of thought when it comes to adding followers and following people:

1. Those that gain followers naturally, but do not follow many people themselves – I call this group “Listeners”
2. Those that actively grab followers by following them, and then they are followed in return (or ask to be followed) – I call this group “Collectors”

Some of the Online Marketing “gurus” say that you should only follow those people you are interested in, then in turn you will only be followed by people that are interested in hearing from you. Other “gurus” stated that you should follow targeted groups of people, that will in turn follow you, keeping a 1.7:1.0 ratio (or as some say 1.1:1.0 ratio).

What Do I think about this?

I being the ultimate pragmatist, thinks a combination of both is suitable. For my personal namesake twitter accounts, I do not automatically follow back. Initially when I started in this business I did do this, but found that twitter was more about noise than meaningful conversations. But I also have targeted twitter accounts with keyword names, that I do automate with twitter tools for business. In fact I have quite a few of them. They have very specific and powerful roles to play in my overall business.

My Strategy:
I use targeted “feeder” accounts, as I mentioned, with specific keyword names, to both follow targeted individual twitter accounts, and to automatically follow those that seek me. It is the old principle that you often hear about having a hundred lines in the water to catch some fish when the school swims by, verses a small net to catch the one you are targeting. This approach is certainly a broad approach, but it does glean results when its applied on a broad scale. Therefore, many targeted followers receiving targeted automated messages does not get to everyone’s ears and eyes, but it gets a percentage, and that is the goal of this approach.

In addition to this approach, I also will direct my main twitter accounts (the “untarnished” ones…wink), to the same offerings, or have it populated by a Facebook message. The approach is more passive, and it is effective for what it does.

How Does TweetAdder Achieve both of these Goals?
A) For my “feeder accounts”

1. I set up the account and add it to the TweetAdder tool.
2. I turn on the automation tools; e.g. Auto Follow, Auto Follow Back, Auto Tweeting (Setup custom tweets, randomized tweets, or specific reply messages).
3. I turn on the RSS Feed option so that all posts to the associated website will create a tweet to my group.
4. I use the Tweet Search to find targeted twitter members for my specific keyword (by location, language, whatever).
5. I make sure my settings are set in place, then let it do its magic.

B) For My Regular Accounts:

1. I use it to monitor my twitter activity
2. I use it to automate twitter re-tweets
3. I also use it to do research on specific subjects, keywords and trends, then find individuals to possibly follow, or retweet their post, for added exposure

TweetAdder is not for everyone, but those of us who are interested in automating key routines with twitter tools for business, it is a perfect tool.

Like I said, there are other twitter tools for business that are coming up that could rival TweetAdder, but for the moment, it does a great job.

What Type of Person Are You?

I figure there are two types of people that would actually be reading my blog posts (Thank You by the way!!), those that need some help, and those that can be of help! You are either super busy and could use highly trained staff members that can reliably assist you, or you are someone that has skills that are sought after, but never thought about applying them outside of a multi-level marketing or tiered compensation type program.

Need Some Help:

I been working with international outsourcing employees for over 12 years, and I have seen the industry improve and explode every year. By outsourcing tasks that we maybe don’t have the time to do, don’t really like, or maybe you are not very good at, you can save time and money….and maybe frustration as well.

I have recently used Odesk.com to hire Joomla, Drupal and SEO workers. Because of the geography of those that I contracted, I was able to assign tasks them them during my prime hours, and have the work done during their prime hours. This worked perfectly because it was often completed and ready for me by the start of the next day.

Odesk.com has a built in system to give you peace of mind, in case you are unsure of contracting your requirements out to essentially a complete stranger. How is this done? Odesk has a system that will take timed images scans of your contractor’s computer screen. Initially this may seem that it is a real invasion of someone’s privacy, but it keeps your contractor plugged into what their tasks are for your project, and helps you to gauge their progress, and provide constructive feedback. Your contractor will have a code for your project and any other contracts they are working on, and when they want to work on your project for say 15 minutes, 30 minutes, a few hours, they log into your project code, and it starts recording for your eyes only. So there is no concern that any other company that is working with your contractor will see your personal projects.

In addition, you have the option of looking through the project requirements of each completed and current projects for each of your potential contractors, and can hire them on a temporary basis, or even just long enough to test them, before they start working on your production project.

Odesk.com takes customer service and skills testing very seriously. Contractors that are not living up to the standards they are hired for become very obvious, very quickly.

I have to say that my experience with Odesk.com has been very positive.

If you have technical skills, you could be charging what you want on Odesk. Many of the Joomla and Drupal programmers I have used charge between $15 and $60 USD per hour. You can quickly find out what your skills could potentially earn you by searching for a person with like skill sets and see what they charge.
