Furthermore, you want every dollar to count. Your travel consultant will know how to create a personalized itinerary so that there is no waste of time, money and effort. Never fail to consult a vacation planner whenever you are planning a holiday.

Vacations are event you and your loved ones look forward to. This is not only spending money but time and energy as well. As you set for your holiday, you think on how to maximize your vacation. This can only be done when every cent and minute is very well-spent.

It is every evident that you have only allocated a few days for the vacation. Thus, it is incumbent upon you to see the attractions of your destination. What are involved in your holiday? Well, are you going out of the state? When you are traveling by air, the booking of your flight is crucial. Did you know that the right timing of your booking can save you a lot of dollars? There are times of the year when airfare goes down. And also, booking too ahead of time can bring some discounts. This goes true when you are making reservations for your accommodation.

Since you may not have the time to keep track of the behavior of the fares and hotels, you might as well consult a travel consultant. These professionals have knowledge on the upward and downward behavior of prices of airfare and hotel accommodations. And there is another advantage. Since the travel agencies have networked with the airline companies and hotels, you can even be pegged with lower rates.

Aside from the fare and accommodation discounts, there are other things a professional travel organizer is able to do. Keep in mind that these people are basically detail-oriented. Thus the itinerary for your get-away is planned, with no time wasted. They know the places and attractions in your destination. Thus, when you consult with the agency, your desired trip can be customized in accordance to your interests and preferences.

These professionals are the best source of information about a place. Although there are many of you who will debate that the internet can provide the necessary information, there could be some miscalculations that can ruin your supposedly self-designed travel itinerary. For instance, you may not be able to get your car rental on time. Then as you wait for an available vehicle, you are wasting some valuable time. But with a consultant, everything will go in perfection. There will be no delay in the travel plans. You are assured that what had been planned is executed (except under uncontrollable fortuitous events). These consultants can give you valuable tips especially about restaurants and shopping. They know where you can find bargain items. Why? Many of these vacation planners had visited the places and have first hand information.

The duty of you consultant does not cease when the transaction is finished – the customized itinerary and the payment of fees, including airfare, hotels, car rentals and other facilities agreed upon. The consultant is making himself available from the time you sign your contract with the agency up to the duration of your vacation – upon your return and completion of a well-spent holiday.
Gateway Destinations is your number one source for Travel Consultant, trip advisor, vacation planner, travel specialist and more. Guide to Las Vegas Hotel Deals

While there is no dearth of upscale hotels in Las Vegas, not everybody can afford the Palazzo Resort Hotel Las Vegas or the Wynn Hotel Las Vegas. After all, you will need to conserve some money for the roulette tables. Although people are looking for inexpensive hotel rooms, most would not want to stay in cheap establishments. As a matter of fact, people are primarily interested in good deals on rooms in decent hotels. If you also want to save on accommodation on your next trip to Las Vegas, here is a secret for you that will work wonders. Who knows, you might even be able to save enough to take a second trip in the near future.

To begin with, it is imperative to clarify that while the super secret mentioned in this article works for gamblers as well as non gamblers, it may not be suitable for people who are totally averse to the idea of gambling. Well you may actually be in the wrong city, if you are completely against gambling. In this article we will talk about techniques that will help you to save a lot of money on every luxury that you intend to indulge from your room to food and from entertainment to travel.

You do not have go to the bottom of the barrel when choosing a Las Vegas hotel. As a matter of fact, the larger hotels are the most generous of the lot since they have their reputation. Now, one of the best parts of being in Vegas is that the city is a veritable paradise for travelers with the sheer number of hospitality establishment. This also means that competition is cut throat. These businesses are willing to go the extra mile to ensure that they not only get your business this time but also they please you enough to make you come back for more. In other words, they do not mind spending some of their profits to keep you happy.

Visit the casino of the hotel and signing up for a Players Club Card. It is free but it gives the casino vital information about the games you play and for how long. This simply helps them to determine how much money you are likely to lose and they are willing to spend a part of it to keep you satisfied. The expected losses differ from one game to another. For instance, if you are playing blackjack and the house has a 5% advantage, the casino has made a rough guess that you will end up losing $50 when playing with $1000 for every block of time. This means that the casino will be happy to offer you discounts and goodies valued at 20 to 40 percent of your losses. You need to understand that the expected losses are an anticipated figure and you may not lose at all.

Another trick is to charge everything to your room. This includes entertainment, transportation, and so on. Once again, if you show the hotel that you are a paying customer, they will want you back. Feel free to talk to the manager or host/hostess about deals and comps; do not be shy when inquiring about comps that involve free hotel rooms and deep discounts. Most of these managers will be more than willing to help out a client who does not mind loosening his or her purse strings.

Finally, take some time out to sign up for the newsletters of various Vegas hotels. They offer some fantastic deals to attract business. While you may not get the hefty discounts that you can expect with the above technique, you will certainly manage to save a few bucks with the promotional offers.

Visit our website for more information on Las Vegas Hotel ratings, reviews, amenities, photos, maps, availability, check-in time, check-out time, frequently ask questions, rates, address, attractions, shows, and more. The top commentator will be rewarded with follow inbound links. The comment must be insightful and helpful.

There are a lot of factors that come into play when deciding where to go for overseas holidays. Activities, scenery, food, accommodation and culture are just a few things that spring to mind. However, even if the best of all of these are available, they offer very little if the weather is unfavourable.

The likes of Italy, the Greek Islands, Spain and Hawaii are hugely popular destinations for international holiday-seekers because of the fact that people stand a good chance of taking in some relaxing time in the sun whilst they are there.

Australia is perhaps the pick of the English-speaking countries when it comes to offering plenty of sunshine throughout the year. Coupled with amazing golden sand beaches, Australia is a must-see inclusion on people’s international holiday itineraries.

As well as having pleasant all-year-round weather, Australia also has amazing natural resources, exotic plant and animal life and beautifully unique scenery. It is one of the most under-populated countries per square kilometre, which is part of the reason why B&B accommodation Australia is very much in demand. In fact, there are 2.8 inhabitants per square km.

There are over 22 million people in Australia, with the vast majority of these people residing in cities on the south east of the country. Its major cities include Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. Because of its size and isolation from the rest of the world, many have termed Australia as the "island continent".

Australia is seen as a hugely appealing destination by New Zealanders. Many New Zealanders move to Australia permanently to take up better employment and enjoy the superior climate. The B&B accommodation Australia has available throughout the country is also very popular with New Zealanders who visit for a limited period.

There are a lot of bed and breakfasts on the outskirts of each city and because of the costs involved with travelling from place to place this form of accommodation is seen as one of the most financially viable options.

Staying in a bed and breakfast is popular throughout the world. They are an excellent option for people who like to travel solo because the people who stay there are often doing the same thing. Being able to bounce travel ideas and experience off each other is very handy. You can expect ultra friendly and helpful people to own most of the B&B accommodation Australia has available.

If you're looking for a B&B in Australia you will find a selection of quality Bed & Breakfast Australia accommodation options including traditional Australian B&Bs, homestays, farmstays, luxury lodges, self-catered cottages, cabins, apartments, inns, guest houses and charming boutique accommodation on the Number 1 Bed & Breakfast Accommodation Website.
By: Zach Halper

Although we are only just nearing the end of summer, it’s never too early to start thinking about those colder temperatures. I am, of course, talking about winter. Although it might seem ages away, we really aren’t all that far away from snow. So why not start thinking about some winter destinations now? MetroFlats.com, a new vacation rental website I represent, doesn’t necessarily have properties in the five destinations I will list below, but we will have winter vacation rentals very soon. So without further ado, here are the top five winter destinations in the United States!

1. Aspen, Colorado: If you’ve ever seen Dumb and Dumber you’ve probably seen bits of Aspen before. Aspen is a perfect choice for any winter vacation. Enjoy the wonderful ski slopes or maybe take a ride in a ski lift--just don’t get your tongue stuck on the pole! And when you’re done with all the activities of the day, you can relax in one of Aspen’s beautiful lodges. And while we have no listings in Aspen at the moment, by the time winter comes along we should have plenty. So be sure to keep an eye on our site!

2. New York City, New York: At this point you’re probably thinking, "wait a minute, are you actually suggesting New York City for a winter vacation?" Why yes, I am. I know an urban jungle might not necessarily seem like the ideal place to spend the cold days of winter, but there are actually some beautiful attractions in the big city during that season. For one thing, there are plenty of ice skating opportunities, such as the famous rink in Rockefeller Center. Speaking of Rockefeller Center, you can also visit the equally famous Christmas Tree there. I’m sure you saw that one in Home Alone 2 if nothing else...I’m really packing in the movie references today! And if you want a place to warm up, visit some of the museums! Or you can warm up at a New York vacation rental!

3. St. Paul, Minnesota: Although one could argue that any day in Minnesota could seem like winter, the actual season of winter brings plenty of attractions to the state. One particular one is the 2011 Winter Carnival, which is being held from January 27th through February 6th. This spectacular festivals features the largest ice castles anywhere in the country. Although I have never been, just looking at some of the pictures makes my jaw drop; it’s truly impressive. You definitely don’t want to miss an event like this, so I would definitely put St. Paul on your list for this coming winter.

4. Mammoth Mountain, California: Featuring 400 inches of annual snow fall, this idyllic location in California is perfect for winter sports enthusiasts in particular. Not only is there plenty of opportunities for skiing, Mammoth Mountain is also the home of the US Snow Board Grand Prix, which is held in January. But if you aren’t a fan of skiing or snowboarding, don’t fear, there are still other winter attractions to enjoy. Why not take a ride on the Scenic Gondola, a tram that rides throughout the mountains? And if you are afraid of heights, you can choose to take a tour in the SnowCat, a large snow tractor of sorts.

5. Hawaii: So you’re one of those people that doesn’t like the cold, eh? Well, I have a place for you, too: Hawaii! Notice how I didn’t specify a city? That’s because pretty much anywhere in the island state is a great place to spend the winter sans the cold. Whether it’s Maui or Honolulu, you really can’t go wrong with anywhere in Hawaii. So if you really don’t want to be around the snow this winter--and you want beautiful views and beaches to boot--Hawaii is definitely the winter getaway for you.

So there you have it: the top five winter destinations in the United States. As I mentioned before, MetroFlats.com doesn’t have any listings in these places yet (aside from New York City) but it won’t be very long before this changes. So please keep checking our site for vacation rentals in these locations!

By: Michael La Vella Email Article

Switzerland, Austria and Andorra were among the European ski countries last year who saw a decline in ski holiday visitors, and Andorra has been investing in her facilities to try and tempt the skiiers she lost back for the 2008 season.

In the past Andorra has grown in stature from a destination offering cheap ski holidays to one that can compete with the best that Europe has to offer, with a growing number of ski holidays being taken in the country over the last decade to the point where it was attracting some ten million tourists a year.

But unexpectedly the rise in visitors to Andorra came to a screeching halt for the 2006/7 ski season, and the ski slopes closed two weeks earlier than anticipated due to a lack of snow that saw many other resorts in Europe, especially in countries with low lying slopes like Austria, badly affected by the lack of natural snow.

The Andorra economy is unusually reliant on the ski holidays industry, the other main activity being the financial and banking industry due to her tax haven status, and the Andorra weather refused to play her part last year. Some estimates suggest takings for supermarkets, petrol stations, department stores and supermarkets were down some 40 per cent compared to 2006 in the main ski holiday areas.

The good news for the Andorra ski holiday industry as it hopes for an improved 2008 holidays season is that the snow - notably absent last year - started to fall in November, and long range weather forecasts suggest that January through to April could see enough snow to give Andorra skiiers good snow depth, and little if any need for snow cannons to make up any shortfall.

But the tourist authorities are determined not to be caught out again, and continue with the progress made in the last twenty years that has seen Andorra rise impressively from a cheap ski holiday destination to one that caters for the middle and upmarket price range with UK ski holiday specialist companies like Crystal Ski offering a full range of holidays in Andorra.

Private money as well as finance from the banks in Andorra have helped to upgrade Soldeu, a main Andorra ski holiday resort, to a high class status with new hotels and upgrades for existing ones.

Cheap Andorra Ski Holiday

In total it is estimated that nearly 200 million Euros has been invested in Andorra's on-mountain ski facilities, and the figure rises significantly when off-mountain spending is taken into account, such as the new hotels in Andorra, notably in the top ski areas of Soldeu and Arinsal.

The ski areas of Andorra have been praised by many in the industry for having the capability of producing enough man made snow to cover over 40 per cent of the ski domain, but investment has continued to further this already high amount by having for the 2008 ski holiday season over a thousand snow cannons in place - although it is hoped they don't have to be used much.

'The aim of the Andorra tourist authorities', comment local travel guide YourAndorra.com, 'is to ensure that when skiiers choose Andorra the resorts will do everything they can to make their holiday a memorable one for all the right reasons - and to see them again in future years as they decide Andorra is a good skiing holiday destination.'

The upgrading of facilities and road infrastructure has also increased interest from those looking for a European tax haven and considering taking residency in Andorra.

Andorra is one of the most sought after tax havens in Europe with no income tax for her residents, and is second in popularity only to Monaco, but enjoys the same tax benefits.

One of the big differences between the two is the cost of a property. Real estate in Monaco is among the highest in the world with a studio often costing over a million Euros, while Andorra property is considerably less with good two bedroom two bathroom apartments for sale from around 300,000 Euros.

To show the skiing fraternity that Andorra is capable of meeting their expectations for the 2008 holiday season, and importantly to meet the expectations of ski companies like Thomson ski, Andorra will have 450 ski instructors over seven different resorts, and to maintain her family friendly atmosphere four creches.

All in all, Andorra will be able to compete as one of Europe's top skiing destinations in 2008.

YourAndorra.com offers ski resort details for Andorra holidays including the proposed Andorra airport details plus deals for hotels in Soldeu.

By: William Lind

Big Ben – A tryst with history

The most famous and the largest bell ever cast at Whitechapel foundry was baptized as the 'Big Ben' after some interesting debate in the 19th century British parliament. In 1844, the British parliament unanimously passed the decision to incorporate a clock tower within the Houses of Parliament. But, the specifications that came out of the parliament corridors was a scientific impossibility for even the most adventurous of clock makers - "The first stroke of the hour bell should register the time, correct to within one second per day, and furthermore that it should telegraph its performance twice a day to Greenwich Observatory, where a record would be kept." Thus started the timekeeping journey of this London landmark – The hour bell of the Great Clock of Westminster, known worldwide as the 'Big Ben'.

The Westminster timekeeper was conceptualized by Edmund Beckett Denison and finally made functional by Edward John Dent in 1854. The clock features an innovative double three-legged gravity escapement. The daunting task of casting the 13.76 tonne bell was undertaken by George Mears, the master bell founder and owner of the Whitechapel Bell Foundry.

Erected during the rebuilding of Parliament, the tower's clock went into service on September 7, 1859.

Big Ben – The evolution

After guiding the world on gas for almost half a century, the gas lighting of the dials was replaced by electric lighting in 1906. The electric winding followed suit in 1912. With time, Big Ben was embracing the digital technology. Big Ben's clock is lit at night. A second lamp above the face is illuminated anytime Parliament is in session.

BBC world service and Big Ben have a long association and this chiming association began way back on 31st December, 1923, when BBC broadcast the arrival of the new with the soothing chimes of Big Ben. The humanitarian face of Big Ben got a face lift during the Second World War, when the hourly chimes instilled a sense of comfort and security in the British population that all was well with Britain. Big Ben chimes are still aired on BBC Radio 4 at certain times.

The memorable journey to Westminster Palace

Big Ben's first journey from its birth place, the Whitechapel foundry, to its new home was marked by enthusiasm and awe. The transportation of the iconic bell to the Houses of Parliament was a memorable even for the Londoners. While the sixteen brightly beribboned horses hauled the mammoth bell over the London Bridge, along Borough Road, and Westminster Bridge, the traffic came to a complete standstill – to witness one of the most monumental transportations of all time. Decorate streets and zealous crowds cheered the Big Ben all along the way to its new abode.

Westminster Palace – The home to Big Ben

Home to the most talked about clock in the world, the iconic stature of Westminster palace is beyond debate. Apart from being the host to a legend, Westminster Palace is a living guide to the events that have shaped the destiny of modern Britain. The awe inspiring Gothic architecture owes its craftsmanship to 19th-century architect Sir Charles Barry. As part of the UNESCO World Heritage site and Grade I listed, the Westminster Palace houses a stunning blend of modern architecture, legendary furnishings, and monumental art works.

William Lind became interested in Westminster Palace when he began selling Grandfather & Cuckoo Clocks online at http://www.bigbengrandfatherclocks.com/

The Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio is the smallest of the national parks in Costa Rica, and yet it pulls in a phenomenal number of visitors each year. Situated on the Pacific coast, only 132 kilometres from Costa Rica’s capital, San Jose, the park has something for everyone with its beaches, tropical rainforests, and even a marine reserve. And when it comes to walking, Costa Rica’s smallest national park certainly does not disappoint, with plenty of coastal trails and paths through the forest to keep you on the move.

There are four beaches within the Manuel Antonio national park - Espadilla Sur, Manuel Antonio, Escondido, and Playita. The park’s namesake, Playa Manuel Antonio, is arguably the prettiest of the four - shaped like the moon, it’s bright white sands and coral reef leave you feeling utterly transported. Playa Manuel Antonio is separated from Playa Espadilla Sur by a naturally formed bridge made of accumulated sand, at the end of which you will find the Punta Cathedral. The steep hike to the top of the cathedral takes roughly an hour and can get rather muddy but the views of the Pacific make every step of the climb worthwhile. On your return to the beach, why not wash yourself off as you snorkel in the tidal pools on either Playa Manuel Antonio or Playa Espadilla Sur, catching a glimpse of coral reefs, submerged volcanic rocks and other fascinating marine life. If you fancy a more challenging walk, head east towards Playa Escondido (the hidden beach), where the trails are less well maintained and somewhat rocky. The tide comes in fast in this part of the park however, so be sure to keep an eye on the time while you are walking. Costa Rica’s smallest national park it may be, but Manuel Antonio’s beaches have as great an appeal as any in the country.

The wildlife and biodiversity you will see whilst walking in Costa Rica is second to none, and with over 100 species of mammals, and an even greater variety of birds, the Manuel Antonio national park is no exception to this. Trails lead straight into the tropical forest, where you can marvel at the tree top canopies and watch howler monkeys as they climb lethargically from one tree to the next. The Perezoso Trail - aptly named after the three-toed variety of sloth that you are likely to see several of along your route - begins on the East side of the Playa Espadilla, and is generally the most popular trail within the park. During the walk you are likely to spot not only sloths, but iguanas, squirrel monkeys, marmosets, and macaws. At points you will also emerge from the forest to see some spectacular views of the islands dotted in the Pacific and surrounding the park.

With its glorious beaches for those who want to lay back and relax, abundant forests for the explorers, and a selection of moderately challenging trails for those who enjoy walking, Costa Rica’s smallest national park caters for everybody and encapsulates the essence of a beautiful country.

From roughin’ it to full 5 star luxury ... campsites in Sussex are available to suit all tastes; the one thing you can be sure of is that you will wake to beautiful views in glorious countryside.Pick your site, pitch your tent and enjoy!
Land-owners and farmers do not welcome uninvited guests, and the South Downs National Park discourages camping on the Downs, so, while you may prefer to go ‘au naturel’ and camp wild without the benefits of a recognised campsite, consider first these Sussex sites, which are rustic, rural and feel relatively remote.
Some keen campers are not keen on caravans and all the paraphernalia that accompanies them, so the focus here is on campsites which deliver in terms of location, comfortable simplicity and peace.

Foxhole Campsite

Foxhole campsite and camping barn are situated in the most stunning location, in a fold in the Downs in the Seven Sisters Country Park, at the edge of the famous chalk cliffs. Within a few minutes’ walk of the wild Cuckmere Haven beach and nature reserve, this has to be one of the loveliest settings for a campsite in the whole of Sussex. Open from the beginning of April until the end of October, and with accommodation for just 20 small tents, it is essential to book in advance. Foxhole has basic facilities only.

Remember your torch, as the walk back from any of several local pubs after dark could be a little treacherous: the tidal River Ouse flows through the park to the sea, and has created several ox-bow lakes en route. Sheep and wildlife abound; this area is a bird-watcher’s paradise ... it’s pretty wonderful for the rest of us, too.

Keen to be green? Travel by train to Seaford, via Lewes if you’re coming from London. Opposite the station take the 12, 12A or 13 bus to Exceat, then walk through the country park, bearing left at the sign.

Wowo Campsite

‘Peace, quiet, the beauty of nature and the ability to have a fire’ are the features that the owners of Wowo advertise as their site’s best selling points; add to these benefits, free camping for bongo-free musicians on Friday nights (performance around the campfire an essential requisite), the proximity of the Bluebell Line Steam Train Station and some fantastic local pubs, and you have a dream of a location in the heart of the Sussex Weald.

If you’re keen to be green the nearest train station is at Haywards Heath (London to Brighton line), where you can catch a bus to near the site.

Blackberry Wood Campsite

Proud of the compliment that their campsite is ‘the coolest site in the UK’, the owners of Blackberry Wood have created a natural haven of twenty individual ‘woodland glade’ pitches in the lee of the Sussex South Downs.

Although they don’t accept caravans, campervans or trailer-tents, they do have an interesting selection of gypsy and retro caravans, as well as an old red bus available to rent - a particularly attractive option during the colder months. Fires, barbecues and well-behaved dogs are all allowed. There’s also a shop on site, which hires out mountain bikes.

From Blackberry Wood, the pubs, shops, Post Office and museum at nearby Ditchling are all within easy reach, by foot, bike or car. The old Sussex market town of Lewes is little more than 10 minutes away (by car) and Brighton about twenty minutes, although you’d be better off leaving the car behind and taking the train from Hassocks.

There are many more great places to go camping in Sussex. So, pick your site, pitch your tent and en

Some call it "paradise." Others call it "heaven on earth." Well, one thing is for sure, a Caribbean island travel is exactly what you need if you’re looking for beaches, boats, banks, bikinis, and other tropical vacation essentials.

Located right at the tip of South America and surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other, the Caribbean is not just the No. 1 playground for the Americas, but also comprises movie-set beauty, coconut tree-clad mountains, verdant valleys of sugarcane and bananas, and seashore galore. Even the cities here glow with glorious architecture and the towns dotting the region have been established long before the automobile.

The islands are awash with island-flavored culture with just the subtlest hint of European influence, and world-class hotels, resorts, restaurants, activities, attractions, and shopping. There are over fifty island destinations to choose for your Caribbean island travel and each has its own extensive catalogue of accommodations and activities for the Caribbean’s famous exotic warm weather.

Below are our top picks for an awesome Caribbean island travel:

New Providence, the Bahamas

Most visitors erroneously call it "Nassau" because the island is the site of the nation’s capital, which was named after the Dutch Prince of Orange-Nassau in 1695 after he took over the British throne. In truth, the island is New Providence where about two-thirds of the Bahamian population lives, and where millions of dollars are invested in Nassau, Cable Beach, and Paradise Island. In recent years, New Providence has created a name for itself as one of the top places to visit when on a Caribbean island travel.

Considered an offshore financial center, New Providence is most obviously a fabulous shopping bazaar and Caribbean island travel destination. Stroll along the world-famous Bay Street and side streets and bask in the Caribbean carnival atmosphere. Or visit one of the out islands of the Bahamas – the famous Nassau and Paradise Island, connected with each other by a bridge.

But while the Bahamas has plenty to offer, what it is really most famous for is its island groove. The drumbeat is the essence and the soul of Bahamian culture with the instrument setting the heartbeat for all Bahamian music, including rake ‘n scrape, Junkanoo and goombay.

Bermuda

An isolated paradise, Bermuda sits right in the middle of the great chasm – the Atlantic Ocean between North America and Europe. Couple that with a history of English settlement and you have an island that is as unique as its topography. This Caribbean island travel destination is spotlessly clean, quaint, orderly, and extraordinarily pretty. Think pink and green. Pink for the pastel shades that wash this 21-square mile island. And green for the color of money that Bermuda’s offshore banking and insurance sectors generate. Plus, it is only a convenient 2 ½ hour flight from most major cities on the US East Coast.

There are no slums, no billboards, and very, very few fast food outlets. Inconvenient? Not likely. Because all this is minor compared to the glorious sight this Caribbean island travel destination offers. From the colonial architecture of the tidy homes that line its roads to the fragrant tropical flowers – Bermuda is all beauty and grace.

Curacao is the largest of the three ABC islands (Aruba, Bonaire and Curacao) with several tiny and beautiful beaches surrounded by crystal clear blue water. However, there is more than one reason that makes Curacao one of the most preferred destinations for holidaying. Read on further to explore the things that make Curacao a vacationer’s paradise.

1. Beaches- Sandy bays with crystal clear water make beaches of Curacao absolutely breathtaking. They are less crowded as compared to other places, especially on weekends. Most beaches are located on the southern coast of the island and the water is calmer as compared to the northern coast, as the coast is rocky and uneven. Apart from some beaches that offer facilities like restaurants, others are simple. Playa Knip, Cas Abou, Porto Marie, Playa Kalki, Barbara Beach, and Mambo Beach are some of the popular beaches in Curacao.

2. Scuba Diving- If beaches form the most important aspect of Curacao, it is needless to mention Scuba Diving as the most preferred underwater sport of the island. This underwater paradise is famous all over the globe for its coral reefs and thousands of vibrant tropical fish. The crystal clear water is a visual retreat for all lovers of underwater life. Encountering thousands of tropical fish live, feeding sharks and taking pictures is an experience of a lifetime. There are over 40 dive spots, however to protect the natural aquatic habitat of Curacao, spear fishing or damaging corals and shells have been strictly banned by the authorities.

3. Sightseeing- There is no dearth of picturesque locations in Curacao. Besides the beaches and scuba diving, one thing that captures every tourist’s attention is the Seaquarium that displays innumerable fish and other aquatic life. For those who are scared of diving into the deep sea can enjoy the marine world at a Seaquarium. Brievengat, Chobolobo, and Knip are some of the most beautiful landscapes that should not be missed for their distinctive architecture and vast history. Buildings in Punda and Otrabanda have gone through a drastic renovation to restore the cultural heritage of the island.

4. Climate-The temperature of Curacao is average all round the year. There is sunshine most of the time and the trade of wind keeps the island cool and breezy.

5. Shopping- Curacao offers shopaholics a paradise where one can get the best deals for various things. Some of the popular shopping spots in Curacao are Punda, Otrabanda and Saliña. Curacao is famous for shoes, apparel, tobacco, jewelry and watches.

6. Transportation- Curacao is well connected by buses, cabs and ferryboats. Punda and Otrabanda are the important junctions of the island. Mini-buses are the most affordable means of commuting from one part of the island to another as compared to taxis that is a more expensive option.

It is impossible to escape the captivating spell that Curacao casts on every visitor. People here mostly come from multicultural backgrounds and are quite warm and welcoming towards tourists. One can never get enough of the vibrant music and intriguing art add to the festive spirit of Curacao. The stunning locales and the merry atmosphere make this island one of the hottest destinations in the world that one cannot miss out on at any cost.
By: Dan Boys Email Article

There aren't many cities in the world that can match Manchester for its wide range of bars, clubs and restaurants. This flamboyant and friendly Lancashire city has enjoyed a long association with new music and a new popular culture that goes all the way back to the 1930s. Big names of the time like Gracie Fields and George Formby found fame in their home city before taking to the national stage in the pre-war music hall days. Manchester's home-grown bands of the 60s like The Hollies became some of the first British rock and roll bands to enter the charts while, a generation later, the city makes headlines once again with the emergence of the all night rave scene and the 'Madchester' dance scene. For a brief period in the late 80s and early 90s the Hacienda became the most famous nightclub in the world. While the crazy nights of hard rave, baggy jeans and 'smiley' T-shirts are over there is still plethora of great bars and clubs to be found across Manchester's many districts and cultural quarters.

Hiring a limo in Manchester can be a fun, luxurious and cost effective way to get the most of your night in the city. A night's limo hire enables you to travel between the various districts and neighbourhoods in comfort, while enjoying a drink or two en route. Limos can be hired in a variety of colours, sizes and styles so there will almost certainly be something available that’s appropriate for your group's travel plans! Limousine sizes range from the standard length chauffeur cars for four passengers upto the 'super stretched' Ford Expedition and Hummer SUVs that can be licensed for upto sixteen guests per journey. The overall price for hiring a limo will depend on the number of guests, the age of the car and the booking duration.

There aren't many cities that can rival Manchester's eclectic choice of clubs and bars; ranging from dance and funky house, through to indie, alternative and cheesy disco classics! One of the best places in town to begin your party is Chinatown, located in and around Nicholas Street. While Lancashire's Chinatown is smaller than its London counterpart, visitors will still find a wide range of restaurants and food stores serving up cuisines from China, Thailand and Malaysia. A short limo ride south lies the world renowned 'Gay Village', a line of bars, restaurants and clubs in a not unattractive canalside setting. After a drink or two on Canal Street why not head down to Deansgate and the Hilton Hotel, now the tallest building in the centre of Manchester. Cloud 23 is based inside the hotel and visitors will need to take a lift ride to the 23rd floor. There may be a queue for the lift during busy periods but the wait will be worthwhile - the floor to ceiling windows provide some truly outstanding views of the skyline, especially at night. For those not afraid of heights, look down and you will see Deansgate Locks, another district of fashionable bars and clubs that have been built into a row of historic railway arches.

After a long night of dancing and partying a warm limousine can provide a relaxing journey home while you sit back and enjoy one last drink before the night comes to a close!
